"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kedudukan hukum pemegang polis asuransi sebagai kreditor dalam pengurusan harta kepailitan perusahaan asuransi. Aturan mengenai kedudukan hukum pemegang polis dalam struktur tingkatan kreditor kepailitan diperlukan untuk menjamin kepastian dan perlindungan hukum bagi para pemegang polis. Dalam skripsi ini pokok permasalahan yang akan dibahas adalah mengenai kedudukan hukum pemegang polis asuransi sebagai kreditor dalam pengurusan harta kepailitan perusahaan asuransi dan bagaimana penerapan hukum kepailitan terkait kedudukan pemegang polis asuransi sebagai kreditor dalam perkara Gugatan Lain Lain Nomor 03/Pdt.Sus-Gugatan Lain-Lain/2017/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst. Oleh sebab itu, untuk menjawab pokok permasalahan tersebut perlu untuk melihat kaidah-kaidah hukum yang berlaku, fakta-fakta hukum yang terjadi, pertimbangan putusan hakim, prinsip dan asas-asas penting dalam hukum kepailitan. ......This thesis examines the legal position of insurance policyholder as creditor in the management of insurance company rsquo s bankruptcy assets.
