"Skripsi ini membahas tiga tema besar, yaitu media televisi, budaya massa dan Cultural Studies. Konstruksi budaya massa melalui media televisi merupakan hubungan yang terjadi diantara kedua tema tersebut, kemudian Cultural Studies memberikan pandangannya mengenai fenomena tersebut. Budaya massa yang dihasilkan dari konstruksi media televisi tersebut merupakan suatu jenis budaya yang memiliki hak yang sama untuk menunjukkan eksistensinya tanpa adanya pembedaan antara budaya tinggi dan budaya rendah.

The Focus of this study is about three big topics, they are television, mass culture, and Cultural Studies. The construction of mass culture is the relationship between mass culture itself and television, and then Cultural Studies wants to give its view on this socio-cultural phenomenon. Mass culture which made by the construction through television is one type of the culture that has the same rights to exist without any differentiation between high culture and lower culture."

"Tingginya tingkat pembangunan, berbanding lurus dengan probabilitas kecelakaan yang mungkin terjadi. Di Indonesia sendiri, kecelakaan kerja pada sektor konstruksi masih kerap kali terjadi. Berdasarkan data dari situs Kementrian Pekerjaan Umum pada tahun 2015, sektor konstruksi menyumbang 32% proporsi kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia, yang mana berada di urutan teratas daftar bersama dengan industri manufaktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi proyek infrastruktur jalan tol dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 Tentang Pedoman Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi. Penelitian berbasis studi kasus dengan teknik wawancara dan kuesioner yang lebih dalam dikaji dengan analisis deskriptif dan validasi pakar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan konstruksi pada proyek Jalan Tol Koneksi Becakayu – Tol Wiyoto Wiyono 1 sudah dalam kategori memuaskan. Terdapat beberapa indikator yang penerapannya belum sesuai dengan Permen PUPR Nomor 10 Tahun 2021 dikarenakan masih kurangnya wawasan atau pengetahuan terkait program penerapan SMKK. Penyusunan strategi rekomendasi peningkatan penerapan SMKK dapat dilakukan dengan 1) Memberikan pendidikan, pelatihan, dan/atau penyuluhan terkait SMKK 2) Menyusun dokumen-dokumen SMKK sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku 3) Melakukan perkuatan program inspeksi SMKK dan safety patrol 4) Mendokumentasikan aktivitas penerapan SMKK 5) Pengadaan kegiatan seperti safety morning talk dan Toolbox meeting dan pengadaan fasilitas seperti papan informasi K2 6) Melakukan safety meeting dengan MP terkait kebijakan keselamatan konstruksi dan menjelaskan kepada seluruh stakeholder proyek 7) Memberikan award atau insentif jika keselamatan konstruksi tercapai dan 8) Melakukan kajian yang lebih mendalam terkait peraturan SMKK.

The high level of development is directly proportional to the probability of accidents that may occur. In Indonesia, work accidents in the construction sector still often happened. Based on data from the Ministry of Public Works website in 2015, the construction sector gave place for 32% of the proportion of work accidents in Indonesia, which is at the highest number along with the manufacturing industry.This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the construction safety management system for toll road infrastructure project refers to the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation Number 10 of 2021 concerning Guidelines for Construction Safety Management Systems. This research applied a case study method-based with indepth interview and questionnaire techniques which were reviewed by descriptive analysis and statistical tests. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the construction safety management system on the Becakayu Connection Toll Road - Wiyoto Wiyono 1 Toll Road project is in the satisfactory category. There are several indicators whose implementation is not in accordance with the PUPR Ministerial Regulation Number 10 of 2021 due to the lack of insight or knowledge regarding the SMKK implementation program. The formulation of a recommendation strategy for improving the implementation of SMKK can be done by 1) Providing education, training, and/or counseling related to SMKK 2) Compiling SMKK documents in accordance with applicable regulations 3) Strengthening SMKK inspection programs and safety patrols 4) Documenting SMKK implementation activities 5) Procurement of activities such as safety morning talk and Toolbox meeting and procurement of facilities such as K2 information boards 6) Conduct safety meeting with MP regarding construction safety policies and explain to all project stakeholders 7) Provide awards or incentives if construction safety is achieved and 8) Conduct studies more in depth related to SMKK regulations."

"Dunia industri konstruksi, khususnya di Indonesia, meningkat secara masif setiap tahunnya, ironisnya, perkembangan tersebut diikuti juga oleh angka kegagalan konstruksi yang cukup signifikan. Berbagai cara telah dilakukan untuk mengimprovisasi keadaan tersebut, seperti menjamin pelaksanaan dan manajemen mutu sesuai dengan standarisasi internasional ISO, serta melengkapinya dengan peralatan dan material yang mutakhir. Akan tetapi, masih saja terdapat insiden yang terjadi pada proyek yang dikerjakan oleh berbagai perusahaan tersebut. Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa diperlukannya pendekatan secara non-teknis yang menyasar pada sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang terlibat dalam suatu proyek tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menguji tingkat pengaruh budaya profesi terhadap persepsi setiap karyawan perusahaan konstruksi dalam memandang mutu dan menghasilkan strategi peningkatan mutu hasil pekerjaan konstruksi berbasis budaya profesi. Analisis pada penilitian ini dengan menggunakan 50 data responden yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil studi literatur, validasi pakar, dan kuesioner responden diperoleh 1 variabel dan 4 indikator yang mempengaruhi mutu hasil pekerjaan konstruksi, serta 8 strategi peningkatan mutu hasil pekerjaan pada perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia berbasis budaya profesi.

The construction industry, particularly in Indonesia, has been experiencing massive growth each year. Ironically, this development has been accompanied by a significant increase in construction failures. Various measures have been implemented to improve this situation, such as ensuring quality management and execution in line with international ISO standards, as well as equipping projects with state-of-the-art tools and materials. However, incidents still occur in projects handled by various companies. This indicates the need for a non-technical approach that targets the human resources (HR) involved in specific projects. This research aims to identify and test the influence of professional culture on the perception of employees in construction companies regarding quality and to develop strategies for improving the quality of construction work based on professional culture. The analysis in this study uses data from 50 respondents, processed with SPSS. Based on the results of literature review, expert validation, and respondent questionnaires, one variable and four indicators were identified that affect the quality of construction work, along with eight strategies for improving the quality of work in construction service companies in Indonesia based on professional culture."
