"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas bagaimana fungsi humas dapat diterapkan pada badan pemerintahan terkait inovasi dalam mencapai dan meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Selain itu, melalui kemitraan dengan WeCare yang telah memiliki sistem serta platform yang mapan, pemerintah dapat menjangkau masyarakat dan komunitas lokal terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi dan WeCare dapat mengakselerasi dan mengamplifikasi operasinya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa pemerintah perlu menjaga sustainability program, menguatkan kebijakan publik yang mendorong sektor swasta bidang kesehatan untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam WeCare.id/bandung, dan menguatkan manajemen relasi dengan masyarakat sebagai donatur di samping masyarakat sebagai penerima bantuan.

ABSTRACTThis study focuses on how public relations functions could be applied on governmental work related to innovation on achieving and increasing public expectation on healthcare services. Furthermore, through a partnership with WeCare that already established its system and platform, the government could reach local communities and the public related to the issues they rsquo re facing while WeCare would be able to amplify and accelerate its operations. This study case uses qualitative research as its method. The data were collected through in depth interview and desk research. This study suggests government should ideally guarantee this partnership rsquo s sustainability, strengthen public policy that encourage private sector in healthcare services to participate in WeCare.id bandung, and to reinforce relation management with WeCare.id bandung donators in lieu with the existing relation management with public as the aid recipient.
