Abstrak :
ABSTRAK Penelitan ini membahas faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif di Kota Pariaman Tahun 2011 dengan desain crosssectional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perilaku pemberian ASI eksklusif masih rendah (37,1%). Ada hubungan antara umur OR=1,986 (95%CI= 1,015- 3,887), Niat ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif OR=8,451 (95%CI= 3,231- 22,104), pengetahuan, sikap, Ketersediaan waktu ibu dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif OR=16,545 (95%CL= 2,199-124,49) , dukungan keluarga OR=34,628 (95%CL= 4,678-256,319), KIE dari tenaga kesehatan OR=38,055 (95%CI= 5,147-281,335), riwayat ANC OR=17,741 (95%CI= 8,015-39,270), IMD OR=5,825 (95%CI= 3,203-10,593) dengan perilaku dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan, status pekerjaan dan promosi susu formula dengan perilaku dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Disarankan meningkatkan sosialisasi tentang manfaat ASI eksklusif, meningkatkan ketrampilan konselor ASI dan membuat kebijakan mendukung dalam pencapaian ASI eksklusif untuk memenuhi hak bayi dan mencegah angka kesakitan dan kematian bayi.

ABSTRACT This study discusses factors related to mother behavior in giving an exclusive mother breast-feeding in City of Pariaman Year 2011 using cross sectional. It shows that behavior of it is still low (37.1%). There are relationship between OR=1.986 (95% CI=10.015-3.887), Mother intention in giving an exclusive mother breast-feeding OR=8.451 (95% CI = 3.321-22.104), knowledge, behavior, availability of time in giving an exclusive mother breast-feeding OR=16.545 (95% CI=2.199-124.49), family support OR=34.628 (95% CI= 4.678- 256.319), KIE from health officer OR=38.055 (95% CL=5.147-281.335), history of ANC OR=17.741 (95% CI= 8.015-39.270), IMD OR=5.825 (95%CI = 3.203- 10.593) and behavior in giving an exclusive mother breast-feeding. There are no relationship between education, occupation status and promotion of formula milk and behavior of giving an exclusive mother breast-feeding. It is suggested that enhancement of socialization about benefit of exclusive mother breast-feeding, increase counselor of mother breast-feeding skill and make a policy that supports in achievement of exclusive mother breast-feeding to fulfill infant right and prevents number of illness and death of infant.

Abstrak :
Ibu post partum akan mengalami penurunan berat badan secara alami antara 5 kg sampai 11 kg. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penurunan berat bada pada ibu post partum. Penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain menggunakan cross-sectional pada 162 ibu post partum yang mempunya bayi umur 6 sampai 11 bulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pemberian ASI ekslusif terhadap penurunan berat badan ibu post partum. Variabel yang dominan terhadap penurunan berat badan adalah ASI ekslusif. Ibu yang memberikan ASI ekslusif berpenluang 28.244 kali terjadi penurunan berat badan dibandingkan ibu yang tidak memberikan ASI ekslusif. Rekomendasi diharapkan perawat maternitas dapata menetapkan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum untuk memberikan ASI ekslusif pada bayinya.

Naturally, after bear a child, women body weight will be descend in 5 to 11 kg. This research is purpose to know what factors contribute to descend this body weight. This descriptive analytics research, with cross-sectional, in 162 post-partum women who had baby with 6-11 months years. Results of this research shows that there is relation between the exclusive mother breast feeding and descending of bosy weight in post partum women. The exclusive mother breast feeding gives 28.244 opportunities to descend of body weight in post-partum women than they who are not. This recommendation expected that the maternity nurses will determine nursing care in post partum women to provide the exclusive mother breat feeding to their baby.
