Abstrak :
Electronic auction has been exercised by PTI Garuda indonesia in various cases and specially in procurement on advertising agency services. The author opinion here is that the auction 's approach which has been conducted by the company had resulted also budget's efficiency beside another fair steps. The steps are initiated by online registration and many provisionals requested before. Afterward the auction itself ran in bidding toward procurement of good and service justly. transparently and efficiently with also comply under the Law number 5 year 1999 particularly to article 3 the law.

Abstrak :
Perubahan permintaan pasar global mendorong organisasi untuk melakukan perubahan sistem informasi menjadi lebih responsif dan efisien, salah satu caranya adalah dengan menggunakan lelang elektronik. Data penelitian ini didapatkan dari wawancara terhadap enam orang pakar. Hasil wawancara berupa faktor dan bobot terkait implementasi lelang elektronik diolah dengan menggunakan Analytic Network Process (ANP). Berdasarkan penelitian ini dihasilkan lima kriteria dengan dua puluh dua sub kriteria, selain itu dihasilkan juga rekomendasi berkaitan dengan lelang elektronik pada perusahaan consumer goods di Indonesia. Kriteria terpenting adalah infrastruktur teknologi dengan bobot empat puluh enam persen yang berarti perusahaan consumer goods di Indonesia saat ini masih mementingkan teknologi informasi yang komprehensif dalam pencapaian efisiensi sistem informasi. ......Alteration of global demand shove perusahaan to change the information system become more responsive and efficient, one of the alternatifs is using electronic auction. Data of the research was collected by interviewing six experts, resulting factors and weights related to electronic auction and then proceed by Analytic Network Process (ANP). Based on the research, five criteria and twenty two sub criteria were obtained together with suggested recommendation of electronic auction implementation in consumer goods perusahaan in Indonesia. The most important criteria is infrastructure technology which weighted forty six percent, indicating that consumer goods perusahaan in Indonesia consider comprehensive infrastructure technology become the most important aspect to achieve efficiency in information system.
