"Dental fusion is the most common problem seen in the primary dentition. The incidence of dental fusion was approximately 0,5 % for deciduous dentition and 0,1% for permanent dentition. Fusion may be complete or incomplete. Its etiology was related to genetic or local factor. These anomaly could result in dental caries, esthetic problem, periodontal disease, dental malocclusion, and hypodontia in permanent dentition. Treatment of fused teeth depends on the location and the extent of fusion. This report describes an incomplete dental fusion wilh dentinal caries occurred on 72 and 73 while 32 was agenesis. The purpose of the treatment was to improve the esthetic performance and subsequently to keep the teeth until the exfoliation time. After the restoration of 72 and 73, the patient feel satisfied."

ABSTRACT
A PocketVNA-based multi-frequency microwave tomography system and stepper motor and Arduino board-based mechanical system were used to shift the position of Vivaldi antenna pair angle in the scanning process of reflection coefficient (S11), magnitude and phase measurements of the microwaves interacted with observed objects. Vivaldi antenna works in the range of 1.5 GHz-9 GHz, while the PocketVNA operates in range of 500 kHz-4 GHz. Experiments were done to test the performance of the system with types of materials of different shapes and sizes. The reflection coefficient data (S11) resolved and reconstructed into an image via MATLAB based on Born approximation reconstruction algorithm. Image reconstruction per single frequency is done sequentially from low frequency-high frequency, with a total of 6 different frequency values. A multi-frequency approach will be done by combining the element of stability from the effect of using low frequencies and high-resolution element from the effect of relatively higher frequency usage. The use of multi-frequency reduces nonlinearity problem and increases the stability to get an optimal image reconstruction,. The image results from the image fusion algorithm process increase image quality compared to the individual images from the reconstruction results on single frequency usage without the image fusion process."
