"Pada STIKES MRH terjadi jumlah penurunan mahasiswa sebesar 12.5 dari semester sebelumnya. Kondisi ini berbeda dengan yang terjadi di Universitas MHT yang notabene memiliki persamaan akreditasi dan biaya perkuliahan lebih mahal namun kampus tersebut terjadi kenaikan jumlah mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perbandingan kepuasan mahasiswa STIKES MRH dan Universitas MHT Program Studi Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat Tahun 2018. Desain penelitian nmenggunakan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel untuk STIKES MRH yaitu 89 dan 99 untuk Universitas MHT dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis statistik dengan bivariat uji t, tidak terdapat perbedaan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan akademik dari dua kampus dengan nilai p=0.707. Perlunya STIKES MRH melakukan perbaikan mutu kampus dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen kampus.

Undergraduate Program of Public Health STIKES MRH and MHT University have the same accreditation, that is B but more number of students at MHT University. This factor is suspected because of student satisfaction factor. This study aims to compare student satisfaction STIKES MRH and MHT University Public Health Bachelor Degree Program Year 2018. The study design using cross sectional. The number of samples for STIKES MRH is 89 people and 99 people for MHT University with simple random sampling technique. The mean value of satisfaction on MRHSTIKES is 75.2 and MHT University is 75.6. There is no difference of mean value of student satisfaction between STIKES MRH and MHT University. Statistical analysis with bivariate t test, there is no difference of student satisfaction to academic service from two campus with p value 0,707. The lowest satisfaction point on MRS STIKES is the adequacy of sports facilities, this condition is the same with the lowest satisfaction condition at MHT University. From the result of the research, it is found that the factors influencing the low of STIKES MRH students are related to the role of staff who haven ot maximized, suggestion and supporting the students activity, and advertising especially word of mouth and website. The need of both campuses to complement the facilities and infrastructure of student activities. At STIKES MRH need to improve advertising and staff performance.

"ABSTRAK
Teknologi telah berhasil mengubah perilaku masyarakat dan membangun cara berpikir mereka dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya.Berkat akibat kemajuan teknologi yang cepat, banyak orang telah bermigrasi dari media konvensional ke media yang lebih kontemporer atau lebih sering dikenal sebagai media digital. Dengan teknologi baru yang digunakan oleh khalayak massa, kompetensi pengguna dalam memanfaatkan media digital menjadi harus diamati dengan sangat hati-hatiLiterasi digital atau pengetahuan digital tidak lagi hanya sebuah prinsip, tetapi juga menjadi ilmu yang berperan dominan dalam membentuk pengetahuan pengguna Internet dalam mengumpulkan informasi secara online. Ketika Web 2.0 diperkenalkan, pengguna Internet memiliki kebebasan mengeksplorasi dan berkolaborasi dalam hal-hal yang tersebar di dalam Internet. Sumber berita yang ditemukan pada dasarnya menjadi tersedia di mana-mana dalam jaringan, dari mulai penerbit berita resmi sampai salah satu fitur Web 2.0, media sosial.Dengan mengetahui bahwa orang remaja adalah jumlah pengguna media sosial terbesar, pentingnya memahami literasi digital menjadi sangat mendesak bagi masyarakat. Dengan metode penelitian kualitatif, jurnal ini akan memeriksa tingkat literasi digital dengan mengamati dan melakukan penyelidikan mendalam terhadap perilaku media sosial remaja ketika mengumpulkan informasi secara online. Tujuan jurnal ini adalah mengevaluasi tahap kerangka melek digital seperti yang diperkenalkan oleh Renee Hobbs yang umum ditemukan pada remaja, khususnya mahasiswa sarjana.

ABSTRACT
Technology has succeeded to change people behaviour and construct their way of thinking in everyday life. Due to rapid technology advances, people have migrated from conventional media to a more contemporary media that is often known as the digital media. With a new technology being used by mass audience, user 39 s competence in utilizing digital media should be observed carefully.Digital literacy is no longer just a principle, but it 39 s a science that play dominant part in shaping user 39 s knowledge in gathering online information. When the Web 2.0 was introduced, Internet user has the freedom to explore and collaborate to things that is shared through the Internet. News resources are found basically everywhere within the network, from the official news publisher, to Web 2.0 most visited feature called the social media.Knowing that young adults have prevailed the number of social media users, the importance in understanding digital literacy becomes very urgent for society. Using qualitative research method, this journal will examine the level of digital literacy by observing and seeking an in depth investigation towards young adults social media behaviour when gathering online information. The purpose of this journal is to evaluate which stages of digital literacy framework as introduced by Renee Hobbs that is commonly found in young adults. "

"Latar belakang: Prevalensi burnout syndrome ditemukan tinggi pada mahasiswa. Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh prestasi akademik, status sosioekonomi, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu. Tingkat burnout syndrome yang tinggi pada mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa tingkat akhir, dapat meningkatkan risiko terjadinya gangguan sendi rahang. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang pada mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia Angkatan 2019, serta mengetahui hubungan antara prestasi akademik, status sosioekonomi, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu terhadap burnout syndrome dan gangguan sendi rahang pada mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia Angkatan 2019. Metode: Studi dengan desain cross-sectional berupa kuesioner online, disebarkan pada bulan November 2022 kepada mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia dengan jumlah 134 responden. Burnout syndrome diukur menggunakan kuesioner MBI-SS dan gangguan sendi rahang menggunakan kuesioner TMD-DI. Hasil Penelitian: Uji Fisher exact menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna (p<0,05) burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang, uji kendall menunjukkan korelasi positif lemah antara burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang. Uji chi square menunjukkan adanya perbedaan bermakna antara prestasi akademik dengan burnout syndrome (p<0,05), uji kendall menunjukkan korelasi negatif lemah antara prestasi akademik dengan burnout syndrome. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara prestasi akademik dengan gangguan sendi rahang, serta status sosioekonomi, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu dengan burnout syndrome dan gangguan sendi rahang . Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara burnout syndrome terhadap gangguan sendi rahang. Terdapat hubungan antara prestasi akademik terhadap burnout syndrome. Namun tidak terdapat hubungan antara prestasi akademik terhadap gangguan sendi rahang, serta status sosioekonomi keluarga, faktor budaya, dan rumpun ilmu terhadap burnout syndrome dan gangguan sendi rahang

Background: The prevalence of burnout syndrome is found to be high in university students. This can be influenced by academic achievement, socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups. The high rate of burnout syndrome in university students, especially final year students, can increase the risk of developing temporomandibular disorder. Objective: This study aims to find out the relationship between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorder in fourth year undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia, and to determine the relationship between academic achievement, socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups with burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders in fourth year undergraduate students at the University of Indonesia. Methods: A cross-sectional study using an online questionnaire of 134 students from the University of Indonesia was distributed in November 2022. Burnout syndrome was measured using the MBI-SS questionnaire and temporomandibular disorders using the TMD-DI questionnaire. Results: The Fisher exact test showed a significant difference between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorder (p<0.05). The Kendall test showed a weak positive correlation between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders. The chi-square test showed that there was a statistically significant difference between burnout syndrome based on academic achievement (p<0.05). The Kendall test showed a weak negative correlation between academic achievement and burnout syndrome. However, there is no statistically significant difference between temporomandibular disorders based on academic achievement, as well as burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorder based on socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups. Conclusion: There is a relationship between burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders, as well as burnout syndrome and academic achievement. However, there is no relationship between temporomandibular disorder based on academic achievement, as well as burnout syndrome and temporomandibular disorders based on family socioeconomic status, cultural factors, and knowledge groups."

"Tingginya tuntutan akademik akibat Revolusi Industri 4.0 mempengaruhi stres akademik yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa sarjana saat ini. Salah satu kemampuan yang dapat membantu mahasiswa menghadapi stres akademik adalah learned resourcefulness Terkait dengan situasi sulit, kehadiran self-compassion diprediksi berperan dalam menjelaskan kekuatan hubungan antara learned resourcefulness dan stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara learned resourcefulness dan stres akademik pada mahasiswa sarjana di Indonesia dengan self-compassion sebagai moderator. Pengambilan data pada penelitian dilakukan secara daring melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang memuat alat ukur Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS), Self Control Schedule (SCS), dan Self Compassion Scale (SCS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 151 partisipan, self-compassion tidak memberikan peran signifikan pada hubungan antara learned resourcefulness dan stres akademik, F(3,147) = 14.712, p > .05. Namun demikian, hasil analisis juga menemukan adanya hubungan langsung dari  variabel learned resourcefulness (b = -.073, p < .05) dan self-compassion (b = -3.3984, p < .05) terhadap stres akademik. Diskusi mengenai hasil dan implikasi penelitian ini akan dibahas lebih lanjut.

The high academic demands due to the Industrial Revolution 4.0 affect the academic stress experienced by undergraduate students. Learned resourcefulness is one of the skills that can help students deal with academic stress. Related to difficult situations, the presence of self-compassion is predicted to play a role in explaining the strength of the relationship between learned resourcefulness and academic stress. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between learned resourcefulness and academic stress in Indonesian undergraduate students, with self-compassion as a moderator. The data used for the research was collected online through the distribution of questionnaires containing Perception of Academic Stress Scale (PASS), Self Control Schedule (SCS), dan Self Compassion Scale (SCS). Based on the analysis of 151 participants, self-compassion did not significantly influence the relationship between learned resourcefulness and academic stress, F(3,147) = 14.712, p > .05. However, the results of the analysis also found a direct relationship between learned resourcefulness (b = -.073, p < .05) and self-compassion (b = -3.3984, p < .05) on academic stress. The research's findings and implications will be discussed further."

"Emotional distress pada mahasiswa adalah isu yang muncul akibat berbagai faktor, seperti transisi dari usia remaja ke dewasa muda, bertambahnya tuntutan, dan perubahan situasi serta sistem belajar. Pada Universitas Indonesia, fenomena distress terlihat dari banyaknya mahasiswa sarjana yang mencari bantuan psikologis di klinik internal Fakultas Psikologi Universitas. Antrean mahasiswa selalu melebihi kapasitas pemberi layanan sehingga mahasiswa perlu mengantre selama satu hingga tiga bulan. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi fenomena ini adalah dengan menjalankan intervensi psikologis berbasis-web dengan format guided self-help; fitur daring berpotensi memperluas keterjangkauan dan memudahkan partisipan untuk mendapat bantuan psikologis. Studi ini meninjau fisibilitas dan efektivitas Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) berbasis-web delapan sesi berformat guided self-help yang disusun untuk menurunkan tingkat emotional distress serta meningkatkan self-compassion mahasiswa sarjana Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia. Studi ini merupakan quasi-experimental dengan desain one-group pretest-posttest sebanyak 38 partisipan dengan alat ukur DASS 42, AAQ-II, dan SCS. Delapan modul sesi dirancang berdasarkan enam prinsip dasar ACT menurut Hayes dan Harris: penerimaan, defusi, mindfulness, diri sebagai konteks, nilai-nilai personal, dan perilaku berdasarkan komitmen. Hasil uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa setelah intervensi, terdapat penurunan gejala distress yang signifikan, disertai dengan naiknya fleksibilitas psikologis dan naiknya self-compassion partisipan. Studi dipandang fisibel untuk dilakukan berdasarkan analisis kecukupan sumber daya, tingkat kemandirian partisipan, proses berjalannya studi, serta umpan balik partisipan. Riset lebih dalam dengan skala lebih luas dibutuhkan untuk mencapai konklusi yang lebih adekuat mengenai efektivitas program, namun fisibilitas intervensi ACT berbasis-web yang terbukti pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi psikologis berbasis-web merupakan opsi efisien yang dapat digunakan penyedia layanan kesehatan mental.

Emotional distress in university students is a prevalent issue that rises due to various factors such as problems transitioning to adulthood, adjustment difficulties, and struggles to adapt in new environments. In University of Indonesia, this phenomenon can be seen from the many students who come to the campus’ internal clinic to seek psychological help. Queues are long, and students typically must wait one to three months to get help. One option to overcome this obstacle is to utilize the internet and construct web-based psychological interventions in a guided self-help format; online interventions could reach more people and provide easier access. This study aims to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of web-based guided self-help Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to decrease emotional distress and increase psychological flexibility as well as self-compassion among undergraduate psychology students in University of Indonesia. This is a quasi-experimental study with a one-group, pretest-posttest design; eight online sessions were constructed based on traditional ACT guidelines by Hayes and Harris. 38 participants were recruited; Depression Anxiety Stress Scales 42, Acceptance and Action Questionnaire 2, and Self-Compassion Scale were used to measure emotional distress, psychological flexibility, and self-compassion respectively. Results show that post-intervention, participants’ emotional distress levels decreased significantly while psychological flexibility and self-compassion significantly increased. The intervention is also deemed feasible; feasibility assessments focused on resources, process, program management, participants’ adherence, and participants’ reviews. More research with a wider pool of participants is necessary to firmly establish the effectiveness of web-based ACT to treat distressed university students, but this study has clearly shown that web-based interventions are a viable and efficient option.

"Literasi gizi adalah tingkatan dimana seseorang memiliki kapasitas untuk menperoleh, memproses, dan memahami informasi dasar seputar gizi. Literasi gizi dapat memengaruhi pembentukan pola makan pada usia remaja dan dewasa muda. Skripsi ini meneliti tingkat literasi gizi pada mahasiswa untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengannya, antara lain jenis kelamin, rumpun ilmu kesehatan dan non kesehatan, dan tingkat uang saku.
Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross sectional kepada 373 mahasiswa sarjana Universitas Indonesia angkatan 2017 dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang terdiri dari tiga domain literasi fungsional, interaktif, dan kritikal. Data dianalisis dengan uji Chi-square.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 47.2 responden memiliki literasi gizi tidak adekuat. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan adanya hubungan bermakna antara rumpun ilmu kesehatan dan non kesehatan dengan tingkat literasi gizi total p = 0.000, OR = 4.6 . Rumpun ilmu kesehatan dan non kesehatan juga berhubungan bermakna dengan literasi gizi fungsional p = 0.000, OR = 2.9, dengan literasi gizi interaktif p = 0.002, OR = 2.5, dan dengan literasi gizi kritikal p = 0.001, OR = 2.7.

Nutrition literacy is defined as the degree to which individual has the capacity to obtain, process, and understand about basic nutrition information. Nutrition literacy can affect the formation of different diet in adolescents and young adults. This thesis examines the level of nutrition literacy among first year undergraduate students to know about the factors associated with it, including gender, clusters of health and non health science, and allowance.
This study used cross sectional design to 373 first year undergraduate students in University of Indonesia by using the questionnaire instrument consisting of three domains functional, interactive, and critical. Data were analyzed by chi square test.
The result showed that 47,2 of respondents had inadequate nutrition literacy. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there is a significant correlation between health science and non health science cluster with the total nutrition literacy rate p 0.000, OR 4.6 . Health science and non health science cluster were also significantly associated with the functional nutrition literacy p 0.000, OR 2.9, interactive nutrition literacy p 0.002, OR 2.5, and critical nutrition literacy p 0.001, OR 2.7.

"Kecurangan akademik merupakan masalah yang kerap ditemukan di dunia pendidikan padahal perbuatan tersebut memberikan kerugian pada diri sendiri dan orang lain. Masalah ini semakin berkembang terutama dengan kehadiran internet yang semakin memfasilitasi perilaku tersebut. Salah satu faktor yang berhubungan dengan kecurangan akademik adalah penalaran moral yang berkaitan dengan penilaian mahasiswa terhadap benar atau tidaknya suatu hal. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penalaran moral dan kecurangan akademik dengan internet pada mahasiswa sarjana. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahasiswa sarjana (N = 100) di Indonesia yang berusia 18-25 tahun. Pengukuran variabel kecurangan akademik dengan internet menggunakan alat ukur Internet Triggered Academic Dishonesty Scale (ITADS) dan penalaran moral menggunakan Defining Issues Test (DIT). Hubungan kedua variabel diuji menggunakan metode Spearman correlation dan ditemukan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penalaran moral dan kecurangan akademik dengan internet, (r(98) = -0,100, p = 0,320, two-tailed). Oleh karena itu, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat lebih menjelaskan hubungan antara kedua variabel. Akan dibahas beberapa permasalahan, limitasi, dan saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya.

One factor related to academic dishonesty is moral reasoning, which pertains to students' judgments about the rightness or wrongness of actions. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant relationship between moral reasoning and internet-facilitated academic dishonesty among undergraduate students. This research was conducted on undergraduate students (N = 100) in Indonesia aged 18-25 years. The measurement of the academic dishonesty variable with the internet used the Internet Triggered Academic Dishonesty Scale (ITADS), and moral reasoning was measured using the Defining Issues Test (DIT). The relationship between the two variables was tested using the Spearman correlation method, and it was found that there was no significant relationship between moral reasoning and internet-facilitated academic dishonesty (r(98) = -0.100, p = 0.320, two-tailed). Therefore, further research is expected to better explain the relationship between these two variables. Several issues, limitations, and suggestions for future research will be discussed."

"Terjadi peningkatan drastis tekanan psikologis pada mahasiswa sejak dimulainya pandemi COVID-19. Salah satu alasannya adalah munculnya lebih banyak emosi negatif dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga diperlukan berbagai strategi untuk mengatasi emosi negatif tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dan korelasional dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peran self-compassion terhadap gejala depresi dengan dimediasi regulasi emosi. Partisipan penelitian ini sebanyak 349 orang mahasiswa S1 dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun (M = 20.82, SD = 1.540). Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah Self-Compassion Scale (SCS), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), dan Emotion Regulation Skill Questionnaire (ERSQ). Partisipan mengisi alat ukur secara daring. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, HAYES PROCESS, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat peran dari self-compassion terhadap gejala depresi dan regulasi emosi, (2) Terdapat peran dari regulasi emosi terhadap gejala depresi, dan (3) Regulasi emosi tidak berfungsi sebagai mediator dalam peran self-compassion terhadap gejala depresi. Penelitian ini juga melaporkan bahwa tingkat self-compassion, gejala depresi, dan regulasi emosi tidak dibedakan oleh jenis kelamin, melainkan dapat dibedakan oleh persepsi finansial dan juga persepsi dukungan sosial yang diterima.

There has been a drastic increase in psychological distress on students since the start of COVID-19 pandemic. One of the reasons is the emergence of negative emotions in everyday life. so that various strategies are needed to overcome these negative emotions. This study is a quantitative and correlational study with the aim of knowing the role of self-compassion on depressive symptoms mediated by emotion regulation. The participants of this study were 349 undergraduate students with an age range of 18-25 years (M = 20.82, SD = 1.540. The measuring instruments used are Self-Compassion Scale (SCS), Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), and Emotion Regulation Skill Questionnaire (ERSQ). Participants fill out the questionnaires via online form. The analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive analysis, HAYES PROCESS, and simple linear regression. The results of this study showed: (1) There is a role of self-compassion on depression symptoms and emotion regulation, (2) There is a role of emotion regulation on depressive symptoms, and (3) Emotion regulation does not function as a mediator in the role of self-compassion on depressive symptoms. This study also reported that the level of self-compassion, depressive symptoms, and emotional regulation were not differentiated by gender, but could be distinguished by financial perceptions and also perceptions of social support."
