"Tesis ini membahas hasil evaluasi proses pelaksanaan program Kartu Jakarta Pintar Plus di SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta tahap I tahun 2021, menggunakan teori Pietrzak dan pendekatan kualitatif, melalui teknik pemilihan purposive sampling. Logical framework penelitian meliputi aspek input dan aktifitas. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan proses pelaksanaan program sesuai dengan kebijakan sosial pendidikan. Faktor pendukung yaitu peran sekolah, komite sekolah dan peraturan dalam menjangkau sasaran. Faktor penghambat yaitu kurangnya peran orangtua, kurangnya sarana penunjang dan SOP belum disosialisasikan. Masukan bagi program yaitu SOP pelaksanaan program perlu disampaikan ke seluruh pihak terkait, agar ada penyeragaman pemahaman teknis pelaksanaan guna tercapai tujuan program.
The focus of this study is the process evaluation of the Jakarta Smart Plus Card Program Implementation at SMP Negeri 257 Jakarta phase I in 2021. The process evaluation uses the Pietrzak theory with a qualitative approach through the purposive sampling technique. The logical framework used includes an input component and an activity component. The results of this evaluation study are that the process of implementing has been in accordance with the social policy of education. Supporting factors are the role of schools, school committees and regulations to reach program targets. The inhibiting factors are the lack of parental roles, the lack of supporting facilities and the SOP has not been socialized. Input to the program, namely the SOP for the implementation of the KJP Plus program, needed to be conveyed to all relevant agencies so that there was a uniform technical understanding of implementation in the field. Thus it achieved program objectives. "
