Menteri Keuangan mempertimbangkan pemberian insentif pajak masih berlangsung karena pandemi Covid-19 belum berakhir dan membawa dampak terhadap perekonomian sehingga masih perlu adanya insentif perpajakan berupa pengurangan angsuran PPh Pasal 25 dan pembebasan PPh Pasal 22 impor dalam rangka optimalisasi pemulihan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kebijakan insentif pajak covid-19 berupa pengurangan angsuran PPh Pasal 25 dan pembebasan PPh Pasal 22 Impor berdasarkan The Four Maxims dan implementasi kebijakan kedua insentif ini di KPP Pratama Jakarta Kelapa Gading. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah mixed method research menggabungkan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner untuk mengukur persepsi Wajib Pajak terhadap kebijakan insentif pajak Covid-19 PPh Pasal 25 dan PPh Pasal 22 Impor dan wawancara kepada petugas fiskus dan Wajib Pajak. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi Wajib Pajak terhadap kebijakan insentif pajak pengurangan angsuran PPh Pasal 25 dan pembebasan PPh Pasal 22 Impor telah memenuhi asas pemungutan pajak The Four Maxims, serta tercapainya sasaran yang ingin dicapai pemerintah, Wajib Pajak yang berpartisipasi dalam kedua insentif ini tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam menjalankan kewajibannya, fiskus telah melaksanakan tugas, tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, dan tercapainya kepuasan Wajib Pajak yang berpartisipasi dalam kebijakan kedua kebijakan insentif ini. ...... The Minister of Finance considers that the provision of tax incentives is still ongoing because the Covid-19 pandemic has not ended and has had an impact on the economy so that there is still a need for tax incentives in the form of reducing Article 25 installments and exempting Import Income Tax Article 22 to optimize national economic recovery. This study aims to evaluate the Covid-19 tax incentive policy in the form of reducing installments of Income Tax Article 25 and exemption of Article 22 Import Income Tax based on The Four Maxims and the implementation of these two incentive policies at Jakarta Kelapa Gading Tax Office. The method in this study is mixed method research combining quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire to measure taxpayers' perceptions of the Covid-19 tax incentive policy on Income Tax Article 25 and Import Income Tax Article 22 and interviews with tax authorities and taxpayers. The results of the study indicate that the taxpayer's perception of the tax incentive policy of reducing installments of Income Tax Article 25 and exemption of Import Income Tax Article 22 on imports has fulfilled the principles of tax collection The Four Maxims, as well as achieving the goals of be achieved by the government, taxpayers who participate in these two incentives do not experience difficulties in carrying out their obligations, the tax authorities have carried out their duties and responsibilities by applicable regulations, and the satisfaction of taxpayers participating in these two incentive policies has been achieved.

Skripsi ini menganalisis Prinsip Kerja Sama pada pertuturan tokoh Fatimah dalam novel berbahasa Arab/ lsquo;Adzr??u J?kart?/ karya Najib Kailani. Fatimah merupakan tokoh sentral dalam novel tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan bentuk-bentuk pematuhan dan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama Grice dalam pertuturan tokoh Fatimah. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Teori yang dijadikan acuan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori prinsip kerja sama oleh Herbert Paul Grice 1975 . Grice merumuskan teori prinsip kerja sama yang di dalamnya terdiri atas empat maksim, yaitu maksim kuantitas, maksim kualitas, maksim relevansi, dan maksim cara. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah penulis lakukan, didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa pematuhan dan pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama ditemukan dalam semua maksim. Pelanggaran terhadap prinsip kerja sama dalam pertuturan tokoh Fatimah lebih banyak ditemukan daripada pematuhannya. Dari segi pematuhan, maksim yang paling banyak dipatuhi adalah maksim relevansi. Dari segi pelanggaran, maksim yang paling banyak dilanggar adalah maksim cara.

This undergraduate thesis analyzes the Cooperative Principle on the Fatimah figure 39 s utterance in the Arabic novel lsquo Adzr u J kart by Najib Kailani. Fatimah is a central figure in the novel. This study aims to describe the forms of observance and violation of the Grice rsquo s cooperative principle in the Fatimah figure 39 s utterance. The methodology used in this research is qualitative research method. The theory used as a reference in this research is theory of cooperative principle by Herbert Paul Grice 1975 . Grice formulates a theory of cooperative principle in which it consists of four maxims, namely the maxim of quantity, the maxim of quality, the maxim of relation, and the maxim of manner. Based on the analysis that the author has done, it is concluded that the observance and violation of the cooperative principle is found in all maxims. Violations of the cooperative principle in the Fatimah figure are more common than their observance. In terms of observance, the most observed maxim is maxim of relevance. In terms of violations, the most violated maxim is maxim of manner.

Penggunaan meme oleh pelajar di dunia menjadi semakin populer dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, terutama dengan maraknya media sosial, memunculkan dinamika komunikasi yang unik. Meme yang berupa gambar yang mengandung unsur humor dengan deskripsi singkat yang acap kali menyindir fenomena sosial dan budaya telah menjadi salah satu bentuk komunikasi di kalangan pelajar. Pelajar menggunakan medium ini untuk berkomunikasi dan menyampaikan pesan dengan cara yang unik dan kreatif. Penelitian ini melihat unsur pelanggaran maksim yang terdapat pada kesembilan meme bertema tugas kelompok unggahan @studenten.memes di Instagram. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori tentang pelanggaran maksim untuk menganalisis kesembilan meme secara keseluruhan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah ditemukannya fungsi pelanggaran maksim flouting, suspending, infringing, violating, dan opting out guna mencapai kejenakaan dari unsur humor yang diciptakan oleh kesembilan meme tersebut. Membuat humor tercipta dengan adanya penekanan makna dengan cara yang kontradiktif, ironis, sinisme, atau denotatif. Pemahaman terhadap pelanggaran maksim menjadi kunci untuk mengartikan humor yang terkandung dalam meme-meme tersebut. ......The use of memems by students worldwide has becme increasingly popular in recent years, especially with the rise of social media, giving rise to unique communication dynamics. Memes in the form of images containing elements of humor with short descriptions that often satirize social and cultural phenomena have become a form of communication among students. Students use this medium to communicate and convey messages in unique and creative ways. This research looks at the elements of maxim violations contained in the nine group assignment-themed memes uploaded by @studenten.memes on Instagram. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method using the theory of maxim violations to analyse the nine memes as a whole. The results of the research were the discovery of the function of violating the maxims of flouting, suspending, infringing, violating, and opting out in order to achieve humor from the elements of humor created by the nine memes. Thus humor is created by emphasizing meaning in a contradictory, ironic, cynical or denotative way. UNderstanding maxim violations is the key to interpreting the humor contained in these memes.

Penggunaan bahasa untuk menyampaikan sesuatu yang kasar merupakan hal yang lazim saat ini, bahkan bagi remaja. Fenomena ini sudah ditampilkan dalam banyak film, seperti The Edge of Seventeen 2016 . The Edge of Seventeen 2016 adalah sebuah film komedi-drama tentang perjuangan Nadine, tokoh utama, dalam tumbuh dewasa, terutama ketika dia merasa tidak ada siapa-siapa di sisinya. Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana Nadine mengutarakan kekasaran melalui penggunaan bahasanya dalam percakapan. Percakapan tersebut dianalisis menggunakan model ketidaksantunan Culpeper, maksim percakapan Grice, dan teori tindak tutur Austin. Data dianalisis untuk menentukan strategi dan maksim yang digunakan, serta tindak tuturnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi ketidaksantunan dan maksim digunakan, dan tujuannya dalam ujaran tertentu. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada makna yang tersembunyi dan tujuan dari ujaran yang menggunakan strategi ketidaksantunan dan melanggar maksim pada konteks tertentu. Dengan menganalisis percakapan-percakapan tersebut, terbukti bahwa kekasaran dalam bahasa bukan hanya sekedar kekasaran, tetapi juga mempunyai makna tersembunyi dan tujuan dalam setiap konteks.

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, using language to utter rudeness is prevalent, even for teenagers. This phenomenon has been included into many films, such is The Edge of Seventeen 2016 . The Edge of Seventeen 2016 is a coming of age comedy drama film about the struggle of growing up for Nadine, the main character, especially when she feels that there is no one on her side. This study focuses on how Nadine utters the rudeness through her language. Her utterances are analyzed with Culpeper rsquo s impoliteness model, Grice rsquo s conversational maxims, and Austin rsquo s speech act. The data are analyzed by determining the strategy and maxims used and the speech acts behind them. This study aims to determine to what extent the impoliteness strategy and the conversational maxims are used as well as their purpose in certain utterances. The findings of the study show that there are underlying meanings and purposes to the utterances which use the impoliteness strategy and flout the conversational maxims in certain context. By analyzing the conversations, it is evident that the rudeness in the language is not merely rudeness, but it rather has underlying meanings and purposes in each context.

Tesis ini ditujukan untuk menganalisis aturan-aturan PPh dan PPN pada perusahaan pelayaran niaga. Penelitian ini selanjutnya menganalisis metode-metode penggalian potensi pajak perusahaan pelayaran niaga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menganalisis peraturan-peraturan perpajakan yang ada dan upaya penggalian potensi pajaknya. Aturan-aturan pajak dianalisis dengan menggunakan asas-asas The Four Maxims equality, certainty, convenience of payment, and efficiency dari Adam Smith. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa aturan-aturan PPh yang ada belum memenuhi asas-asas The Four Maxims, sedangkan aturan-aturan PPN yang ada sudah memenuhi asas-asas The Four Maxims. Hasil analisis lainnya yaitu pelaksanaan dari metode-metode penggalian potensi pajak perusahaan pelayaran niaga.

ABSTRACT
The focus of this study is to analyze Income Tax Laws and Value Added Tax VAT Laws on shipping commercial company. This research uses qualitative approach to analyze tax laws and methods of collecting tax. The Four Maxims equality, certainty, convenience of payment, and efficiency from Adam Smith are used to analyze tax laws. This study finds that Income Tax Laws have not fulfilled principles of The Four Maxims, but VAT Laws have fulfilled principles of The Four Maxims. This study also finds the implementation of collecting tax methods on shipping commercial company.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pemungutan Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) atas perdagangan melalui sistem elektronik (PMSE) bagi pemungut berdasarkan asas pemungutan pajak "The Four Maxims". Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara terhadap 11 narasumber yang berasal dari Pemungut PPN PMSE dan Otoritas Pajak serta analisis dokumen berupa data pembayaran dan pelaporan PPN PMSE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemungutan PPN PMSE di Indonesia telah memenuhi asas keadilan, kenyamanan dan efisiensi berdasarkan "The Four Maxims". Namun pemungutan PPN PMSE di Indonesia belum memenuhi asas kepastian meliputi ketidakpastian definisi di dalam peraturan, status hukum pemungut, mekanisme penentuan Dasar Pengenaan Pajak, prosedur perpajakan, dan pengenaan sanksi. ......This research aims to evaluate the Value-added Tax (VAT) collection on trading through the electronic system (TTES) from the TTES VAT Collector’s perception, based on "The Four Maxims" tax collection principle. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data was collected using interview techniques with 11 respondents from TTES VAT Collectors and tax authorities and document analysis in the form of TTES VAT payment and report data. The results showed that TTES VAT collection in Indonesia has fulfilled the equality, convenience and efficiency principles based on "The Four Maxims". However, the collection of TTES VAT in Indonesia has failed to meet the criterion of certainty, owing to uncertainties in the definition, the legal status of the collector, the method for calculating the tax basis, tax procedures, and the enforcement of fines.

Perubahan ketentuan perpajakan atas natura dan/atau kenikmatan sesuai yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Harmonisasi Perpajakan yang kemudian dijelaskan lebih lanjut dalam Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 66 Tahun 2023 masih menuai pro dan kontra di masyarakat. Peraturan ini diterbitkan dengan tujuan untuk lebih memberikan kepastian hukum dan keadilan perlakuan pajak penghasilan atas imbalan kerja berupa natura atau kenikmatan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa apakah perubahan ketentuan perpajakan tersebut memenuhi tujuan dari peraturan tersebut baik dari aspek keadilan maupun kepastian hukum, selain itu juga dilakukan penilaian aspek efisiensi dan kenyamanan bagi wajib pajak dengan menggunakan The Four Maxims yang dikemukakan oleh Adam Smith sebagai dasar penilaian. Data primer kualitatif berupa wawancara dengan pihak praktisi yang berasal dari pihak KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua, pihak konsultan pajak, dan pihak wajib pajak dilakukan untuk menilai terkait kesesuaian kebijakan perpajakan dalam peraturan tersebut dengan asas pemungutan pajak The Four Maxims yang dikemukakan oleh Adam Smith yaitu asas equality, asas certainty, asas convenience of payment, dan asas efficiency. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kebijakan perpajakan atas natura/kenikmatan yang dinilai berdasarkan asas pemungutan pajak The Four Maxims telah memenuhi asas equality, asas certainty, dan asas efficiency namun belum meningkatkan penerapan asas convenience of payment ......Changes to taxation provisions on fringe benefits as regulated in the Law on Tax Harmonization, which are further explained in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 66 issued in 2023, are still reaping pros and cons in the community. This regulation was issued with the aim of providing greater legal certainty and equality in the treatment of income tax on fringe benefits given to employee. Based on these problems, this research aims to analyze whether the changes to the tax provisions fulfill the objectives of these regulations both from the aspects of equality and legal certainty, apart from that, an assessment of the aspects of efficiency and comfort for taxpayers is also carried out using The Four Maxims proposed by Adam Smith as basis for assessment. Qualitative primary data in the form of interviews with practitioners from KPP Pratama Jakarta Setiabudi Dua, tax consultants, and taxpayers were conducted to assess the suitability of tax policies in these regulations with the principles of tax collection The Four Maxims put forward by Adam Smith, namely the principles equality, certainty principle, convenience of payment principle, and efficiency principle. The results of data analysis show that changes in tax policy on fringe benefits assessed based on The Four Maxims tax collection principles have fulfilled the equality principle, certainty principle and efficiency principle but have not increased the application of the convenience of payment principle.

Saat ini, pencarian informasi tidak terbatas pada media cetak maupun siaran berita televisi. Informasi dapat diperoleh melalui media sosial, seperti Instagram. Dari berbagai macam jenis informasi yang beredar di Instagram, berita seputar selebriti dan hiburan menjadi salah satu di antaranya. Berdasarkan fenomena ini, penulis mencari tahu bagaimana akun berita selebriti dan hiburan di Instagram mengaplikasikan teknik pragmatik dalam penyajian konten berita dan bagaimana teknik ini mempengaruhi citra merek akun tersebut. Akun Instagram E News dipilih sebagai studi kasus dalam penelitian ini sebab akun ini merupakan akun berita selebriti dan hiburan asal Amerika yang memiliki pengikut paling banyak di Instagram. Untuk menganalisis data, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menganalisis data tekstual berupa keterangan gambar. Sebanyak 36 keterangan gambar dari akun Instagram E News diambil sebagai sampel dan dianalisis menggunakan kerangka teori yang dikembangkan oleh Al-Hindawi & Metley (2017). Kerangka ini digunakan dalam artikel mereka tentang analisis pragmatik pada berita selebriti dan hiburan berbasis situs web di Amerika dan Inggris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam kasus E News, teknik pragmatik berupa presupposition, Grice’s conversational maxims, dan allusion masing-masing memegang peran penting dalam membentuk konten berita, menarik minat pengikut, dan menciptakan citra merek yang modern. ......Instagram has been the main platform for real-time information seeking for the last five years. The kind of information that people look for includes entertainment news. The present study wants to examine the way an entertainment news account presents its news content using different pragmatic techniques and how these techniques affect its brand image because minor attention has been paid to purpose-oriented accounts. To fulfill the aim, there are two research problems that are addressed: (1) what are the most common pragmatic techniques used in the caption? And (2) what significance does each technique have in presenting the news and shaping the brand image? Therefore, 36 sample captions from E News Instagram account, as the most followed entertainment news account on Instagram, are taken, observed, and analyzed using a framework developed by Al-Hindawi & Metley (2017) in their article about pragmatic analysis on American and British website-based entertainment news that focuses on three pragmatic pillars which are presupposition, Grice’s conversational maxims, and allusion. The study found that in the case of E News, presupposition, violation to Grice’s conversational maxims, and allusion are not merely used to keep the content interesting, but they respectively hold important roles in shaping the content of the news, engaging audience’s interest, and creating a good brand image.
