Vitamin A (0.014), Vitamin B1 (0.000), Vitamin B2 (0.002), Vitamin B6 (0.000), Magnesium

ABSTRACT
Premenstrual syndrome is a group of symptoms that is felt 7-10 days before the menstrual cycle,
which is often perceived symptoms are changes in mood, muscle pain, food carving and many
more. Design study in this research used cross-sectional with sampling technique used is the
census, so the respondents of this study are all female students enrolled in the course nutrition of
force from 2011 to 2013. From this study it can be seen that most of the FKM UI student
Nutritional deficiency of micronutrients, while the test results the relationship between nutrient
intake with premenstrual syndrome reveals some nutrient intake had significant results with
premenstrual syndrome, namely, Proteins (0047), Vitamin A (0014), Vitamin B1 (0.000),
Vitamin B2 (0002), Vitamin B6 (0.000), Magnesium (0000) and Calcium (0000). As for the
nutrient intake of the most dominant influence of premenstrual syndrome is vitamin B1, a student
who has a sufficient intake of vitamin B1 has a 61 times lower risk of experiencing premenstrual

ABSTRACT
Lifestyle such as smoking habits, consumption of caffeine, and obesity, are influencing to occurrence of an obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) event. When OSA event is not well taken care of, then person with OSA can suffer to multiple health problems i.e high blood pressure, irregular heart beat, heart attack, stroke and heart failure. This study aimed to describe illustration of lifestyle that may lead to the possibility of obstructive sleep apnea occurrences. It was using a descriptive design with cross-sectional study toward 63 respondents in community. The result showed that 46 respondents (73,01%) have positive possibility of having OSA and 17 respondents (26,98%) have negative signs. Referring to types of habit, 36,95% respondents with caffeine-consumption and obesity have showed positive possibility of having OSA. Based on the findings, this study is expected to be able to increase people's awareness to avoid factors that may lead to the occurrence of OSA.

......The focus of this study is to determine the prevalence and differences in the proportion of primary dysmenorrhea based on bleeding duration during menstruation, family history, physical activity, stress, breakfast habits, frequency of saturated fat intake, omega-3 intake, iron intake, frequency of dairy products intake, caffeine intake, and frequency of added sugars intake in undergraduate students at Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia in 2023. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 150 female students in class 2019-2022 from the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia, who were chosen by using a systematic random sampling approach in May 2023. The data was collected online by filling out the Google form and spreadsheet. The obtained data were then analyzed using chi-square and multiple logistic regression tests. The univariate analysis resulted in 61,3% of female students experiencing primary dysmenorrhea. The bivariate analysis also shows significant differences in the proportion of primary dysmenorrhea based on family history, caffeine, and frequency of added sugars intake. According to the multivariate analysis, the frequency of added sugars intake is the dominant factor influencing primary dysmenorrhea among Undergraduate Students at the Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Indonesia in 2023."
