ABSTRACT
A study on Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) and intellectual performance of the school-children has been done in Malang District, East Java, in December 1994. This study covered 11 villages within 5 sub districts, three of which have volcanic soil and two have limestone soil. Totally 544 school-children aged 8- 10 years old, from 22 public primary schools were measured. Villages selection was done with the aim to describe the overall extent and severity of IDD among school-children by using different methods of assessment. Methods of assessment were palpation, ultrasonography, urinary iodine excretion (UIE) and the serum thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level. Culture Fair Intelligence Test were used to assess the intelligence quotient (IQ) points. The Total Goiter Rate (TGR) for the whole survey area as indicated both by palpation and ultrasound measurement were revealed 35.7 % and 54.8 % respectively. According to WHO criteria, the survey area categorized as "Severe" (TGR >=30%) as indicated by either palpation or ultrasound measurement. In contrast, the survey area categorized as "Mild" based on both UIE and TSH level (Median UIE = 5.50 ag/dl, TSH >5 mU/l = 3.4 %) Goiter, either determined by palpation or USG, was significantly associated with IQ points of the subjects ( p < 0.001 and p < 0.01 respectively). The association between median of UIE and IQ points of the subjects were also significant (p < 0.001). TSH level was not necessarily associated with either IQ points of the subjects or another IDD indicators. It is concluded that two of the IDD indicators (goiter and UIE) were significantly associated with the level of intelligence of the school-children, which reflected the quality of life of the people. Therefore, the intervention is urgently needed.

GAKY merupakan salah sam masalah kexeharan masyarakat di Indonesm. Gamm bwyodium ada/ah Salah sam cara untuk mcnanggulangf gangguan alcibat kekurangan yodium yang dapa! mengakibatkan berbagai masalah gangguan akiba! kekurangan yodium (GAKY). Penggunaan garam beryadium adalah cara penanggulangan _vang praklis dan ;murah. Rumah langga yang menggunakan garam beryodium di K ecamalan Bojongmangu sebesar 51 %. Scdangkan target USI adalah 90 % rumah rangga menggunakan garam beryodium. Dengan melihal adanyua kesenjangan zensebul, jzkror- _/Zzkror apa yang berhubungan dengan kandungan yodium daiam garam. Tn/uan penelitian ini adalah unruk mengetahuifaktorfaktor yang berhubzmgan dengan kandungan yodium dalam garam yang digunakan oleh rumah Iangga di Kecamaran Bojongfnangu tahun 3007. _ __ Penelilian ini mengguna/ran design cross sccrfonal. Jumlah sampe1 216 di 3 desa. Wap desa 3 RM tiap RW 2 RT dan Hap RT 12 rcsponden. Sebagai rcsponden adalah ibu rumah rangga. Cara pengambilan .vampel menggunakan random. Variabel dependen adalah kandungan yodium dalam garam yang dlgunakan oleh rumah langga. Variabel independen yang dfteiitih adalah pendidlkan. pekerjaan, pendaparan, pengelahuan ibn tenrang garam bcryodium, rempat membeli, persepsi harga, lama simpan, jenis garam, wadah penyimpan, cam menyimpan dan Ierak menyimpan garam. .Pengumpulan data mengzmakan Iodine Tast, timbangan, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelirian ada/ah 16.2 % rumah tangga yang menggunakan garam beryodium de/:gan kandungan yodium cukup berdasarkan pengetesan menggunakan Iodina Test, 38,9 % kurang mengandung yodium dan 44,9 % tidak mengandung yodium. Terbanyak adalah bemuk garam bafa (85.2 %). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan chi square dnneroleh p value < 0,05 pada variabel promosi tentang penggunaan garam be1;vodium_ pengerahuan ibu tanrang garam beryodium, tempat membeli garam, jenis / bentuk garam, cara menyimpan, dan letak menyimpan garam. Kesimpulannya bahwa bentuk garam yang paling banyak digunakan di masyarakat adalah benluk garam bam. Kemungkinan Ierjadi bahwa garam bata bcvgyalc yang tidak beryodium. Masih jauh untuk mencapai target USI 90 % rumah rangga menggunakan garam beryodium. Banyalc program kegiaran yang harus dilaksanakan untuk nzeningkatlcan penggunaan garam beryodium di Kecamatan Bojongmangu.
ABSTRACT
Iodine Deficiency Disorders (IDD) is one of public health problems in Indonesia. Iodine Deficiency Disorder can cause many health problems. One of endeavors to address this This effort is considered practical and in expensive. There are 51 % households that use iodizes salt in Bojongmangu sub district, meanwhile, it is targeted Universal Salt Iodization (USI) that 90 % of the household use iodizes salt. Based on this data therefore, it is essential to know factors that related with the salt iodine level at the household. The aims of the study are to find out the factors that relate with salt iodine level that has been consumed at the liouseholds. This study used cross-sectional design. There are 2 l6 respondents in 3 villages. In each village, 3 RW have been choosen. In each RW, 2 RT have been choosen and then in each RT, 12 respondents have become the samples ofthe study. The housewives are the samples of the study and they have been chosen randomly. The dependent variable is the iodine level at the households. The independent variables consist of education, occupation, income, knowledge about the iodize salt, place of purchase,cost perception, duration of storage, the variety of the salt, container for storage, storage technique and the location of storage. The data collection has been done using Iodine Test, weight scale and questioner. ` The results of the study reveal that 16,2 % household use iodize salt with the sufficient level based on iodine test, 38,9 % of them use insufficiently and 44,9 % do not use iodize salt. Most of the households (85,2 %) use brick salt. T he data analysis use chi- square, there are some variables that have p Value < 0,05, they are iodize salt promotion, knowledge of the housewives, place of purchase, the kind of salt, thc storage technique and place oh storage.In conclusion, the type of salt that most of the households use brick salt. Most of salt do not have iodine especially the brick salt. This facts show that in population level, there are many households that do not use iodine salt. The target ot`USI (90%) has not been reached, thus, the effort to promote the use of iodize salt should be encouraged in Bojongmangu sub district.

Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Yodium (GAKY), merupakan masalah yang serius di Indonesia. Pada saat ini di Indonesia diperkirakan ada sekitar 10 juta orang menderita gondok, 750.000-900.000 menderita kretin endemik dan 3,5 juta menderita GAKY Iainnya. Dampak negatif dari GAKY berpengaruh langsung terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia, anak-anak yang menderita kekurangan yodium mempunyai rata-rata IQ 13,5 point lebih rendah dibandingkan mereka yang cukup mendapat yodium. Pemerintah menempuh 2 macam upaya penanggulangan GAKY di Indonesia, yaitu melalui upaya pemberian kapsul minyak beryodium yang diprioritaskan pada wanita usia subur 15-49 tahun termasuk ibu hamil dan ibu nifas dan penggalakkan penggunaan garam beryodium di masyarakat. Untuk meningkatkan demand masyarakat terhadap penggunaan garam beryodium, Pusat Promosi Kesehatan telah melakukan kampanye penggunaan garam beryodium melalui media TV dan Radio pada tahun 1998/1999. Namun data yang telah dikumpulkan baru dianalisis secara univariat, sehingga dirasa perlu untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut melalui penulisan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemakaian garam beryodium rumah tangga di 10 propinsi daerah endemik Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Yodium (GAKY) di Indonesia tahun 1999.Desain penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder hasil evaluasi kampanye garam beryodium melalui media TV dan Radio yang dilakukan Pusat Promosi Kesehatan pada tahun 1999 terhadap 600 responden wanita usia subur di 10 propinsi GAKY di Indonesia. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program komputer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 462 responden (77%) menggunakan garam beryodium, sedangkan sisanya menggunakan garam lain. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan garam beryodium antara lain: Pengetahuan, Pendidikan, Niat, Ketersediaan garam beryodium, dan Keterpaparan terhadap media. Dari ke-lima faktor tersebut, ketersediaan garam beryodium merupakan faktor yang mempunyai hubungan paling dominan dengan penggunaan garam beryodium dengan nilai Odds Ratio (OR)=l,36I (95% CI 1,30 - 1,43). Artinya responden dengan ketersediaan garam beryodium di sekitar tempat tinggalnya, kemungkinan akan menggunakan garam beryodium 1,361 kali dibandingkan dengan responden yang disekitar tempat tinggalnya tidak tersedia garam beryodium. Atas dasar hasil penelitian tersebut, kepada pengelola program GAKY disarankan untuk melakukan advokasi secara intensif kepada lintas sektor, terutama sektor yang berkaitan dengan distribusi garam beryodium untuk menjamin ketersediaan garam beryodium di seluruh Indonesia. Disamping itu, kampanye penggunaan garam beryodium perlu dijaga kesinambungannya, karena dari hasil penelitian juga terbukti bahwa keterpaparan media berhubungan dengan penggunaan garam beryodium. ......Factor Related to Iodized Salt Usage in Ten Province Subjected to Iodine Deficiency Disorder (IDD) in Indonesia Year of 1999There are many people in Indonesia still suffer from goiter. 10 million from 42 million people which living in area with deficiency of iodine are suffering this disease. IDD has negative impact directly to quality of human resources, especially concerned to intelligence and productivity. In this study we looking for some factor related to iodized salt usage in ten IDD province in Indonesia. Independent factors in this study are predisposition factors (knowledge, willingness, and education), enabling factor (salt availability), and enforcing factor (media). We were looking for some relation of these three variables with iodized salt usage as dependent variable. This study using cross sectional design to secondary data of 600 respondents (women in fertile age) in ten IDD province (GAKY) in 1999, which collected by Health Promotion Center of Health Department of Republic of Indonesia. From 600 respondents which being studied, 462 respondents (77%) using iodized salt. Factor that related to iodized salt usage is availability of iodized salt, media exposure, knowledge, and level of education. The most dominant factor is iodized salt availability (OR 1,361; 95%CI 1,30-1,43), which means respondents which easy to find iodized salt have 1,361; possibility to use iodized salt compared to those who difficult to find iodized salt. We recommend to Department of Trade and Industry to ensure the availability of iodized salt in public, and to IDD program's management to improve campaign of benefits of iodized salt usage to public.

Studi tentang pertumbuhan fisik telah menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan anak usia 13 -15 tahun merupakan pertumbuhan fisik yang cepat. Pada anak perempuan, hal tersebut berhubungan dengan kematangan seksual yang merupakan ciri-ciri pubertas, ditandai haid pertama dan berkaitan dengan keadaan gizi dan psikhisnya. Studi pengantar di Tanjungsari mengenai kematangan seksual, ditemukan data Cohort WHO, dari 3500 anak terdapat 1550 anak perempuan dengan tiugkat maturasi seksual 28 anak (1,8%). Usia menarchenya 12 tahun, dan ditemukan 11 responden (0,70 %) atau (39,28%) dad data kematangan seksual, telah menikah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dan faktor apa yang dominan berhubungan dengan kematangan seksual. Desain penelitian merupakan survey dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional, lokasi di Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang Jawa Barat, dilaksanakan pada bulan April sampai bulan Juni tahun 2003. Jumlah sampel 150 anak perempuan usia 13 sampai 15 tahun. Vaniabel babas yang diduga berhubungan idalah Indeks Masa Tubuh, Status anemia, Kadar lemak tubuh, Perilaku sosial, Umur, Pendidikan, Pendidikan Ayah, Pendapatan Orangtua dan Kebiasaan keluarga. Data merupakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari anak perempuan dengan menghitung Indeks Masa Tubuh dari pengukuran berat badan dalam kilogram dibagi ukuran tinggi badan dalam meter kuadrat dan Status Anemia. Ban pengambilan sampel darah anak kemudian dianalisa hasilnya dalam ukuran gram %. Prosentase lemak tubuh, dilakukan setelah diketahui ukuran tinggi badan, berat badan, umur dan jenis kelaniin,masukkan dalam BIA, hasilnya berupa prosentase. Data kematangan seksual diperoleh dari pemeriksaan fisik tanda kematangan seksual sekunder, sedangkan data mengenai perilaku sosial, umur, pendidikan, pendidikan ayah, pendapatan orangtua, serta kebiasaan keluarga diperoleh melalui kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan manual, dan bantuan komputer, data yang terkumpul dimasukan pada program. Hasil analisa Univariat dari 150 Responder, melalui pengukuran Indeks Masa Tubuh, diperoleh status gizi kurang sebanyak 35 responden (23,3%), 15 responden (10%) mengalami Anemia, melalui lemak tubuh didapatkan data Gizi kurang 78 responden (52,0%). Sebanyak 33 responden (22,0%) mengalami kematangan seksual lambat, 117 responden (78,0 %) mengalami kematangan seksual cepat. Hasil analisa Bivariat menggunakan Chi-Square ditemukan 2 variabel yang berhubungan dengan kematangan seksual yaitu Lemak tubuh dengan p value = 0,005, dan kebiasaan keluarga p value = 0,004. Faktor-faktor lainnya yaitu, Indeks Masa Tubuh, Status Anemia, umur, Sikap perilaku sosial, pendidikan anak, pendidikan ayah dan pendapatan orangtua tidak berhubungan dengan kematangan seksual. Analisa multivariat yang mempunyai p value terkecil adalah kebiasaan keluarga dengan p Value = 0,004, dan ini merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kematangan seksual secara bermakna. Sebagai saran, Puskesmas dan Instansi pusat terkait perlu meningkatkan program pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi remaja di daerah ini. Untuk peminat dan peneliti lain perlu meneliti lebih lanjut mengenai masalah reproduksi remaja, terutama bila anak akan menghadapi masa berkeluarga. ...... A study about physical growth has found that the children's growth spurt is occur at the age of 13 to 15 year old. On a girl, this episode is related to her sexual maturity, which usually called as puberty. It is usually characterized by the onset of menarche, her first menstruation, and related to her state of nutrition and of psychology. An introductory study at Tanjungsari on sexual maturity, using WHO's cohort data, has found that among 3,500 children there are 1,550 girls. And among those girls there were 28 (1.8%) girls who already have their sexual maturation, with details information that their age of menarche are 12 years old, and found that 11 of them (39.28%) were married. Study will be carried out, and have a purpose on finding out what factors related and which factor that have a greatest role in determining the sexual maturity. The design of the study is a survey with a cross-sectional approach, will be held in Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabupaten Sumedang,West Java, on April to June 2003. The number of the sample is 150 young girls with have an age range. between 13 to 15 years old. The independent variables assumed to have relationship with sexual maturity are: body mass index, the state of anemia, percentage of body fat, social behavior, age, education, father's education, parent's income and family's customs. A primary data will be collected from young girls by calculating the body mass index, which measured the body weight in kilograms divided by the height in Meter Square and the state of anemia is also observed by examining the blood sample and analyzed those samples to obtain the measurement for the state of anemia in gram-percent. The percentage of body fat can be calculated after data on height, weight, age and sex have been accomplished to Hand Bio Electric Impedance Analyzer. Meanwhile, data on sexual maturity were obtained from performing the physical examination on secondary sexual maturity signs, and data on social behavior, age, education, parents' education and income, and family customs are gathered using a questionnaire. Data were being organized manually, followed by using the computer when data are being entered to a statistical program. From the univariate analysis upon 150 respondents, it can be known from calculation on body mass index that 35 respondents or 23.3% have a poor nutrition status and 15 respondents or 10% have anemia. From the percent of body fat, it has found that respondents with mild of poor nutrition state are 78 people (52,0%). Severe poor of nutrition state are 33 respondents (22%). As little as 33 girls (22,0%) have found in the state of late (slow) sexual maturity, 117 girls (78,0%) are in the state of fast sexual maturity. Result from bivariate analysis, using chi-square, has found that2 variables are related to the sexual maturity, which are: percentage of body fat with p-value 0.05;, and family customs (p-value 0.004). Other factors that are: Body Mass Index, anemia, age, social attitude and behavior, education, father's education and family income, are not related with sexual maturity. When those variables are analyzed by multivariate analysis, it is found that variable which has the least p-value is family customs (p-value 0.004). This represent that family customs is significantly to be the most dominant factor related to sexual maturity. Based on those findings, it is suggested that Community Health Center (Puskesmas) and other central institution should be concern to the problem of health reproduction on a young girls, and should evaluate every matters related to adolescent in this region. For the other researchers it is suggested to explore a research on other issues on Adolescent Health reproduction, especially to those girls who will be engaged in a marriage in a little while.

Selain kekurangan yodium, penyebab lain gangguan akibat kekurangan yodium (GAKY) di Kabupaten Jember adalah faktor goitrogenik tiosianat. Tiosianat adalah hasil detoksifikasi sianida. Sianida banyak terkandung pada beberapa sayuran yang biasa dikonsumsi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi kebiasaan konsumsi dan cara pengolahan pangan sumber zat goitrogenik sebagai solusi mengatasi GAKY di Kabupaten Jember. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui focus grup discussion dilengkapi dengan semi-kuantitatif formulir frekuensi makan. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan content analysis. Ada empat kelompok FGD yang diikuti 6 ? 9 ibu rumah tangga yang terpilih melalui metode maximum variation sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2012 ? April 2013. Daun singkong, daun pepaya, rebung, sawi pahit, kubis dan selada air adalah sayuran sumber zat goitrogenik yang dikonsumsi harian dengan porsi yang cukup besar disebabkan faktor kesukaan dan kebiasaan oleh masyarakat Jember. Kadar sianida yang terkandung pada sayuran di kabupaten Jember berkisar 0,010 - 0,4 ppm dalam keadaan segar, tertinggi pada singkong dan terendah pada gambas dan kubis. Kadar sianidanya menjadi 0,18 - 0,0001 ppm setelah beberapa cara pengolahan yang biasa dilakukan oleh masyarakat Jember. Blansing/kulup adalah cara mereduksi kadar sianida yang paling baik dibandingkan cara pengolahan lain yang biasa dilakukan masyarakat Jember seperti rebus, tumis, goreng dan kukus.
Other caused of iodine deficiency disorder (IDD) that was identified in Jember Regency is thiocyanate goitrogenic factor. Thiocyanate is the result of detoxification from cyanide content in some common vegetables consumed which consume daily. The purpose of this study was to explore goitrogenic food consumption habits and processing as a solution to over-come IDD in Jember Regency. Using a qualitative approach, data collection is done through focus group discussion equipped with a semi-quantitative food frequency form. The collected data were processed with content analysis. There are four groups of 6 ? 9 FGD followed housewife selected through maximum variation sampling method. The study was carried out in September 2012 - April 2013. Cassava leaves, papaya leaves, bamboo shoot, cabbage, ?sawi pahit? and ?selada air/arnong? that vegetables contain substances goitrogenik consumed daily by a large enough portion due to factors fondness and familiarity. Cyanide content on vegetables from Jember district was around 0,01 - 0,40 ppm, the highest was in cassava and the lowest in cabbage and ?gambas?. After some processing methods practiced by society, cyanide levels in foodstuffs become 0,18 - 0,0001 ppm. Blanching is the best way to reduce cyanide than the usual way as boiled, sauteed, fried and steamed.

ABSTRAK Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Iodium (GAKI) termasuk masalah kesehatan yang serius karena sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan mental manusia, yang dapat menurunkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Kabupaten DT.II Purwakarta salah satu Kabupaten di Jawa Barat yang termasuk daerah endemis GAKI Daerah endemis GAKI di Kabupaten Purwakarta pada tahun 1996, tersebar pada desa-desa di wilayah kecamatan, yaitu : 1. Kecamatan Bojong, dengan angka prevalensi GAKI, sebesar 36,80 %. 2. Kecamatan Pasawahan, dengan angka prevalensi GAKI sebesar 26,00 %. 3. Kecamatan Wanayasa, dengan angka prevalensi GAKI sebesar 13,70 %. 4. Kecamatan Darangdan, dengan angka prevalensi GAKI sebesar 10,70 %. Dalam rangka penanggulangan Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Iodium ( GAKI) di Kabupaten Purwakarta, telah dikeluarkan Surat Keputusan Bupati KDII Tingkat II Purwakarta Nomor : 501/SK.208-Perek/1996 tentang Pembentukan Tim Komite Nasional Garam (KNG ) Kabupaten DT.II Purwakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengorganisasian Tim Komite Nasional Garam ( KNG) Kabupaten Purwakarta dengan pendekatan sistem, yaitu : Input : Struktur Organisasi, Tenaga, Sarana dan Biaya. Proses : Pembagian Tugas, Perincian Pekerjaan, Pendelegasian Wewenang, Koordinasi, Rencana Kerja, Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Sehingga diharapkan Out put nya yaitu dapat berfungsinya organisasi Tim KNG dalam penanggulangan GAKI di Kabupaten DT.II Purwakarta. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, yaitu menggambarkan pengorganisasian dari Tim KNG Kabupaten DT.II Purwakarta. Data di dapat dari hasil wawancara dengan responden yaitu anggota Tim Teknis KNG Kabupaten Purwakarta. Dan selanjutnya diolah dengan melakukan analisis isi yaitu dengan menganalisa hasil penelitian dan membandingkannya dengan teori-teori pada tinjauan kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian dari seluruh variabel menunjukan bahwa Tim KNG Kabupaten Purwakarta belum berfungsi secara optimal sebagai organisasi bila dilihat dari input, proses dan out put. Dari basil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dengan ini disarankan agar Tim KNG, dapat menyusun struktur/bagan organisasi, pembagian tugas, perincian pekerjaan, rencana kerja, mengupayakan anggaran biaya, monitoring dan mengevaluasi hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan serta meningkatkan frekuensi pertemuan terutama lebih menekankan kepada proses koordinasi anggota Tim KNG. ABSTRACT Organizing The Salt National Committee Team ( KNG = Komite Nasional Garam) to Solve The Problems due to Iodine Deficiency ( GAKI = Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Iodium) in Purwakarta Regency in The Year 1997Disease due to Iodium Deficiency (GAKI = Gangguan Akibat Kekurangan Iodium) is one of serious health problems because it can interfere the human mental development and decrease the quality of human resources. The regency of Purwakarta is one of the regencies in West Java Province which is still an endemic area of GAKI. The endemic areas of GAKI in Purwakarta in 1996 are spread in villages of the subdistricts as follow : - Bojong subdistricts with 36.80 % of GAKI prevalence. - Pasaahan subdistricts with 26.00 % of GAKI prevalence. - Wanayasa subdistricts with 13.70 % of GAKI prevelence. - Darangdan subdistricts with 10.70 % of GAKJ prevelence. In order to solve the problem of the disease due to Iodium deficiency, Purwakarta has issued a Decision Letter of Purwakarta's Regent No. 501/SK.208-Perek/1996 about forming The Team of The Salt National Committee ( KNG = Komite Nasional Garam) of Purwakarta. This study is aimed to study the organization of The Salt National Committee Team of Purwakarta. The system approaches used are : - Input : Organization structure, manpower, facilities and finance. - Proses : Job distribution, job description, authority delegation, coordination, plan of action, monitoring and evaluation. - The expected out put is a proper function of KNG team in overcoming sodium related disease in Purwakarta. This study is qualitative. It describes the organizing aspect of KNG team in Purwakarta. Data were collected from interviews with respondents i.e members of technical team of KNG of Purwakarta. They were , then, analyzed by analyzing the study result and compare it with the theories from the references. The result from all variables shows that Purwakarta KNG team does not optimally function as an organization which can be seen from input, process and output aspects. From this result, it is advised that the KNG team should form the organization structure, job distribution, job description, plan of action, increase the frequency of meetings, pursue for budget, monitor and evaluate result that have been done so far and give more stressing for better coordination among KNG team.
