Abstrak :
Pembaharuan izin harus dilakukan oleh industri obat tradisional paling lama 2 (dua) tahun sejak diundangkan (23 Februari 2012) sesuai dengan Permenkes Nomor 006 tahun 2012. Capaian pembaharuan izin IOT di Propinsi DKI Jakarta hingga Maret 2015 belum optimal yaitu sebesar 36,36%. Untuk itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam implementasi pembaharuan izin IOT di Propinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggali informasi secara mendalam dari 4 (empat) IOT pada bulan April-Juni 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tujuan kebijakan telah dipahami oleh pelaksana sehingga memiliki tingkat kepatuhan cukup baik. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam CPOTB terkait sumber daya finansial, karena membutuhkan investasi yang cukup besar untuk pemenuhannya. Penetapan klaster terhadap kemampuan pemenuhan CPOTB bagi IOT yang terdaftar serta pendampingan dalam memenuhi seluruh persyaratan diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi permasalahan pembaharuan izin IOT. ......Renewal of licenses should be done by the traditional medicine industry at most for 2 (two) years since its enactment (February 23, 2012) in accordance with Decree No. 006 of 2012. The achievement of IOT license renewal in DKI Jakarta until March 2015 has not been optimal yet, around 36.36%. Therefore this study was conducted to identify factors that become obstacles in the implementation of IOT license renewal in DKI Jakarta. This study used a qualitative approach to explore in depth information of 4 (four) IOT in April-June 2015. The results showed policy objectives has been understood by the executors that have a fairly good level of compliance. Obstacles encountered in related CPOTB financial resources, as it requires substantial investment to fulfillment. Determination of clusters towards fulfillment capabilities CPOTB for IOT listed as well as assistance in meeting all the requirements expected to be a solution to the problem of renewal of licenses IOT.

Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker dapat melihat langsung aktivitas yang berlangsung dalam suatu industri farmasi, memperoleh pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang segala aspek yang terkait di industri farmasi terutama dalam hal penerapan CPOB di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories dan dapat memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai peran dan tugas apoteker di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu transfer metode penetapan kadar dan identifikasi injeksi tropisetron HCl dari HPLC ke UHPLC. Tugas Khusus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan metode analisa yang efektif dan efisien untuk melakukan penetapan kadar dan identifikasi pada analisa injeksi tropisetron HCL

Pharmacist Internship in PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories that students can see the direct profession pharmacists activity that takes place in the pharmaceutical industry, gaining knowledge and insight into everything related aspects in the pharmaceutical industry, especially in terms of the implementation of GMP in PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories and may have a deep understanding of the role and duties of the pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry. The focus of learning this time at the Quality Control Laboratory. One of the duties at quality control laboratory is to did closed a document, an transfered Method from HPLC to UHPLC. The Internship given a special assignment titled transfer methode analytical methode of analysis for tropisetron HCl injection from HPLC to UHPLC. The purpose of this Particular Assignment are to know the effective and efficient method to analyse tropisetron HCl injection.

Apoteker dituntut untuk memahami
pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan dan Bahan Medis Habis Pakai (BMHP) dari mulai perencanaan, pengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, pemusnahan, pengendalian, pencatatan dan pelaporan. The internship at Apotek Hidup Baru aims to find out and participate in the implementation of pharmaceutical service standards at the pharmacy which includes the management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and consumable medical materials and clinical pharmacy. Pharmacists are required to understand the
management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and medical consumables from planning, procurement, receiving, storing, destroying, controlling, recording and reporting. In addition, pharmacists are required to be able to carry out clinical pharmacy services from prescription assessment, dispensing, drug information services, counseling, home pharmacy care, drug therapy monitoring and drug side effect monitoring. The special task given is in the form of making celery brochures as anti-hypertensive herbs with the aim of providing counseling to patients who come to pharmacies, especially hypertensive patients about celery which can be used to alleviate hypertension.

Praktik kerja profesi di PT Agrinusa Jaya Santosa Periode Bulan Januari ndash; Februari Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri obat hewan dan memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan obat hewan yang Baik CPOHB . Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri obat hewan, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri obat hewan. Abstrak :
Apoteker memiliki peran yang penting, baik di Industri Farmasi, Distributor ataupun Fasilitas Kesehatan seperti Apotek, Puskesmas, Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit, dll. Untuk dapat memenuhi peran Apoteker dengan baik, seorang Apoteker diwajibkan untuk memenuhi standar kompetensi yang telah ditetapkan dan selalu mengikuti standar yang berlaku dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Oleh karena itu, penting bagi calon Apoteker untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikan pekerjaan kefarmasian secara langsung, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di tiga tempat praktik kefarmasian yang berbeda, yaitu PT. Abbott Indonesia, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 295 Jatiwaringin dan Distributor PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari pada periode bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Dengan praktik kerja ini diharapkan calon apoteker mendapat banyak pengetahuan, wawasan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian.

Pharmacists have an important role, in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Distributors or Health Facilities such as Pharmacies, Puskesmas, Hospital Pharmacy Installations, etc. To be able to fulfill the Pharmacists role properly, a Pharmacist is required to meet established competency standards and always follow the applicable standards in carrying out the duties. Therefore, it is important for pharmacists to learn and practice pharmaceutical work directly, so the Intenships were done in three different pharmacy practice places, namely PT. Abbott Indonesia, Kimia Farma Pharmacy No. 295 Jatiwaringin and PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari from January to April 2019. With this work practice it is expected that pharmacists will gain a wealth of knowledge, insights, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical work.

Seorang Apoteker memiliki peranan penting pada apotek, industri farmasi dan distributor farmasi. Seorang apoteker harus memenuhi persyaratan dan standard kompetensi agar dapat memasuki dunia kerja dan menjalani praktik profesi apoteker. Terdapat sepuluh standar kompetensi Apoteker Indonesia yang merupakan suatu yang diharapkan melekat pada apoteker setelah lulus dan masuk pada dunia kerja. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker melaksanakan kerja praktik di beberapa instansi agar dapat memahami peranan dan tanggung jawab apoteker, permasalahan yang mungkin terjadi agar dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensi calon apoteker, maka dari itu dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Apoteker di Apotek Jacoebson Pharmacy, PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia yang merupan industri Farmasi dan PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari yang merupakan Distributor Farmasi yang dimana dilaksanakan sejak bulan Januari hingga April 2019. Selama PKPA, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memperluas pemahaman, wawasan, dan pengalaman untuk menghadapi pekerjaan kefarmasian di tempat praktik kerja profesi.

A pharmacist must meet the requirements and competency standards in order to support the world of work and approve pharmacist professional agreements. As a preparation and experience of prospective pharmacists carrying out work in several institutions in order to be able to assist and be responsible for pharmacists, which may be needed to improve the knowledge and competencies of prospective pharmacists, therefore involved the Pharmacist Work Practices at Jacoebson Pharmacy, PT Integrated Healthcare Indonesia Pharmacy which is a pharmaceutical industry. and PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari which is a Pharmacy Distributor which is carried out from January to April 2019. During PKPA, it is expected that prospective pharmacists can access, understand, and seek to do pharmaceutical work in the workplaces that work.

Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran dan kompetensi di dunia kerja, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di beberapa tempat, yaitu di PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung, dan PT Aventis Pharma. Selama PKPA, calon apoteker diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pemahaman, dan pengalaman dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di berbagai tempat selama praktik kerja profesi.

Pharmacists have an important role as one of the healthcare professional. Pharmacists must comply with the competency standards before get into the professional practices. Therefore, in order to get experiences working as a healthcare professional, the Pharmacists Internship Program that called as Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) have been implemented. The prospective pharmacists get to do the internship at several places, such as PT SamMarie Tramedifa, Apotek Kimia Farma No. 510 Lenteng Agung, and PT Aventis Pharma. The prospective pharmacists are expected to get more knowledge and experiences to do the pharmaceutical practices in various places during the PKPA.

Standar kompetensi apoteker Indonesia terdiri dari sepuluh (10) standar kompetensi sebagai kemampuan yang diharapkan oleh apoteker saat lulus dan masuk ke tempat praktik kerja profesi. Sebagai bekal dan pengalaman calon apoteker untuk dapat memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi, maka dilaksanakan Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma no 284, periode bulan Januari tahun 2019. Indonesian pharmacist competency standards consist of ten (10) competency standards as abilities expected by pharmacists when graduating and entering professional work practices.
