Aplikasi E-RKAM merupakan salah satu terobosan yang dapat membantu Kementerian Agama untuk merencanakan kebutuhan madrasah secara lebih efisien. Melalui aplikasi ini madrasah dapat terbantu dalam hal mengelola administrasi mulai dari proses perencanaan, penganggaran, dan pelaporan. E-RKAM dapat mewujudkan good governance dengan mengintegrasikan berbagai hal yakni dari sisi pengawasan, kontrol serta akuntabilitas lembaga. Sistem E-RKAM juga sebagai cerminan dari salah satu transformasi digital di madrasah. Dengan pendekatan implementasi kebijakan dari George Edward III memungkinkan rekomendasi kebijakan dapat diambil oleh para pemangku kepentingan terutama Kementerian Agama Pusat dalam hal pembenahan tata kelola kelembagaan yang transparan, efektif dan efisien dan dapat berdampak langsung pada kualitas pembelajaran. Sehingga kedepan alokasi anggaran dana BOS tidak lagi didasarkan pada jumlah siswa, namun pada kinerja masing-masing madrasah dan seberapa baik program kegiatan tersebut dirancang. Pendekatan UTAUT untuk melihat penerapan teknologi dalam hal ini aplikasi E-RKAM terkait dengan kemudahan penggunaan dan kebermanfaatannya bagi madrasah.

Realizing quality education starts from good governance management. The E-RKAM application is one of the breakthroughs that can help the Central Ministry of Religious Affairs to plan the needs of madrasas more efficiently. Through this application, madrasas can be assisted in terms of managing administration starting from the planning, budgeting, and reporting processes. E-RKAM can realize good governance by integrating various things, namely from the supervision, control and accountability of institutions. The E-RKAM system is also a reflection of one of the digital transformations in madrasas. With the policy implementation approach from Edward III, policy recommendations can be taken by stakeholders, especially the Central Ministry of Religious Affairs, in terms of improving institutional governance that is transparent, effective and efficient and can have a direct impact on the quality of learning. So that in the future the BOS budget allocation is no longer based on the number of students, but on the performance of each madrasah and how well the activity program is designed. UTAUT's approach to see the application of technology, in this case the E-RKAM application, is related to its ease of use and usefulness for madrasas."

"Dewasa ini perkembangan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) semakin pesat yang membuat penggunaan SI/TI menjadi kebutuhan utama yang tidak terpisahkan di setiap aspek kegiatan organisasi. Akhir Desember tahun 2016, PT XYZ mengembangkan sistem SAP sebagai bagian dari tata kelola TI perusahaan. Namun, selama proses implementasi sistem terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang timbul. Masalah ini berdampak negatif pada perusahaan, terutama berkaitan dengan aspek keuangan perusahaan dan kinerja dari karyawan. Peneliti menilai perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengevaluasi faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proses implementasi sistem dan setelah itu merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian yang diadaptasi dari DeLone & McLean IS Success Model, konsep manajemen proyek, dan faktor kesuksesan implementasi ERP. Variabel penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Informasi (IQ), Kualitas Sistem (SYQ), dan Kualitas Layanan (SEQ), Manajemen Proyek (PM), Kecenderungan Penggunaan Sistem (IU), Kepuasan Pengguna (US), dan Kesuksesan Proyek (PS). Proses pengolahan data dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh faktor kesuksesan, yaitu IQ, SYQ, SEQ, dan PM berpengaruh positif terhadap kesuksesan proyek dan peneliti merumuskan 13 rekomendasi perbaikan untuk memperbaiki kualitas dari faktor-faktor kesuksesan tersebut.

Today the development of information systems and information technology (SI / IT) is increasingly rapid which makes the use of IS / IT a major necessity that is inseparable in every aspect of the organization's activities. At the end of December 2016, PT XYZ developed the SAP system as part of corporate IT governance. However, during the system implementation process there were a number of problems that arose. This problem has a negative impact on the company, especially related to the company's financial aspects and the performance of employees. The researcher considers that research is needed to evaluate what factors influence the success of the system implementation process and after that formulate recommendations for improvement. This study uses a research model adapted from DeLone & McLean IS Success Model, project management concepts, and ERP implementation success factors. The research variables in this study are Information Quality (IQ), System Quality (SYQ), and Service Quality (SEQ), Project Management (PM), System Use Tendency (IU), User Satisfaction (US), and Project Success (PS). Data processing and data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this study are all success factors, namely IQ, SYQ, SEQ, and PM have a positive effect on project success and researcher formulate 13 recommendations for improvement to improve the quality of these success factors. "
