"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini berisi pembahasan tentang struktur cerita yang terdapat dalam novel Eman-eman ora keduman karangan Drs. Soetarno Bs. Struktur-struktur tersebut berupa analisis terhadap tokoh, alur dan latar. Hadiwirjono adalah tokoh utama di dalam cerita tersebut. Hadiwirjono seorang petani yang memiliki sawah berhektar-hektar dan terlibat masalah dengan peraturan baru, yaitu Landreform. Latar waktu dalam cerita ini ditahun 1960-an, yang pada masa itu Landreform sedang gencar-gencarnya dicanangkan oleh pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur cerita kemudian menemukan tema. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori unsur-unsur teks cerita dari Panuti Sudjiman. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa tema di dalam novel Eman-eman ora keduman adalah tentang keadilan yang dalam hal ini berkenaan dengan masalah sistem peraturan baru, yaitu Landreform.

ABSTRACTThis undergraduate thesis discuss about the structures which builds the story in the novel Eman-emam Ora Keduman, written by Drs. Soetamo Bs. The structures which analyzed in this research consists of; characters, plot, and setting. Hadiwirjono is the main character in that novel. Hadiwirjono is a farmer who have many farms and have several problems due to the new land regulation called Landreform. The novel set the time back in about 1960, which was the period when Landreform being socialized to the people. As told before, this analyzes will analyzing the structures that builds the story in the novel. Through this, we can find the theme of the story. In this research, I used the story text elements theory by Panuti Sudjiman. The result tells that theme in the novel Eman-eman Ora Keduman is about justice and faimess due to the System brought by the new regulation."
