"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara tahun 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik secara kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 112 ibu rumah tangga yang berdomisili di wilayah UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara adalah pengetahuan (OR=7.821) dan kepuasan (OR= 3.122), sedangkan sikap, aksesibilitas, dan jenis pembiayaan tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang bermakna terhadap minat pemanfaatan kembali pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara.
......This thesis aims to determine the factors that influence the intention of returning oral health services at UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara in 2013. This research is quantitative analytic cross sectional design. The sample consisted of 112 housewives who live in the area UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara. The results showed that the factors that affect the intention of returning oral health care UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara is knowledge (OR = 7,821) and satisfaction (OR = 3.122), whereas the attitude, accessibility, and type of financing did not show a significant relationship to the intention of returning of oral health services at UPTD Puskesmas Kecamatan Pontianak Tenggara."

"Patient satisfaction is one of indicators to measure efficacy of hospital service and giving feedback for the side of management, because service satisfaction will give positive effect of hospital promotion.
Background of this research is the existence of trend increasing customer complain both indirect and direct (suggestion box) which are collected by marketing department during 2005 until one semester of 2007 and the existence of trend lowering amount of outpatient where their medical costs is given by company based on data which is collected by medical record department during 2005 until 2007 and also lowering amount of new outpatient during 2006 until 2007 at Coroner and Venous Hospital of Harapan Kita (RSJPD).
Purpose of this research is finding te-exploiting enthusiasm of outpatient unit by patient which is evaluated of satisfaction factor at the place of patient acceptance, satisfaction at the place of patient Service, satisfaction at the place of cashier and service cost factor."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku penggunaan aplikasi CCH TeamMate dengan menggunakan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology, sehingga dapat memberikan masukan terhadap pihak manajemen untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan aplikasi CCH TeamMate di Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Keuangan RI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, dan Pengaruh Sosial terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan serta pengaruh faktor Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi dan Minat Pemanfaatan terhadap Perilaku Penggunaan.Dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa faktor Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, dan Pengaruh Sosial memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Pemanfaatan serta Kondisi yang Memfasilitasi dan Minat Pemanfaatan juga memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Penggunaan. Oleh karena itu Inspektorat Jenderal harus merencanakan dan melaksanakan pelatihan untuk meningkatkan Ekspektasi Kinerja, Ekspektasi Usaha, dan Pengaruh Sosial, serta memastikan bahwa infrastruktur organisasi telah mendukung penggunaan aplikasi CCH TeamMate.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to know the factors that influence the behavior of CCH TeamMate application using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology model so that it can give input to the management to improve the utilization of CCH TeamMate application in Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Finance. This research method uses multiple linear analysis to know the influence of factor of Expectation of Performance, Business Expectation, and Social Influence to Interest of Utilization and also influence of Condition Condition Facilitating and Interest Utilization to Behavior of Use.In this research, it is known that the factor of Performance Expectation, Business Expectation, and Social Influence gives significant influence to the Interest of Utilization as well as the Facilitation and Interest Conditions. Utilization also gives significant influence to the Behavior of Use. Therefore the Inspectorate General should plan and implement training to improve the Performance Expectations, Business Expectations, and Social Effects, and ensure that the organizational infrastructure supports the use of the TeamMate CCH application."
