ABSTRACT
Pemerintah Daerah yang bekerjasama dengan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), yaitu PT Transjakarta meluncurkan bus tingkat Jakarta Explorer sebagai salah satu alternatif transportasi wisata di kota Jakarta. Bus tingkat yang dilengkapi dengan tour guide didalamnya ini tidak dipungut biaya, tujuannya adalah sebagai pendorong para wisatawan untuk berwisata di Kota Jakarta. Pada masa pengoperasiannya,  jumlah pengguna bus tingkat Jakarta Explorer kian meningkat tiap tahunnya sehingga menarik minat peneliti untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan bus tingkat Jakarta Explorer dalam perannya sebagai salah satu moda transportasi wisata kota Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data kuantitatif dengan melakukan survei dan teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam dengan informan, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang keseluruhannya dikaitkan dengan konsep Perceived Quality yang dikemukakan oleh Gronroos yang memiliki tiga dimensi, yaitu outcome-related dimension, image-related dimension, dan process-related dimension dan tujuh indikator, diantaranya yaitu professionalism and skill, reputation and credibility, attitudes and behavior, accessibility and flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness, service recovery, dan serviscape. Setelah penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan 100 sampel, hasil dari penelitian ini berdasarkan indikator-indikator yang dijadikan sebagai instrumen penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan bus tingkat Jakarta Explorer adalah sangat baik. Berdasarkan penjabaran dan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan diantaranya dengan menambah jumlah armada bus untuk mengurangi jumlah antrian yang seringkali ditemukan di beberapa rute, melakukan perawatan dan pengecekkan fasilitas yang disediakan pada tiap bus, penambahan rute yang tidak hanya berpusat di tengah kota Jakarta, dan penambahan Bus Attendant khususnya untuk posisi Tour Leader, agar tugas tersebut tidak dibebankan sepenuhnya kepada satu petugas.

ABSTRACT
The Regional Government in collaboration with one of the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), PT Transjakarta, launched the Jakarta Explorer as alternative tourist transportation in the city of Jakarta. This double decker bus equipped with a tour guide in it is free of charge, the aim is to encourage tourists to travel in the city of Jakarta. During its operation, the number of Jakarta Explorer users increased every year so that it attracted the interest of researchers to analyze the quality of Jakarta Explorers services in its role as one of the citys tourist transportation. The study was conducted using quantitative methods with quantitative data collection techniques by conducting surveys and qualitative data collection techniques by conducting in-depth interviews with informants, observations, and documentation, all of which were associated with the concept of Perceived Quality proposed by Gronroos which has three dimensions, outcome-related dimension, image-related dimension, and process-related dimensions and seven indicators, including professionalism and skill, reputation and credibility, attitudes and behavior, accessibility and flexibility, reliability and trustworthiness, service recovery, and serviscape. After research conducted using 100 samples, the results of this study are based on the indicators used as research instruments indicate that the quality of Jakarta Explorer services is very good. Based on the translation and research that has been done, the recommendations that can be given include increasing the number of bus fleets to reduce the number of queues which are often found on several routes, maintaining and checking the facilities provided on each bus, adding routes that are not only centered in the center of Jakarta , and the addition of a special Bus Attendant for the position of the Tour Leader, so that the task is not fully charged to one officer.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujan untuk melihat efek moderasi gaya kognitif asimilator-eksplorer terhadap hubungan antara kepribadian big five dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Efek moderasi dipertimbangkan karena adanya hubungan yang tidak konsisten antara kepribadian big five dan perilaku kerja inovatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur perkapalan yang sedang melakukan inovasi. Hasil utama penelitian ini diolah menggunakan uji regresi dengan PROCESS macro dari Hayes 2013 dan disertai dengan hasil tambahan berupa uji korelasi antara variabel kepribadian big five, perilaku kerja inovatif dan gaya kognitif asimilator-eksplorer serta olah data demografi. Berdasarkan uji korelasi, 4 dimensi kepribadian big five berkorelasi signifikan dengan perilaku kerja inovatif, 1 dimensi kepribadian big five berkorelasi signifikan dengan gaya kognitif asimilator-eksplorer dan tidak ada korelasi antara perilaku kerja inovatif dan gaya kognitif asimilator-eksplorer. Berdasarkan olah data demografi diperoleh hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor gaya kognitif asimilator-eksplorer antara lama kerja, unit dan pendidikan. Selanjutnya hasil uji regresi dinyatakan bahwa terdapat efek moderasi gaya kognitif asimilator-eksplorer terhadap hubungan antara dimensi kepribadian neuroticism dan perilaku kerja inovatif F 3,121 =4,76, R =0,03, b=-0,16, t 121 =-2,18 p. ...... This research is aim to see the moderate effect of assimilator explrorer cognitive styles on the relationship between big five personality and innovative work behavior. Effect of moderation is considered due to inconsistent relationship between the big five personality and innovative work behavior. This research is conducted in shipping manufacturing. This company have an innovation vision and has been doing innovation these years. The main results of this study were processed using regression test with a PROCESS macro from Hayes 2013 and accompanied by additional results that is correlation between variables and demography analysis. 4 dimension of big five personality are significantly correlated with innovative work behavior, 1 dimension of big five personality is significantly correlated with assimilator explorer cognitive style, and there is no correlation between assimilator explorer cognitive style and innovative work behavior. Based on demography analysis, there is difference score on assimilator explorer cognitive style by job tenure, work unit and education. Based on the regression test, there is moderation effect of assimilator explorer cognitive style on neuroticism dimension personality and innovative work behavior F 3,121 4,76, R 0,03, b 0,16, t 121 2,18.
