"Analisis Situasi: Eksistensi kebudayaan Betawi semakin terkikis akibat pembangunan, modernisasi, dan industrialisasi Jakarta. Orang Betawi sendiri tidak lagi mengenal kebudayaannya secara utuh. Padahal, pengetahuan dan penerapan kebudayaan diperlukan untuk membentuk generasi penerus bangsa yang berkarakter. Sayangnya, pendidikan, advokasi, dan sosialisasi kebudayaan Betawi yang ada dinilai masih kurang. Padahal, minat orang Betawi untuk mengenal kebudayaannya termasuk tinggi. Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe: Manfaat dari pembuatan situs Betawi Banget adalah untuk berbagi informasi kebudayan Betawi yang komprehensif yang membawa semangat memberdayakan komunitas Betawi, serta menjadi saluran komunikasi sesama orang Betawi. Betawi Banget diharapkan dapat menjadi salah satu upaya pelestarian kebudayaan Betawi, pemberdayaan komunitas Betawi, dan penguatan solidaritas sesama Betawi. Prototipe yang Dikembangkan: Situs Betawi Banget adalah situs yang membahas kebudayaan Betawi secara komprehensif, mulai dari kabar terkini terkait kebudayaan Betawi, acara-acara kebudayaan Betawi, pandangan hidup, kebiasaan-kebiasaan dan tradisi-tradisi, sejarah, bahasa, kesenian dan sanggar-sanggar, tempat wisata, kuliner, tokoh-tokoh Betawi, bisnis, hingga komunitas-komunitas yang melestarikan kebudayaan Betawi. Situs ini dikemas dengan multimedia sehingga konten tidak hanya terdiri dari tulisan, namun juga foto, video, infografis, dan ilustrasi. Khalayak sasaran dari situs ini adalah orang Betawi, laki-laki dan perempuan, bersusia 15-34 tahun dengan pendidikan SMA dan perguruan tinggi, serta berstatus sosial ekonomi A dan B. Betawi Banget memiliki alamat situs resmi, yaitu www.betawibanget.com. Evaluasi: Pre-test dan evaluasi akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner online. Pre-test akan dilakukan sebulan sebelum situs diluncurkan secara resmi. Situation analysis: The existence of Betawi culture has been eroded due to the construction, modernization, and industrialization that happen in Jakarta. The Betawi people Betawis are no longer able to fully recognize their own culture. As a matter of fact, the cultural knowledge and the application of the culture itself are needed with the purpose to create a sterling next generation. Albeit the high interest of the Betawi people in knowing their culture, the education, avocation, and the socialization of the current Betawi culture are considered still left behind. The benefits and the purposes of the prototype development: The benefit from creating Betawi Banget website is to share full information about the Betawi culture and to engage the public in maintaining the existence of Betawi community as well as becoming the channels for the Betawi people to communicate within themselves. Betawi Banget is expected to be one of the cultural preservation endeavors, Betawi communities' empowerment, and the reinforcement of Betawi people's solidarity. The prototype which is developedBetawi Banget is a website which tells thoroughly about the Betawi culture, starting from the current news, Betawi culture events, views of life, costums and traditions, histories, language, art and art studios, tourist attraction, culinary, Betawi figures until the communities that conserve the Betawi culture. This site is supported with multimedia that makes the content not only consist of writings, but also pictures, videos, infographics, and illustrations. The target of this site is the Betawi people, males and females, within the age of 15-34 years old with high school degree or bachelor degree, and have social economic status type A and B. "ABSTRACTSkripsi ini membahas tentang upaya Lembaga Kebudayaan Betawi LKB dalam mengembangkan seni budaya Betawi pada tahun 1977-1998 terutama seni musik, tari dan teater. Pembentukan LKB yang diprakarsai oleh ide dan gagasan tokoh masyarakat Betawi dan pemerintah Daerah Khusus Ibukota DKI Jakarta dalam mengembangkan seni budaya Betawi. Fenomena tersebut tidak terlepas dari dukungan penuh Gubernur DKI Jakarta Ali Sadikin terhadap seni budaya Betawi dengan membentuk Dinas Kebudaayaan DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri dari empat langkah yaitu heuristik pengumpulan data berupa buku, surat kabar, dan data penelitian lisan di lapangan dengan LKB dan seniman Betawi, kritik sumber, penafsiran, dan historiografi. Skripsi ini menggambarkan adanya pelaksanaan program kerja dan pembinaan sanggar yang diciptakan LKB untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dan kreasi para seniman baik di dalam seni musik, tari dan teater. Terimplementasinya program kerja dan pembinaan sanggar dilakukan LKB melalui program penelitian, pemeliharaan, dan pengembangan seni budaya Betawi. Melalui program tersebut LKB bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pengembangan seni budaya Betawi terutama dalam seni musik, tari dan teater, terutama pada era Orde Baru yang pemerintahannya lebih terfokus pada pembangunan infrastruktur, bukan pada pembangunan kebudayaan.

ABSTRACTThis research discusses the efforts of Lembaga Kebudayaan Betawi in short LKB in developing Betawi arts in 1977 1998 especially music, dance, and theatre. The forming of LKB was initiated by the ideas and concepts of Betawi community leaders and the government of DKI Jakarta in developing Betawi cultural arts. The phenomenon cannot be separated from the support of Jakarta Governor Ali Sadikin for Betawi culture and arts by establishing Department of Culture of Jakarta. This study uses the historical methods that consist of four steps heuristic data collection namely books, newspapers, and by interviewing the LKB organizers and Betawi artists, source criticism, interpretations, and historiography. This research describes the implementation of work programs and coaching the art studio created by LKB to enhance the creativity also the creation of the artists in the art of music, dance and theatre. The implementation of work programs and art studio guidance conducted by LKB through research, maintenance, and development of Betawi cultural arts. This research aims to analyze how rsquo s the development of Betawi rsquo s art and culture during Orde Baru where the government was more focused on building the infrastructure, not on the art and culture. "Salah satu budaya masyarakat yang dapat dikaji adalah mengenai siklus kehidupannya. Pada kesempatan ini penulis memilih untuk mengkaji siklus hidup masyarakat Betawi melalui novel Anak Betawi Diburu Intel Yahudi (ABDIY). Permasalahan yang diangkat melalui novel ini ialah mengenai siklus hidup masyarakat Betawi beserta pemikiran dan sikap mereka. Penulis juga akan memberikan penilaian terhadap karya novel ini melalui pendekatan mimetik karya sastra. Pendekatan mimetik itu tidak terlepas dari unsur intrinsik karya, yakni pelataran dan penokohan. Metode yang digunakan dalam membahas novel ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Setelah melalui penelitian dan pengkajian diperoleh hasil bahwa peristiwa-peristiwa yang digambarkan dalam novel ABDIY merupakan mimetik kehidupan nyata masyarakat Betawi.

One of the cultural communities that could be studied is about the life cycle. On this occasion, the writer chose to study the life cycle society through the novel Anak Betawi Diburu Intel Yahudi (ABDIY). Issues raised through this novel is about the life cycle of the Betawi people and their thinking and their attitude. The writer also would provide an assessment of the novel through mimetic approach. Mimetic approach can not be separated from the intrinsic element of the novel, namely the setting and characterizations. The method used in discussing this novel is qualitative approach. The research and study results showed that the events in the novel is a mimetic real life Betawi society."
