"Supply chain management is one of compony's success key to survive in growing business environments where competition is increasing rapidly. improving the company's supply chain management is needed in order to sustain business in this environment. The first step to improving it is by measure its performance. The existing performance measurement methods fail to provide its necessary support in strategy development, decision making and performance improvement. This research attempts to propose a performance measurement method appropriate with company's condition and all aspect related to supply chain management. The research used fuzzy set theory to accommodate uncertainties and fuziness in measurement process and the process-based model to create the measurement hierarchy. Meanwhile, typical performance measurement is used to compare the results between two methods. The research was used to measure the supply chain management performance in point manufacturing and the result reveals that the supply chain management in point manufacturing has 3 levels, 5 Core Process, 17 Sub Process, and 31 Performance Measure. The measurement process itself given the score 8,44 for the supply chain management as a whole."

"Teknologi, khususnya digitalisasi, mengubah ruang kontrol sebagai jantung industri digital menjadi lebih kompleks bagi operator untuk memproses semua informasi yang disajikan ke dalam keputusan yang tepat sementara mereka masih perlu beradaptasi dengan sistem kompleks yang baru. Kompleksitas dapat mempengaruhi kinerja operator seiring dengan perubahan interaksi antara operator dan sistem. Sistem meliputi kontrol proses, semua alat dan peralatan, desain dan lingkungan ruangan, dan semua faktor yang terkait dengan pekerjaan dan tugas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyajikan kerangka kerja untuk mengevaluasi kinerja operator di ruang kontrol yang kompleks. Kerangka kerja ini menggabungkan dimensi kinerja manusia yang lebih komprehensif yaitu beban kerja, kelelahan, dan stress secara terintegrasi. Evaluasi diukur berdasarkan metode dan teori ergonomi dan diproses dengan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dan Fuzzy Set Theory. Kerangka kerja ini menawarkan panduan yang berlaku untuk mengevaluasi risiko kinerja manusia yang dapat mendukung pengamat untuk meningkatkan desain pekerjaan pekerjaan operator dan juga desain tempat kerja.

Technology, specifically digitalization, changes the control room as the heart of the digital industry. Such room is creating a more complex situation for operators to process all the information presented into the right decision while they still need to adapt with the new complex system. The complexity may affect the operator performance along with the change of the interaction between the operators and the systems. The systems include the process control, all the tools and equipment, the room`s design and environment, and all factors related to jobs and tasks. Therefore, this study presents a framework to evaluate the operator`s performance in the complex control room. This framework incorporates more comprehensive human performance dimensions and pay attention to all of the elements in the systems above as a contribution to the development of human performance modeling research. The evaluation will be measured based on the ergonomics methods and theory and processed by statistical methods. This framework offers applicable guidance to evaluate human performance risk that can support the observer to improve the work design of the operator`s job and also the workplace design."
