Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan pengembangan klaster kerajinan kulit industri dengan pendekatan sistem dinamika. Konstruksi didasarkan pada Konsep Perencanaan Pengembangan Industri Kreatif di Indonesia dengan Pendekatan Model Quad Helix untuk menganalisis bagaimana peran dan aktor dapat mempengaruhi perkembangan industri. Para pelaku industri ini adalah Pemerintah, Bisnis, Akademik, dan Masyarakat Sipil. Pendekatan System Dynamics adalah cara untuk menganalisis bagian-bagian sistem yang memiliki korelasi dan mengintegrasikan bersama-sama ke tujuan tertentu. Model mewakili dari kondisi nyata dan alat untuk membuat simulasi. Unit bisnis yang paling dalam industri klaster memiliki bentuk Home Industry atau UKM yang memiliki skala usaha kecil hingga menengah. Kami menemukan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi jumlah produksi kerajinan kulit yang diinginkan Produksi dan Perencanaan Kapasitas.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan rancangan sistem informasi untuk pengadaan bahan baku pada klaster industri pipa baja nasional. Rancangan dibuat dengan mencari arah kebijakan pengembangan klaster yang kemudian diikuti dengan pengolahan konsep umum dari sistem informasi yang akan dibuat melalui wawancara dengan departemen perindustrian serta identifikasi kebutuhan rancangan sistem informasi terhadap pengguna. Hasil perancangan sistem informasi yang dibuat terdiri dari proses-proses yang berhubungan dengan pengadaan bahan baku pipa baja yang terjadi antara perusahaan penghasil bahan baku pipa baja dengan perusahaan penghasil pipa baja. ......This study aims to obtain information system design for the procurement of raw materials in the national steel pipe industry cluster. The design is created with the search for policy direction and development of the cluster followed by the generating concepts of general system information that created through interviews with the department for industry and identify the needs of system information design for user. Results of the information system design that have been made were processes that related to procurement of raw material for steel pipe that occur between companies that produce raw material of steel pipe with companies that produce steel pipes.

Inpres no. 5 tahun 2005 mengenai asas cabotage menuntut galangan kapal nasional untuk dapat meningkatkan baik kapasitas produksi maupun reparasi kapal nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pola klaster industri perkapalan dalam rangka mendorong daya saing industri perkapalan nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan studi literatur melalui seminar maupun buku terbitan Departemen Perindustrian, IPERINDO, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Klaster industri perkapalan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produktifitas dan daya saing industri perkapalan nasional seperti yang telah dibuktikan oleh beberapa negara lain. ......Presidential Instruction no. 5 of 2005 concerning the cabotage principle requires a national shipyard to be able to increase both production and repair capacity of the national board. The purpose of this study to determine the pattern of the shipbuilding industry cluster in order to encourage the competitiveness of the national shipping industry. The method used is by using literature studies through seminars and books published by the Ministry of Industry, IPERINDO, and other relevant parties. Shipbuilding industry cluster is expected to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the national shipping industry as it has been demonstrated by several other countries.

East Java Province in Indonesia is the centre of the eastern Indonesia region and it has a fairly high economic significance, which has contributed 14.85% to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). The role of Large and Medium Scale Manufacturing Industry (LMSMI) clusters in this province is very important and strategic as one of the main drivers for economic progress and it becomes a part of the efforts to improve the society's life. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of LMSMI clusters continuously. The purpose of this study is to investigate the productivity changes of LMSMI clusters in East Java Province, Indonesia, so that they will be able to survive, grow and compete in facing global competition. The method used in this study is the method of DEA-based Malmquist Productivity Index. The result of this study indicates that 50% of the LMSMI clusters in East Java Province are in the category of improved productivity, while the remaining clusters are in the category of declining productivity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis posisi strategis dari klaster industri canting cap di Kota Pekalongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku usaha mikro kecil dan menengah canting cap di Kota Pekalongan. Untuk menentukan posisi startegis klaster canitng cap digunakan analisis SWOT dan analisis General Elektrik (GE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan posisi klaster industri canting cap mempunya daya tarik dan kekuatan persaingan yang menengah, sehingga strategi yang tepat untuk mengembangkan usaha canting cap adalah mengidentifikasi faktor pertumbuhan, spesialisasi, dan melakukan investasi yang selektif.
