"Pembingkaian informasi dalam teks sumber dan teks sasaran adalah salah satu masalah dalam penerjemahan. Tidak tertutup kemungkinan bingkai pada teks sasaran berbeda dari teks sumber sebagai dampak dari penerapan teknik penerjemahan. Menggunakan ancangan kualitatif dan metode studi pustaka, khususnya model komparatif, penelitian ini bertujuan memperlihatkan pengaruh teknik penerjemahan pada pembingkaian dan bingkai isu yang tercermin dalam teks sasaran. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah terjemahan buku nonfiksi  berbahasa Inggris ke dalam bahasa Indonesia Data yang dihimpun dari TSu dan TSa adalah narasi yang berkaitan dengan isu persatuan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa deskripsi situasi dan diksi adalah dua perangkat pembingkaian yang paling sering digunakan, sementara teknik amplifikasi informasi, reduksi, dan modulasi adalah teknik penerjemahan yang paling sering diterapkan. Penggunaan teknik-teknik ini memang berdampak pada pergeseran bingkai.Temuan juga mengindikasikan bahwa penerjemah TSa telah secara aktif menegosiasikan makna dalam teks sasaran—termasuk, pada bagian-bagian tertentu, memasukkan pendapatnya dengan cara menambahkan informasi.

Framing of information in source and target texts are one of the problems in translation. Framing and the resulting frame in the target text may also diverge from that in the source text due to the translation techniques applied. Employing the qualitative approach and literature study method, this research aims to identify and group framing devices in texts, identify the frames that occur in the texts, and assess whether the translation techniques applied affect framing devices and issue frame. The data sources of this research are an English non-fiction book and its Indonesian translation. The data collected from the ST and TT were narratives on the issue of unity. The findings of this research show that situational description and choice of words are the most commonly used framing devices, while information amplification, reduction, and modulation are the most commonly used translation techniques. The techniques indeed lead to shifts of frames. At the same time, the findings also indicate that TT translator have actively negotiated meaning in texts—at times rendering his own judgment by adding new information to the text."

"In multi-storey steel frame structure, the requirements of lateral load resistance are very critical in the design. Shear wall, core wall and bracing system are commonly applied to resist the lateral loads. However for some case, due to the architechtural requirements, the design of unbraced frame which utilized only the stiffness of connections, columns and beams could not be avoided. As loads in unbraced frames are to be resisted by bending action of the frames's members without the need of a bracing system, the most common design approach is to use rigid joints. The objective of this paper is to compare the design of unbraced frames bending on major axis with rigid connections using S275 and S355. The frames were designed to satisfy the ultimate limit state and service limit state based on the BS 5950-1:2000. The limit of the sway-deflection is ht/300 for rigid connections. The analysis has shown better construction design for continuous with the total steel weight saving for frame design for frame design with steel S355 was up to 17% less than the frame design using steel S275."

"The study examines the 250 CEOs? leadership style in adoption of electronic commerce (EC) among Bruneian SMEs. The study uses Bolman and Deals? instrument to measure the leadership frames and found that majority (70%) of the leadersare practicing all four frames and considered as effective leaders. Both human and symbolic (paired) frames of leadership remains dominant.In addition, structural, human resource and symbolic frames are ranked highest among the multiple (three) frames used. However, paired leadership frames (human and symbolic) were found to be significantpredictor of EC adoption among Bruneian SMEs. Based upon the analysis and conclusion some recommendations were made for the relevant authorities."

"Selama beberapa tahun terakhir, ruang digital menjadi tempat di mana gerakan sosial terjadi, menghadirkan istilah baru yang dikenal dengan gerakan sosial online. Tesis ini membahas bagaimana tindakan konektif tipologi crowd-enabled network yang digagasi oleh Bennett dan Segerberg (2012) terbentuk pada gerakan sosial online #BeraniJujurPecat dan #KPKKiniLebihBaik di Twitter yang merupakan reaksi publik terhadap pemberhentian 75 pegawai KPK karena tidak lolos Tes Wawasan Kebangsaan (TWK) yang dinilai kontroversial. Penelitian ini menerapkan mixed method, dengan analisis SNA untuk metode kuantitatif dan Netnografi untuk metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tindakan konektif terbentuk pada kedua tagar dengan penerapan yang berbeda-beda. Kedua tagar tidak memiliki koordinasi dari organisasi formal atau badan khusus dan tetap menyediakan akses personal yang terbuka untuk publik Jaringan #BeraniJujurPecat terbentuk berdasarkan personal action frames, dan jaringan #KPKKiniLebihBaik terbentuk berdasarkan collective action frames. Terdapat indikasi bahwa aktor-aktor pada jaringan #KPKKiniLebihBaik merupakan Buzzer politik yang bertujuan untuk mempersuasi publik dengan narasi sesuai kepentingan mereka.

Over the past few years, the digital space has become a place where social movements occur, introducing a new term known as online social movements. This thesis discusses how the collective action of the crowd-enabled network typology initiated by Bennett and Segerberg (2012) was formed in the online social movements #BeraniJujurPecat and #KPKKinibaik on Twitter which were public reactions after Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) fired 51 employees for failing controversial civic. This study applies a mixed method, with SNA analysis for quantitative methods and Netnography for qualitative methods. The result of the research shows that the connective action is formed on the two hashtags although with varied implementations. Both #BeraniJujurPecat and #KPKKiniLebihBaik do not have the coordination of a formal organization or special agency and still provide personal access that is open to the public. The #BeraniJujurPecat network is formed based on personal action frames, while the #KPKKiniLebihBaik network is formed based on collective action frames. There are indications that the actors in the #KPKKiniLebihBaik network are political buzzers whose aim is to persuade the public."

"Adanya peningkatan KLB (Koefisien Lantai Bangunan) pada daerah padat di Jakarta, memungkinkan para pemilik gedung melakukan perluasan bangunan secara vertikal dengan menambah struktur baja di atas struktur beton bertulang eksisting. Seringkali sambungan rigid dipakai pada sambungan kolom dasar struktur baja di atas struktur beton dengan mengasumsikan terjadi hubungan menerus antara baja dengan beton. Pada kenyataanya asumsi ini belum tentu benar akibat dari kemampuan sambungan sesungguhnya yang terbatas oleh kapasitas dan kekakuannya. Sehingga asumsi tersebut perlu dievaluasi kebenarannya demi menjaga perilaku struktur dan sambungan. Untuk itu, penelitian ini melakukan evaluasi hasil perancangan sambungan rigid pada dasar kolom baja dengan memodelkan sambungan menjadi pegas yang menghubungkan struktur baja dan struktur beton. Kekakuan rotasi sambungan dimodelkan secara non-linier untuk mendapatkan perilaku pasca leleh dari analisis pushover. Kekakuan sambungan diperoleh dari konfigurasi sambungan hasil perancangan yang melibatkan nilai overstrength factor (Wo) sesuai ketentuan AISC 341.
Pada penelitian ini terdapat 7 variasi kekakuan sambungan yang didasarkan variasi Wo pada kombinasi gaya-gaya di sambungan dan mutu angkur (Fu) pada nilai Wo tertentu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penurunan besarnya kekakuan sambungan akibat penurunan nilai Wo tidak mengurangi aksi sambungan rigid. Adanya variasi nilai Wo pada perancangan sambungan rigid tidak berpengaruh langsung nilai R dan Wo dari hasil pushover. Adanya variasi mutu angkur (Fu) juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada perilaku struktur. Hanya sambungan yang didesain dengan Wo = 1 menunjukkan perilaku non linier dan dimungkinkan terjadinya gagal geser. Untuk menjaga kekuatan di sambungan saat terjadi gempa di luar rencana pada struktur dan menjamin agar sambungan tetap berperilaku elastik, sambungan perlu didesain dengan menggunakan Wo minimal sebesar 1,5.

An increase in Floor Area Ratio (KLB) in dense areas of Jakarta, enabling building owners to extend their building vertically by adding the steel frame structures above the existing reinforced concrete structures. A rigid connection of steel column bases above the concrete structures is often used by assuming a continous joint between steel and concrete. In the fact, this assumption is not necessarily true since the connection behaviour is limited to the capacity and stiffnesses. This may lead to evaluate the assumption so the overall structural and connection behaviour are controlled. Therefore, this research evaluates the rigid connection design by modeling the column base connections using spring connecting steel frame structures and concrete frame structures. The non linear rotational stiffness of the spring is modelled to obtain post yielding behavior from the pushover analysis. The connection stiffnesses are provided from connection designs involving overstrength factor (Wo) as prescribed in AISC 341.
There are 7 connection stiffness variations are built in this research based on Wo variations on loading combinations and anchor grade variations (Fu) for certain value Wo. The results showed a decrease in connection stiffness due to reduction value of Wo independent to the connection rigidity actions. Variation of Wo in the rigid connection design has no direct impact on the value of R and Wo from pushover analysis. The anchor grade variations has no significant effect on the structural performance. The non linear behaviour and possibility of shear failure of the connections are happened only when using Wo = 1. The connections shall be designed by minimum Wo = 1,5 to ensure the connection strength and the connection behavior still remains elastically when a greater earthquake force is subjected to the structure.
