"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk terjalinnya kerjasama yang harmonis antar sumber daya manusia di dalam suatu instansi atau organisasi sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kinerja instansi khususnya di Polsek Cimanggis Depok JakartaPenelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Pengujian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t parsial dan uji F simultan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja (2) budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. (3) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan (4) budaya orgaisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepemimpinan. (5) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja personil Polsek Cimanggis Depok (6) kepemimpinan memediasi signifikan pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja (7) kepemimpinan memediasi signifikan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja. Hasil uji F secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa, kepemimpinan dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara simultan signifikan terhadap kinerja Personil Polsek Cimanggis Depok.

The purpose of this study is to establish harmonious cooperation between human resources within an agency or organization so that it can affect the performance of agencies, especially at the Cimanggis Police, Depok, Jakarta.

This study used quantitative methods and used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data testing was analyzed using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the partial t-test and simultaneous F-test.

The results of the study show that (1) competence has a significant effect on performance and (2) organizational culture has a significant effect on performance. (3) Competence has a significant effect on leadership (4) organizational culture has a significant effect on leadership. (5) Leadership has a significant effect on the performance of Polsek Cimanggis Depok (6) Leadership mediates a significant effect of competence on performance (7) Leadership mediates a significant effect of organizational culture on performance. The results of the F test simultaneously show that leadership and competence have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of the Cimanggis Depok Police Personnel."

"ABSTRAKFenomena multikultural menuntut mahasiswa keperawatan harus memiliki kompetensi budaya. Mahasiswa keperawatan yang kompeten secara budaya lebih memahami perbedaan dan persamaan budaya klien dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan peka budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat adanya perbedaan tingkat kompetensi budaya berdasarkan jenjang program. Penelitian ini melibatkan 164 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari mahasiswa reguler semester 8 dan profesi profesi semester 2. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik sampling stratified random sampling. Sumber Kuisioner pada penelitian ini yaitu modifikasi dari instrument IAPCC-SV oleh Campinha Bacote. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata tingkat kompetensi budaya mahasiswa profesi semester 2 yaitu 60,0 dan mahasiswa reguler semester 8 yaitu 59,0 p value = 0,283; alpha=0,05 . Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa reguler semester 8 berada pada tingkat sadar budaya dan profesi semester 2 berada pada tingkat kompeten budaya dan secara statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna. Penelitian selanjutnya diperlukan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kompetensi budaya.

ABSTRACTMulticultural phenomena require nursing students to have cultural competence. Competent nursing students are culturally more understanding of cultural differences and equations of clients in providing culturally sensitive nursing care. This study aims to see the differences in the level of cultural competence based on program level. This study involves 164 students consisting of regular students of 8th term and profession student 2nd term. This research use cross sectional design with stratified random sampling technique. Questionnaire rsquo s sources in this study is a modification from IAPCC SV instrument by Campinha Bacote. The results showed that the average value of the competency level of professional students in the 2nd semester was 60.0 and the regular students of 8th term were 59.0 p value 0.283 alpha 0,05 . The results show that regular students of the 8th term are at a aware level of culture and the profession student term 2nd at the competent level of culture and there is no statistically significant difference. Further research is needed to look at the factors influencing cultural competence."

"Seorang perawat dituntut untuk memiliki kompetensi kultural sehingga memiliki kepekaan terhadap kebutuhan budaya pasien. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran peningkatan kompetensi kultural perawat yang masih rendah melalui program Pelatihan Asuhan Keperawatan Peka Budaya pada Pasien dengan Gangguan Respirasi. Desain yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pre dan post test tanpa kelompok kontrol. Program pelatihan ini berlangsung selama 4 minggu melibatkan 93 orang perawat pelaksana dan manajer asuhan keperawatan di sebuah rumah sakit di Jakarta Timur yang dipilih secara purposif. Instrumen kompetensi kultural yang digunakan adalah instrumen yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti pada penelitian sebelumnya. Hasil pengukuran kompetensi kultural perawat sebelum dan setelah pelatihan menunjukkan perbedaan yang bermakna. Kompetensi kultural ditinjau dari aspek pengetahuan budaya memiliki nilai p< 0,001 (α= 0,05), dari sikap budaya nilai p< 0,01 (α= 0,05), dan dari aspek keterampilan budaya nilai p< 0,001 (α= 0,05). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil adalah bahwa kegiatan Pelatihan Asuhan Keperawatan Peka Budaya efektif meningkatkan kompetensi kultural perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Rekomendasi untuk kegiatan selanjutnya adalah perlunya mensosialisasikan model Asuhan Keperawatan Peka Budaya yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini kepada seluruh perawat agar dapat diterapkan kepada seluruh pasien dengan berbagai gangguan kesehatan.

Nurses are required to have cultural competency in order to provide culturally sensitive nursing care for their patients. The purpose of this study was to improve nurse cultural competences through A Training Program of Culturally Sensitive Nursing Care for Patients with Respiratory Health Problems. The study utilized quasi-experiments design without control. The four-week training program was organized involving 93 nurses at Persahabatan Hospital Jakarta who were selected using purposive sampling. The nurse cultural competency instruments modified by the author from her previous work was used. The results of this study showed that after the training program, the nurse cultural competency increased significantly (p< 0.001 for cultural knowledge, p= 0.003 for cultural attitude, and p< 0.001 for cultural skills). It was found that the training program was effective to increase every aspect of nurse cultural competency. In conclusion, the nursing care training program was effective to increase nurse cultural competency. Further programs are needed to improve the program outreach for all nurses and to be applied to the patients with a variety of health problems."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas tentang analisis terhadap kebijakan/usaha pendidikan seksual yang sudah diupayakan baik melalui inisiatif lokal maupun pemerintah khususnya untuk para siswa SMA/sederajat. Membahas mengenai hambatan budaya yang mengakibatkan sulitnya penerapan pendidikan seksual komprehensif, termasuk anggapan bahwa pendidikan seksual itu adalah hal tabu, baik oleh orang tua, tokoh masyarakat/agama, maupun pemerintah. Penelitian ini diperlukan mengingat terdapat bukti kebutuhan pendidikan seksual baik dalam konteks nasional maupun global dilihat dari jumlah infeksi HIV, kasus pornografi, cybercrime, seks pranikah, dan pelecehan seksual pada remaja. Kemudian, belum ada regulasi khusus yang mengatur pendidikan seksualitas di Indonesia, serta belum siapnya tenaga pendidik dalam mengajarkan materi pendidikan seksual komprehensif secara tepat. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan analisis ini adalah metode tinjauan pustaka. CSE oleh UNESCO menjadi salah satu inspirasi kurikulum pendidikan seksual komprehensif yang dapat diterapkan di Indonesia. Dalam melaksanakan upaya pendidikan seksual komprehensif dapat menerapkan kompetensi budaya, salah satu konsep yang banyak dikenal dalam kajian ilmu kesejahteraan sosial. Merupakan upaya menghargai keberagaman, mengetahui norma dan tradisi yang ada di masyarakat.

This final project discusses the analysis of sexual education policies/efforts pursued through local and government initiatives, especially for high school students/equivalent. Discuss the cultural barriers that make it difficult to implement comprehensive sexual education, including the notion that sex education is taboo, both by parents, community/religious leaders, and the government. This research is needed considering that there is evidence of the need for sexual education in both national and global contexts seen from the number of HIV infections, cases of pornography, cybercrime, premarital sex, and sexual harassment in adolescents. Then, there is no special regulation that regulates sexuality education in Indonesia, and the educators are not yet ready to teach comprehensive sexual education materials appropriately. The method used to conduct this analysis is the literature review method. CSE by UNESCO is one of the inspirations for a comprehensive sexual education curriculum that can be applied in Indonesia. In carrying out comprehensive sexual education efforts, cultural competence can be applied, one of the concepts that is widely known in the study of social welfare science. It is an effort to respect diversity, to know the norms and traditions that exist in society."

"Penelitian ini menggambarkan karakteristik perawat anak dalam konteks cultural competence dengan menggunakan Instrumen Healthcare Provider Cultural Competence Instrument (HPCCI). Menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode cross-sectional dan teknik sampling convenience, 107 perawat anak di Indonesia diambil sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas responden berusia di atas 25 tahun, perempuan dan memiliki pengalaman praktik klinik antara 11-20 tahun. Meskipun sebagian besar responden belum pernah melakukan perjalanan ke luar negeri atau memiliki teman asing, mereka menunjukkan ada ketertarikan pada berita dan informasi tentang negara asing dan preferensi film/drama/dokumenter negara asing. Cultural competence perawat anak dalam aspek awareness and sensitivity, behavior, patient-centered communication, practice orientation, dan self-assessment juga tergolong baik. Penelitian ini memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam bidang ini.

This study describes the characteristics of pediatric nurses in the context of cultural competence using the Healthcare Provider Cultural Competence Instrument (HPCCI). Using a descriptive qualitative approach with cross-sectional method and convenience sampling technique, 107 pediatric nurses in Indonesia were taken as respondents. The results showed that the majority of respondents were over 25 years old, female and had clinical practice experience between 11-20 years. Although most respondents had never traveled abroad or had foreign friends, they showed an interest in news and information about foreign countries and a preference for foreign films/dramas/documentaries. Cultural competence of pediatric nurses in the aspects of awareness and sensitivity, behavior, patient-centered communication, practice orientation, and self-assessment were also good. This study provides a basis for further development in this field."
