Abstrak :
Ketidaksesuaian antara dokumen kontrak dengan pelaksanaan bisa memicu timbulnya klaim. Penelitian ini meninjau klaim perpanjangan waktu pada proyek Rumah Sakit UI. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berpotensi menyebabkan klaim perpanjangan waktu dari kontraktor ke owner pada proyek tersebut. Metode survey terhadap kontraktor utama dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak dan frekuensi variabel, kemudian dianalisa dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) untuk mengetahui peringkat variabel. Terdapat empat faktor dominan yaitu perubahan desain, birokrasi yang panjang, ketidaklengkapan gambar desain, dan keterlambatan persetujuan shop drawing. Faktor-faktor tersebut dibahas untuk mengetahui penyebab, dampak, dan rekomendasi respon. ......The difference between the contract documents and the execution may lead to a claim. The study reviewed extension of time claim at UI Hospitals project. The aim of this study is to determine the factors that could potentially lead to an extension of time claim from the contractor to the project owner. This study used a survey methods to the main contractor to determine the impact and frequency of each variable, the analyzed by Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the variable ranking. There are four dominant factors, changes in design, long bureaucracy, incompleteness of design drawings, delays in approval of shop drawings. These factors are discussed to determine the causes, impacts, and response recommendations.
