"Pencipta dalam melahirkan suatu karya cipta membutuhkan kreativitas dari kemampuan daya pikir yang membutuhkan pengorbanan serta pertimbangan untuk mewujudkan idenya, seperti waktu, tenaga, dan pikiran. Dengan begitu, sudah sepantasnya bagi pencipta untuk diberikan penghargaan dan perlindungan hukum atas hasil karya ciptanya. Namun, masih kerap terjadi tindakan penjiplakan karya cipta rancangan busana untuk memperoleh manfaat ekonomi dengan memproduksi busana dari karya tersebut. Perbuatan penjiplakan karya cipta dengan tanpa izin merupakan perbuatan melanggar hukum. Dalam hal ini, timbul problematika bagaimana bentuk perlindungan hukum para pencipta rancangan busana tersebut, apakah hak cipta atau desain industri yang lebih tepat untuk memberikan perlindungan hukum dalam perspektif Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Penelitian dalam skripsi menggunakan metode yuridis normatif, yang mana mengacu pada norma hukum dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder melalui studi literatur dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis berpendapat bahwa rezim hukum dalam perspektif Hak Kekayaan Intelektual yang lebih tepat untuk memberikan perlindungan terhadap karya rancangan busana adalah hak cipta.

In creating a creative work, the creator requires creativity from the ability of the mind that requires sacrifice and consideration to actualize the idea, such as time, energy, and thoughts. Therefore, it is appropriate for creators to be given appreciation and legal protection for their works. However, there are still frequent cases of plagiarizing the copyrighted fashion designs to obtain economic benefits by producing clothing from those works. Copying the copyrighted works without permission is an illegal act. In this case, a problem arises as to the form of legal protection for the creators of those fashion designs, whether copyrights or industrial designs are more appropriate to provide legal protection from the perspective of Intellectual Property Rights. The research in the thesis used the normative juridical method, which refers to legal norms in statutory regulations. The data sources used in this study are secondary data through literature studies and interviews with informant. The data obtained will be analyzed using qualitative data analysis methods. Based on the results of the research, the author argues that the legal regime in the perspective of Intellectual Property Rights that is more appropriate to provide protection for fashion design works is copyright."

"ABSTRAK
Elemen desain dan visual, sebagai stimulan, memegang peran penting dalam memengaruhi perilaku membeli konsumen. Namun, bukan hanya area ritel fesyen keseluruhan yang dapat bertindak sebagai penunjang aktivitas berbelanja, area kasir juga memegang peranan penting dalam menstimulasi perilaku membeli. Di dalam skripsi ini guna untuk mengetahui hubungan antara elemen desain visual, perilaku konsumen dan indera konsumen dalam kegiatan membeli di area kasir The Goods Dept Lippo Kemang Mall. Elemen desain dan visual yang berpengaruh dalam menstimulasi konsumen adalah visual merchandise, display, warna dan pencahayaan yang terbentuk dalam zonasi ruang ritel yang diaplikasikan ke area kasir untuk memunculkan persepsi dan kesan visual yang akan memberikan respons ke indera lainnya.

ABSTRACT
Design and visual elements, as stimulants, play an important role in influencing consumer buying activities. However, not just the whole fashion retail area that can act as a supporter of shopping activities, the cashier area also plays an important role in stimulating consumer buying activities. In order to acknowledge the consumer senses in buying activities in the cashier area of The Goods Dept Lippo Kemang Mall. The influence of visual and design elements in stimulating consumers are the visual merchandise, display, colors, and lighting formed in the zoning of retail space applied to the cashier area to elicit perceptions and visual impressions that will respond to other senses."
