"ABSTRAKTeori party change menjelaskan bahwa perubahan partai disebabkan oleh tiga faktor yakni perubahan tujuan partai, perubahan kepemimpinan, dan faktor eksternal. Dengan menggunakan teori tersebut, skripsi ini membahas mengenai faktor-faktor perubahan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera pada kepengurusan periode 2015-2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Orientasi program PKS kepengurusan periode 2015-2020 dapat dilihat melalui program strategis PKS dan sikap PKS. Pada kepengurusan 2015-2020 terdapat tiga aspek yang menjadi penekanan perubahan PKS yakni penerapan Good Party Governance, penerapan dakwah kultural, dan peningkatan kualitas kaderisasi. Perubahan orientasi program PKS tersebut disebabkan oleh perubahan kepemimpinan. Selain itu perubahan kepemimpinan juga mempengaruhi perubahan identitas PKS sebagai partai kader menjadi partai catch-all.

ABSTRAKThe theory of party change explains that the changes of the party caused by three factors: the change of purpose of the party, a change of leadership, and external factors. By using this theory, this paper discusses the changing factors in the management of the Partai Keadilan Sejahtera 2015-2020 period. This research is a qualitative descriptive design. PKS program management orientation period 2015-2020 can be seen through a strategic program PKS and PKS attitude. In 2015-2020, there are three aspects of management that became the emphasis changes to the PKS that is the implementation of Good Governance Party, the application of cultural propaganda, and improving the quality of regeneration. The PKS program orientation change is caused by a change of leadership. Besides the leadership change also affects the identity change PKS as a cadre party into a catch-all party"

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai Analisis Model Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan Partai Politik Partaia Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan pada tahun 2014. Hal yang melatar belakangi penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis model kaderisasi Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan dalam mempersiapkan pemimpin dimasa yang akan datang. Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan sebagai pemenang pemilu legislatif pada pemilu tahun 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan deskriftif analisis. Teori yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah teori partai politik, teori merit sistem yang berhubungan dengan kaderisasi dan teori kepemimpinan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka teori, korelasi antara fakta di lapangan yang diperoleh selama proses penelitian dan teori dapat dilihat korelasi kesenjangannya dengan 8 informan. Dari hasil penelitian ini, kaderisasi kepemimpinan ditubuh partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan mempunyai fungsi untuk mempersiapkan caloncalon yang siap melanjutkan perjuangan sebuah organisasi di dalam Model Kaderisasi Kepemimpinan di Partai Demokrasi Indonesia Perjuangan tahun 2014. Faktor pendukung penyiapan kaderisasi kepemimpinan yaitu adanya sayap partai salah satunya Taruna Merah Putih yang memiliki peran penting dalam perolehan suara pada pemilu tahun 2014. Faktor Penghambat Kaderisasi kepemimpinan yaitu regenerasi kepemimpinan dan masih menggunakan pola senioritas.

The background of this research is to description and Analysis of Cadres Leadership Model Political Party Indonesia Democratic Party Struggle in preparing the future leaders. Indonesian Democratic Party Struggle as the win of the legislative selections in 2014 elections.

This research used qualitative method with descriptive analysis. The theory used in this research is the potilical party theory, merit system theory which relation of the cadres and leadership theory. By using the theoretical framework, the correlation between the fact in the field is obtainable during the process of research and theory can be obeserved correlation discrepancy with 8 informan.

The results of this research, the leadership regenaration in the body of Indonesian Democratic Party Struggle has the function to prepare for ready candidates to continue the struggle for an organization's in Cadres Leadership Model Political Party Indonesia Democratic Party Struggle in 2014.

Factors supporting the cadres leadership preparation party wing is one of them Taruna Merah Putih has an important role in the vote on the election of 2014. Factors inhibiting leadership and leadership cadres is still using the pattern of seniority."
