Pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Tugas khusus yang dilakukan berjudul Kajian Resep Hipertensi Periode Mei 2017. Tujuan dilakukannya tugas khusus ini adalah mengkaji resep hipertensi berdasarkan tiga aspek kajian yaitu administratif, kesesuaian farmasetik dan pertimbangan klinis. Hasil pengkajian resep dari aspek administratif ditemukan belum lengkap, beberapa resep belum dicantumkan umur pasien, berat badan pasien, SIP dokter, alamat dokter. Aspek kesesuaian farmasetik diperoleh beberapa resep belum dicantumkan bentuk sediaan. Management of pharmaceutical supplies and practice of pharmacy service have implemented according to applicable regulatory. Title of special assignment is The Hypertension Prescription Review of the Period of May 2017. The purpose of special assignment is to examine prescription hypertension based on three aspects of study administrative, pharmaceutical compatibility and clinical considerations. The results of prescribing prescriptions of the administrative aspects found to be incomplete, some prescriptions not yet included patient age, patient 39 s weight, doctor 39 s SIP and address. Aspects of pharmaceutical compatibility obtained some prescriptions have not included the form of dosage.
