"Clinical observations and animal experiments have shaped the prevailing view of human memory. This doctrine holds that the medial temporal lobe subserves one memory system for explicit or declarative memories while the basal ganglia subserves a separate memory system for implicit or procedural memories, including habits. Cortical areas outside the medial temporal lobe are said to function in perception, motor control, attention, or other aspects of executive function, but not in memory. The Evolution of Memory Systems advances dramatically different ideas on all counts. It proposes that several memory systems arose during evolution and that they did so for the same general reason: to transcend problems and exploit opportunities encountered by specific ancestors at particular times and places in the distant past. Instead of classifying cortical areas in terms of mutually exclusive perception, executive, or memory functions, the authors show that all cortical areas contribute to memory and that they do so in their own ways-using specialized neural representations. The book also presents a proposal on the evolution of explicit memory. According to this idea, explicit (declarative) memory depends on interactions between a phylogenetically ancient navigation system and a representational system that evolved in humans to represent ones self and others. As a result, people embed representations of themselves into the events they experience and the facts they learn, which leads to the perception of participating in events and knowing facts.

ABSTRACT
This thesis expands this individual level perspective to review shared cognitive knowledge concept within organization such as teamwork mental model and transactive memory system toward task performance mediated by work engagement in Sehat Sejahtera Hospital. This quantitative was carried out through the distribution of questionnaire. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling technique involving 86 frontline staffs which have high contact relationship with customer using regression. Several measurements adopted as guidances were Utrecht Work Engagement Scale UWES to measure work engagement Scaufeli dan Bakker, 2004 , Team Assessment Diagnostic Measure TADM for team shared mental model Johnson, Lee, Lee, Connor, Khalil, and Huang, 2007 , questionnaire Transactive Memory System Lewis, 2003 , and performance measurement scale Janz, Colquitt, and Noe, 1997 . The results described that both antecedents are related positively to work engagement and task performance, however the mediating effect of team engagement was not found. The research implications are discussed in this review. "

Obesity has become a significant global problem with rapidly increasing prevalence across various age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults. Obesity not only raises the risk of non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer but also imposes significant economic impacts due to healthcare costs associated with related illnesses. Accurate and easily accessible health information is crucial in efforts to prevent and manage obesity in Indonesia. However, the spread of misinformation on social media, including platforms like TikTok, presents new challenges in educating the public about obesity. This research identifies that TikTok, as a popular platform in Indonesia, has the potential to provide beneficial health education. Based on this issue, an analysis was conducted on the motivations for adopting health information to address obesity, considering the gratifications obtained from consuming health content on social media platforms such as TikTok. The study used the SEM-PLS method to investigate the relationships between factors based on the Uses and Gratification Theory (UGT) and Transactive Memory System (TMS) in the context of adopting information about obesity via TikTok. Data was collected using an online questionnaire with participation from 255 respondents. The analysis results indicate that these factors not only significantly influence the dimensions of TMS but also affect the adoption of information effectively. Gratifications such as social interaction and personalization have a significant impact on the three dimensions of TMS (specialization, credibility, and coordination). Social support is the gratification that most influences TMS specialization and coordination. Meanwhile, TMS credibility is most strongly influenced by the gratification of social interaction. Each TMS dimension also significantly influences the adoption of health information. The findings of this study are expected to provide insights into how TikTok can be effectively utilized to support public health education efforts related to obesity in Indonesia."
