"Tesis ini membahas kemampuan mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik angkatan 2010 dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan suatu Program dengan melihat efektivitas pelaksanaan Program melalui evaluasi outcome. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis deskriptif statistik. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan sebuah Program diperlukan suatu perencanaan yang matang terutama penyiapan data yang benar benar sesuai dengan hasil analisis kebutuhan sehingga tepat sasaran. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya koordinasi yang baik dengan stakeholders yang terlibat Program mengingat perencanaan sangat erat kaitannya dengan evaluasi. Dengan demikian hasil pelaksanaan suatu Program dapat segera diketahui tingkat keberhasilannya.

This thesis discusses the ability of students of the Faculty of Social and Political Science in 2010 in assessing the level of program success by looking at the effectiveness of the program through outcome evaluation. The quantitative approach under study has been done by descriptive statistical analysis techniques. The results suggest that the implementation of a program requires an accurate planning, mainly the preparation of the correct data is in accordance with the results of a needs analysis so that the right target. It required a good coordination with the stakeholders involved in program planning knowing that it is related to the evaluation. Thus the results of the implementation of a program can be immediately known to the level of success."

"Tesis ini merupakan penelitian yang tergolong dalam penelitian evaluatif. Pada penelitian ini, program yang diteliti adalah program pengembangan kepemimpinan pemuda berbasis asrama yang dilakukan oleh Rumah Kepemimpinan. Adapun aspek yang dievaluasi adalah pada aspek pencapaian outcome penerima manfaat Rumah Kepemimpinan pada periode 2014 – 2016, serta aspek-aspek apa saja dari input dan proses program yang mempengaruhi capaian outcome. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis tabel silang dan uji Chi Square. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa aspek-aspek seperti pelatihan di asrama, penjagaan ibadah, coaching rutin, evaluasi semester dan tindak lanjutnya, pemanfaatan fasilitas, keterlibatan pada aktivitas masyarakat di sekitar asrama dan latar belakan pendidikan keluarga mempengaruhi pencapaian outcome penerima manfaat Rumah Kepemimpinan.

This thesis is a research that belongs to evaluative research. In this study, the program under study was a dormitory-based youth leadership development program conducted by “Rumah Kepemimpinan”. The aspects evaluated are the aspects of achieving the outcomes of the “Rumah Kepemimpinan” beneficiaries in the 2014 - 2016 period, as well as what aspects of the program inputs and processes that affect the outcome of the program The study was conducted with a quantitative approach using cross table analysis and Chi Square test. From the research conducted, it was found that aspects such as training in dormitories, remembrance of worship, routine coaching, semester evaluation and its follow-up, utilization of facilities, involvement in community activities around the dormatories and family education background affect the achievement of outcomes for beneficiaries of the Rumah Kepemimpinan."
