"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran gangguan mental serta faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya gangguan mental pada pasien dengan stroke di Poliklinik Saraf RSCM pada tahun 2016. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian studi potong lintang. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa, 46.8 subyek dengan stroke di poliklinik Saraf RSCM mengalami gangguan mental. Gangguan mental terbanyak adalah episode depresif sebesar 19 dan distimia sebesar 16.2 . Jenis mekanisme koping yang terbanyak digunakan subyek adalah emotion focused coping dengan subskala mekanisme koping terbanyak yaitu religion. Tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kelamin, riwayat gangguan mental di keluarga, lokasi lesi, waktu pasca stroke, jenis stroke dan mekanisme koping dengan terjadinya gangguan mental pada pasien stroke. Hubungan yang bermakna didapatkan dari disabilitas fisik, yaitu ketergantungan ringan dan ketergantungan sedang yang berhubungan dengan terjadinya gangguan mental pada pasien stroke.

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to get an overview of mental disorders and the factors that influence the occurrence of mental disorders in patients with stroke in Neurology clinic RSCM in 2016. The study was a descriptive analytic research using cross sectional study design study. The result showed that, 46.8 of subjects with stroke in Neurology clinic RSCM had a mental disorder. Most mental disorders are major depressive episode was 19 and 16.2 dysthymia. Most types of coping mechanisms subject used is emotion focused coping with subscale most coping mechanism that is religion. There is no significant relationship between gender, history of mental illness in the family, lesion location, time of post stroke, stroke and coping mechanisms with the onset of mental disorders in stroke patients. A significant association was obtained from a physical disability, mild and moderate dependence was associated with the occurrence of mental disorders in stroke patients."

"ABSTRACTDiabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most abundant diseases in the 21st century and believed as result of interaction between genes and environment exposure. There is a hypotesis of epigenetic mechanisms, using molecular basis to explain about the mechanism of DM. Because of the enviromental exposure including nutrition status and hyperglycemia state, the risk of DM has started since pre-conception, last until adulthood and will be inhireted trans-generational . Mainly, there are 3 epigenetic mechanisms that have role in DM. Epigenetic mechanisms are also have role in the metabolic memory that the DM complications may still developed although the blood glucose level is already normal. The restriction of calory intake may help delaying the development and onset of degerative diseases including DM by stabilizing genome through epigenetic mechanisms."

"This book highlights routing protocols for wireless mesh networks (WMNs; IEEE 802.11s). "Pulau Ternate merupakan pulau vulkanik yang terbentuk dari tubuh Gunung Gamalama. Litologi di pulau ini didominasi oleh produk-produk vulkanik hasil erupsi gunung berapi. Akan tetapi, belum ada penelitian mengenai karakterisasi produk vulkanik dan sumbernya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik endapan piroklastik, proses, dan mekanisme erupsi pada saat pembentukan endapan piroklastik di daerah penelitian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Grain Size Distrubution (GSD) dan analisis komponen. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan data komponen pumice sebanyak tujuh jenis dan lithic sebanyak empat jenis. Mekanisme pengendapan yang membentuk endapan piroklastik merupakan pyroclastic fall. Terdapat setidaknya tiga kali fase erupsi yang membentuk endapan piroklastik, yaitu fase erupsi Gunung Telaga dan dua fase erupsi Gunung Gamalama yang ditandai dengan persebaran komponen.

Ternate Island is a volcanic island formed from the body of Mount Gamalama. The lithology of island is dominated by the volcanic products of the volcano eruption. However, no research has been done on the characterization of volcanic products and their sources. The study aims to identify the characteristics of pyroclastic deposits, processes, and eruption mechanisms at the time of the formation of pyroclastic deposits in the research area. The methods used in this study are Grain Size Distrubution (GSD) and component analysis. The results of the research resulted in data on the components of the pumice as many as seven types and the lithic as four types. The sedimentary mechanism that forms the pyroclastic deposits is a pyroclastic fall. There are at least three phases of the eruption that form the pyroclastic deposits, namely Mount Telaga's eruptive phase and two Phases of Mount Gamalama's Eruption characterized by the spread of components."
