The focus of this thesis is concerning the Professional Football Players Representation Contract in Indonesia that regulated not only in national law which is the Indonesian Civil Code and The Law No. 3 of 2005 about the National Sports System, but more specifically stipulated in the Statutes and Regulations of FIFA and PSSI. This thesis is made to give a clear view how the legal relation and the legal protection of the parties who are bound in the professional football players representation contract."

"ABSTRAKPada jurnal yang berjudul perkembangan sepak bola di Maroko ini, dibahas beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan awal mula terbentuknya federasi sepak bola di Maroko pada tahun 1955, yaitu mengenai perkembangan sepak bola di Maroko, sejarah tim nasional Maroko, klub-klub sepak bola di Maroko, awal terbentuknya federasi sepak bola Maroko, akademi-akademi sepak bola yang ada di Maroko, dan atlet-atlet terbaik Maroko. Pada penyusunan jurnal ini, Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sejarah dengan menggunakan tinjauan pustaka dari beberapa buku teks dan e-book. Teori pada penulisan ini adalah sejarah sepak bola. Maroko merupakan salah satu negara Arab yang berada di wilayah Afrika. Maroko menjadi salah satu negara yang ditakuti dalam bidang sepak bola, karena berhasil juara piala afrika pertama kali dan lolos ke putaran piala dunia hingga tahun 1998. Selain berhasil menjadi negara yang lolos pada putaran Piala Dunia, Maroko juga pernah menjadi kandidat tuan rumah piala dunia 2010. Sepak bola Maroko berada di bawah arahan federasi sepak bola kerajaan Maroko yang disebut FRMF. Maroko menjadi salah satu negara Arab yang memiliki akademi sepak bola yang baik dan mampu menghasilkan pemain berbakat. Sepak bola Maroko semakin berkembang pada saat ini, bahkan timnas Maroko memiliki pemain-pemain yang berlaga di kompetisi elit Eropa.

ABSTRACTWithin the paper entitled ldquo The Development of Maroccan Football rdquo , it examines several things related to the beginning of football federation in morocco in 1955 such as the development of football in morocco, the history of moroccan national football team, moroccan football club, the begining of moroccan football federation, moroccan football academy, and moroccan rsquo s best athletes. To conduct this research, the author used historical methode by doing literature review from several texts and e books. In addition, the theoritical background that is used in this paper is the history of football. Morocco is one of Arabic countries in African region. Morocco has a story in terms of the development of sports, specially football. Moreover, Morocco became one of the dreaded country on football because it won the first African football championship and qualified for the world cup up until the year of 1998. Beside becomig the country that is qualified on World Cup, Morocco also hosted the World Cup 2010. Moroccan football is under the Federation of Royale Moroccan Football FRMF . Furthemore, Morocco is one of Arabic countries that has high qualified football academy and able to produce talented players. Moroccan football is growing and even Moroccan national team has players that competing in European elite competition."

"ABSTRAKTerbentuknya sepak bola Aljazair dipelopori oleh golongan Front Liberation Nationale FLN , sebagai salah satu bentuk kampanye perjuangan kemerdekaan Aljazair dari kolonialisme Perancis. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan dan informasi baru yang mendalam mengenai Perkembangan Sepak Bola Aljazair yang mungkin belum pernah diketahui oleh banyak orang. Jurnal ini membahas sejarah perkembangan sepak bola Aljazair dari tahun 1962 sampai tahun 2015 serta tokoh-tokoh yang berpengaruh dalam pekembangan sepak bola Aljazair. Metode penyusunan yang dilakukan penulis adalah metode sejarah dengan empat langkah yaitu heuristik, verifikasi, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Sumber data berasal dari berbagai sumber kepustidakaan seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, serta artikel yang berhubungan dengan jurnal yang akan penulis buat. Didapati bahwa sepak bola Aljazair terbentuk pada tahun 1958. Pada tahun tersebut pemain Aljazair yang bermain di Eropa, Rachid Mekhloufi turut serta bergabung dalam tim bentukan FLN tersebut. Ia dijuluki diplomat lapangan hijau. Dalam perkembangannya pemain sepak bola Aljazair dikenal sebagai pemain pejuang, karena dengan berbagai kendala mereka mampu selalu bangkit dan berprestasi di lapangan hijau. Terbukti dengan banyaknya klub-klub Eropa yang merekrut pemain dari Aljazair serta kejutan-kejutan yang mereka berikan di setiap piala dunia.

ABSTRACTThe formation of Algerian football was spearheaded by the Front Liberation Nationale FLN , as a form of Algerian independence struggle campaign of French colonialism. This journal aims to gain a deep knowledge and new information about the development of Algerian Football that may have never been known by many people. This journal discusses the history of the development of Algerian football from 1962 until 2015 and influential figures in Algerian football development. Method of preparation by the author is a historical method with four steps of heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Sources of data come from books, scientific journals, as well as articles related to the journal that will author create. It was found that Algerian football was formed in 1958. In that year the Algerian player playing in Europe, Rachid Mekhloufi participated in the FLN formation team. He was nicknamed the green field diplomat. In its development, Algerian football players are known as player fighters, because with various obstacles they are able to always rise and perform in the green field. Evidenced by the many European clubs that recruit players from Algeria and the surprises they give in every world cup."

"Penelitian ini berkenaan dengan kecemasan yang dimiliki oleh para atlet sepakbola tim Persija Junior. Kecemasan dipandang sebagai salah satu faktor mental yang dapat menghambat prestasi seorang atlet. Persija Senior mengalami prestasi yang kurang baik dan salah satu hal yang dapat menghambat adalah kecemasan yang mereka miliki. Dengan adanya penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran yang ada pada pemain Persija Junior dan dilakukan intervensi terhadap kecemasan yang mereka miliki. Penelitian menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi kepada 4 orang partisipan. Dari hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa dua orang partisipan memiliki trait anxiety yang tinggi. Sumber kecemasan yang dimiliki oleh semua partisipan adalah fear of failure, penilaian kognitif dan pentingya suatu pertandingan. Dampak kecemasan mereka bersifat facilitating dan debilitating Sementara itu, dalam mengatasi kecemasannya terkadang partisipan menggunakan problem focused coping ataupun emotion focused coping. Terkadang mereka menggunakan kedua fungsi coping tersebut secara bersama. Dari hasil penelitian ini, disarankan agar diadakan penelitian lanjutan terhadap kecemasan pada olahraga beregu. Kemudian sangat penting bagi pengurus dan pelatih Persija Junior untuk mengadakan intervensi terhadap kecemasan yang dimiliki oleh pemainnya.

This research is about anxiety on Persija Junior team football athletes. Anxiety has been seen as one of the factors that inhibited athletes achievement. Persija Senior team has been underachiever and one of the factors that can inhibite their performance and achievement is anxiety. The purpose of this research is to describe anxiety on Persija Junior team football athletes and afterwards to make an intervention programs towards their anxiety. This research is using interview and observational method in four participant. The finding of this research has been indicated that two participant has high trait anxiety. Source of anxiety that was commonly found in all participant is fear of failure, cognitive appraisal and event importance. The effect of their anxiety is debilitating and facilitating. To cope with their anxiety, sometimes all the participant used problem focused coping and emotion focused coping. They used both method on the same time. It is important to make a research about anxiety on sports group. It is also important for the Persija Junior?s staff and coach to make an intervention regarding to Persija Junior?s player anxiety."
