"Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID 19) merupakan penyakit saluran pernapasan yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2. Bayi dengan COVID 19 menunjukkan tanda gejala peningkatan suhu tubuh atau demam hingga hipertermi sebagai respons dari proses infeksi yang terjadi di dalam tubuh. Demam merupakan kondisi suhu inti tubuh diatas kisaran normal (36.5-37.5C) karena kegagalan termoregulasi. Bayi dengan demam akan beresiko kehilangan cairan dan dapat menyebabkan dehidrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis asuhan keperawatan pada bayi berusia 18 hari yang mengalami demam dengan suhu 37.7C. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu case study dengan melakukan intervensi untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh bayi meliputi tindakan kompres hangat. Hasil intervensi menunjukkan bahwa suhu bayi menurun sekitar 0.8C setelah dilakukan intervensi 15-30 menit menggunakan air suhu 30C. Kompres hangat terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh bayi yang mengalami demam.

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID 19) is a respiratory disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus. Babies with COVID-19 show signs of increased body temperature or fever to hyperthermia in response to the infectious process that occurs in the body. Fever is a condition of core body temperature above the normal range (36.5-37.5C) due to failure of thermoregulation. Babies with fever are at risk of losing fluids and can cause dehydration. This study aims to analyze nursing care for an 18-day-old baby who has a fever with a temperature of 37.7C. The research method used is a case study by intervening to reduce the baby's body temperature including the warm compress. The results of the intervention showed that the baby's temperature decreased by about 0.8C after an intervention of 15-30 minutes using water at 30C. The warm compress is proven to be effective in lowering the body temperature of babies who have a fever. "

"Nefropati diabetik merupakan salah satu gangguan sistem perkemihan yangdiakibatkan oleh komplikasi dari diabetes melitus. Analisis praktik residensikeperawatan ini menggambarkan pengalaman penulis dalam melakukan asuhankeperawatan pada pasien khususnya pasien dengan gangguan sistem perkemihan.Adapun fokus kegiatan yang dilaksanakan yaitu penerapan teori self care pada 30asuhan keperawatan pasien dengan gangguan sistem perkemihan, pelaksanaanintervensi keperawatan berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yaitu penerapan kompres hangatlembab untuk mengurangi intensitas dan nyeri kram otot pada pasien hemodialisis sertapenerapan program inovasi berupa upaya peningkatan adekuasi pasien melaluipemenuhan durasi hemodialisis. hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penerapankompres hangat lembab dapat menurunkan intensitas kram dan nyeri otot pada pasienhemodialisis dan pemenuhan durasi hemodialisis l0 - 12 jam per minggu dapatmeningkatkan capaian adekuasi pasien hemodialisis.
