Abstrak :
COVID-19 merupakan virus pandemi terbesar di dunia pada abad ke-21 dan sudah menyebar hampir ke seluruh negara di dunia, salah satunya yaitu Federasi Rusia yang terpapar pada 31 Januari 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pemerintah Federasi Rusia menangani persebaran virus Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan dengan studi pustaka sebagai pengumpulan data yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kebijakan publik yang dikemukakan oleh Leo Agustino. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian terkait respon pemerintah Federasi Rusia terhadap COVID-19 di Rusia dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam mengendalikan penyebaran kasus COVID-19 di Rusia dengan menerbitkan sejumlah kebijakan-kebijakan pada setiap sektor mulai kesehatan, pajak, perekonomian, pariwisata, dan lainnya, sehingga terjadinya angka penurunan COVID-19 pada bulan Februari 2022. ......COVID-19 is the largest pandemic virus in the world in the 21st century and has spread to almost all countries in the world, one of which is the Russian Federation which was exposed on January 31, 2020. This study aims to analyze the policies of the government of the Russian Federation in dealing with the spread of the Covid-19 virus. 19. This research uses descriptive analysis method with literature study as the data collection under study. This study uses the public policy theory proposed by Leo Agustino. The results obtained from research related to the response of the Russian Federation government to COVID-19 in Russia can be said to be successful in controlling the spread of COVID-19 cases in Russia by issuing a number of policies in each sector starting from health, taxes, economy, tourism, and others, so that the decline in the number of COVID-19 in February 2022.
