"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh fitur founder dan fitur proyek terhadap kesuksesan pengumpulan dana proyek crowdfunding di negara berkembang pada tahun 2011-2018 dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Logit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fitur founder yang dijelaskan oleh pengungkapan identitas founder memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek crowdfunding. Sedangkan pengalaman founder sebagai salah satu fitur founder tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek crowdfunding. Dari sisi fitur proyek, terbukti bahwa jumlah updates, elaborasi deskripsi, dan target pendanaan berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan pengumpulan dana proyek crowdfunding. Selain itu, peneliti menambahkan variabel interaksi pada fitur proyek dengan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa jumlah komen, sentimen komen, panjang reply, kecepatan reply memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesuksesan proyek crowdfunding. Namun, panjang komen terbukti tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberhasilan proyek dalam mengumpulkan dana. Penelitian ini menggunakan data proyek yang berasal dari tiga platform crowdfunding yang mewakili beberapa negara berkembang.

This study aims to analyze the effect of founder features and project features to the success of crowdfunding project fundraiser in emerging countries from the year 2011 until 2018 using Logit Regression Method. The results of this study indicate that the founder features described by identity closure have an influence on the success of the crowdfunding project. While the founder 39s experience as one of the founder 39s features has no influence on the success of the crowdfunding project. In terms of project features, it is evident that the number of updates, elaboration of descriptions, and funding targets influences the successful collection of funds for crowdfunding projects. In addition, the researcher adds an interaction variable to the project features with results showing that the number of comments, sentiments of comments, length of reply, reply speed have an influence on successful crowdfunding project. However, the length of the comment proved to have no effect on the success of the project in raising funds. This study uses project data derived from three crowdfunding platforms representing several emerging countries."

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mendeterminasi pengaruh yang ditimbulkan diversitas pada dewan direksi perusahaan energi dan pertambangan pada negara-negara berkembang di kawasan Asia Tenggara terhadap risiko penurunan harga saham (stock price crash risk) periode 2015-2019. Diversitas yang dimaksud meliputi diversitas latar belakang masing-masing dewan direksi dan diversitas kuantitas pada dewan direksi. Diversitas latar belakang meliputi riwayat pendidikan dan rata-rata pengalaman kerja yang dimiliki dewan direksi, sedangkan diversitas kuantitas memuat jenis kelamin dewan direksi, jumlah dewan direksi, jumlah dewan direksi independen, dan jumlah rapat direksi. Penelitian dengan menggunakan metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS) pada data panel ini menghasilkan temuan yang menegaskan bahwa diversitas pada dewan direksi secara simultan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap risiko penurunan harga saham (stock price crash risk). Signifikansi risiko penurunan harga saham (stock price crash risk) dengan variabel bebas hanya ditemukan pada kualitas riwayat pendidikan dewan direksi dan rata-rata pengalaman kerja dewan direksi pada suatu perusahaan

This thesis aims to determine the impact of board diversity on energy and mining

firms at emerging countries in South East Asia to each firm’s stock price crash risk

in 2015-2019. The diversity in this thesis includes the board’s background diversity

and the board’s quantity diversity. Board’s background diversity mainly refers to

education background and the tenure of the board while the board’s quantity

diversity refers to gender of the board, board size, independent board’s size, and the

amount of board meeting held each year. This research applied cross sectional data

panel of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) to obtain its final data. The result of this

research concludes that board diversity simultaneously does not influence the stock

price crash risk. The significance of the influence of the independent variable on

the dependent variable only viably found on the quality of board’s education

background and board’s average tenure of the firm."

"Tesis ini membahas faktor-faktor keberhasilan Korea Selatan dalam menghadapi krisis finansial global 2008 yang telah mengakibatkan permasalahan ekonomi di negara ini, yang mana faktor-faktor ini akan dilihat dari dua sudut pandang yaitu faktor internal (domestik) dan faktor eksternal (internasional). Pembahasan tesis ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan Korea Selatan dalam menghadapi krisis finansial global 2008 tidak terlepas dari faktor internal dan eksternal Negara ini. Kebijakan pemerintah pada tiga sektor utama ekonomi negara ini (perdagangan, industri dan finansial), keberadaan pihak swasta (chaebol), serta baiknya sistem domestik market dan budaya (mindset) masyarakat Korea Selatan merupakan faktor internal yang memberikan kontribusi bagi Korea Selatan dalam membangun kembali perekonomiannya. Sedangkan dari sisi eksternal, membaiknya kondisi ekonomi global yang didukung oleh keberadaan Negara-negara ekonomi berkembang dengan peningkatan pergerakan masyarakat middle class yang diiringi oleh baiknya iklim konsumsi masyarakat global, serta kemunculan pertumbuhan ekonomi Cina dan permintaan masyarakat global terhadap produk digital dan ICT, telah menjadi kondisi yang ikut memberikan kontribusinya bagi perekonomian Korea Selatan karena negara ini merupakan negara yang fokus akan perdagangan (ekspor) sehingga menuntut negara ini untuk senantiasa memiliki hubungan dengan ekonomi dan masyarakat global.

This thesis is about the determinant factors of South Korea?s economic achievement in facing the global financial crisis of 2008 which heve caused economic unstability in this country. These determinant factors are categorized in two conditions, internal (domestic) factors and external (international) factors. This thesis based on qualitative one and use descriptive analysis technique. The result of this thesis shown that South Korea?s achievement in facing the global financial crisis of 2008 are besed on internal factors and external factors. South Korean government policies in three main economic sectors (trade, industry and financial), South Korean businessmen (chaebol), domestic market conditions and South Korean culture (mindset), are internal factors of South Korea achievement to rebuild its economy. Therefore, in external conditions, the stability of global economic conditions which supported by the present of emerging economic countries in international system with the incresing of meddle class global community and their comsumtion conditions, the present of China, and global order to digital and ICT products, have been give the contribution to South Korea economic growth. This is because South Korea is a country which has the strong tendency and depency in global trade (export), so it makes South Korea normally has the correlation with global economy and global consumers."
