Abstrak :
Penggunaan sistem CCTV di Indonesia terus meningkat, dan jumlah kamera yang digunakan di negara ini juga terus meningkat.  Meskipun penggunaan CCTV dan teknologi di baliknya meningkat, hanya ada sedikit penelitian mengenai orang yang mengoperasikan kamera ini.  Meskipun menggunakan sistem CCTV terbaik, organisasi PASPAMPRES yang bertugas memastikan keselamatan personel VVIP, belum berbuat banyak dalam membantu operator baik secara fisik maupun kognitif berdasarkan stasiun kerja dan jam kerja mereka.  Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi beban kerja fisik dan kognitif operator PASPAMPRES menggunakan Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) dan Nasa Task Load Index.  Setelah mengevaluasi beban kerja mereka, rekomendasi mengenai optimalisasi tempat kerja mereka dan usulan jadwal shift dan jam kerja baru. ......The use of CCTV systems in Indonesia has been rising, and the number of cameras used in the country has also continued to rise.  Despite the rise in the use of the CCTV and also the technology behind it, there is minimal amount of studies concerning the people operating these cameras.  Although using the top of the line CCTV systems, the PASPAMPRES organization tasked with ensuring safety of VVIP personnel, hasn’t done much in helping their operators whether physically or cognitively based on their workstations and their work hours.  This research focuses on evaluating the physical and cognitive workload of the operators of PASPAMPRES using Posture Evaluation Index (PEI) and Nasa Task Load Index.  After evaluating their workloads, recommendations regarding optimizing their workstation and a new proposed shifts schedule and work hours.
