Laporan ini membahas proses validasi atau pemeriksaan dokumen Surat Kredit Berdokumen Dalam Negeri (SKBDN) yang dilakukan oleh PT LT. Pemrosesan SKBDN yang dimulai dari penerimaan SKBDN hingga pencairan SKBDN dilakukan dengan berdasarkan pada Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 5/6/PBI/2003 dan Standar serta Instruksi Kerja PT LT. Dalam penerimaan SKBDN, ada tahap yang tidak sesuai dengan Peraturan Bank Indonesia, yaitu tahap Penerimaan SKBDN. PT LT seharusnya hanya menerima SKBDN dari Bank Negosiasi, namun pada praktiknya PT LT juga menerima SKBDN dari konsumen. Selama proses pemeriksaan yang dilakukan oleh Dinas SP&GC, terdapat perbedaan alur kerja serta tindakan-tindakan yang tidak diinstruksikan dalam Instruksi Kerja perusahaan. Perbedaan tersebut terdapat pada proses penandatanganan SKBDN oleh Kepala Dinas SP&GC dan pendistribusian Tanda Terima Jaminan Hal-hal tersebut berpotensi menimbulkan masalah bagi Dinas SP&GC, maupun PT LT secara keseluruhan.

ABSTRACTThis report discusses the process of validating or examining Domestic Letter of Credit (SKBDN) conducted by PT LT. SKBDN processing starting from SKBDN receipts until SKBDN disbursement is conducted based on Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 5/6/PBI/2003 and PT LT Standards and Work Instruction. In receiving SKBDN, there is a stage that is not in accordance with Bank Indonesia Regulations, that is the stage of SKBDN Receipt. PT LT should only receive SKBDN from the Negotiation Bank, but in practice PT LT also receives SKBDN from consumers. During the inspection process carried out by the SP&GC Service, there are differences in workflows and actions that are not instructed in the company's Work Instructions. The difference is found in the process of signing the SKBDN by the Head of the SP&GC Service and the distribution of Guarantee Receipts. This has the potential to cause problems for the SP&GC Service, as well as PT LT as a whole.

Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul 'Pembuatan Instruksi Kerja, Spesifikasi dan Catatan Pengujian Bahan Baku'. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan Instruksi Kerja metode pengujian bahan baku yang baik dan benar untuk menghindari terjadinya kesalahan saat proses pengujian. Secara umum, PT Pertiwi Agung Landson telah menerapkan 12 aspek CPOB dengan baik dan benar, penulis juga telah mendapatkan kemampuan untuk memahami peran, tugas, wawasan dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan memberikan solusi pada permasalahan di industri farmasi.
