Abstrak :
Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penentuan tarif retribusi sampah di Kota Depok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penentuan tarif berdasarkan pemasukan dan pengeluaran serta sumber daya yang terbatas.Kondisi dimana tarif retribusi ditentukan juga dibagi menjadi dua yaitu kondisi pengelolaan sampah saat ini dan pengelolaan sampah menggunakan PLTSa. Melalui penelitian ini ditemukan tarif yang tepat untuk kondisi saat ini yaitu Rp. 97,704/ton dan ternyata aplikasi dari PLTSa dapat menambah pendapatan pengelolaan sampah yangoleh karena dapat mengurangi beban yang perlu dikenakan terhadap tarif retribusi khususnya pada periode-periode awal operasional PLTSa yaitu dengan Rp. 40,032/ton dan Rp. 63,337/ton. ...... This research discusses about determining waste user fee in the City of Depok. There are two methods to determine the user fee, first is the income and outcome approach while the second will use the limited resource approach. There are two conditions in this research, the first is the existing situation of the waste management and the second is the addition of the landfill gas bioreactor. Through the research the ideal user fee is discovered which is Rp. 97,704/tonne and application of landfill gas reactor proves that it can boost income thus the reducing the amount of user fee needed to be applied especially in the early years of the landfill bioreactorwhich is Rp. 40,032/tonne and Rp. 63,337/tonne.
