"Kecepatan akses dalam membuka sebuah halaman web salah satunya disebabkan oleh adanya faktor jarak antara komputer pengguna dengan server penyedia layanan. Semakin jauh jarak tempuh paket data, maka kemampuan untuk membuka sebuah halaman web akan memakan waktu yang lebih lama. Dengan adanya pembagian blok IP Address berdasarkan lokasi negara yang diatur oleh APNIC ((Asia Pacific Network Information Centre), ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) dan RIPE NCC (Reseaux IP Europeens Network Coordination Centre), maka dapat dibuat suatu mekanisme untuk meminimalisasi jarak tempuh, yaitu dengan membuat mirror server di beberapa lokasi negara dan mengarahkan pengguna ke lokasi mirror server terdekat berdasarkan hasil deteksi lokasi negara blok IP Address komputer pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pemanfaatan DNS server yang di integrasikan dengan Maxmind?s GeoIP Database. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan Maxmind?s GeoIP Database yang di integrasikan dengan DNS server ( Bind.9.x.x ) dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode untuk mengurangi internet delay khususnya yang disebabkan oleh jarak antara komputer pengguna dengan server penyedia layanan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil percobaan terhadap round trip time dan download time.

The speed of access in opening a webpage is, on of them, caused by the distance between the end user and the server provider. The farther the traveled distance is the longer the time to open the webpage is. With the division of block IP Address based on the location of the country managed by APNIC ((Asia Pacific Network Information Centre), ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers) and RIPE NCC (Reseaux IP Europeens Network Coordination Centre), we can make the mechanism to minimize the traveled distance, by making mirror server in some countries and directing the end user to the location of nearest mirror server based on the detection result of the user?s IP Address end user. This research has the purpose to analyze the use of DNS Server integrated with Maxmind?s GeoIP Database. The result from the research shows that the use of Maxmind?s GeoIP Database integrated with DNS Server (Bind 9.x.x) can be used as one of the methods to reduce internet delay, especially caused by the traveled distance between the end user and server provider. This is proven by the result of the research towards round trip time and download time."

Karakteristik masyarakat perkotaan seperti gaya hidup yang tidak sehat, pola makan yang tidak sehat, kurangnya aktivitas menimbulkan masalah kesehatan seperti Stroke. Hemiparesis ekstremitas jangka panjang yang terjadi pada orang dewasa umumnya di sebabkan oleh stroke dengan konsekuensi kelumpuhan ekstremitas atas paling banyak ditemukan, Hemiparesis yang dialami pasien dengan stroke membatasi dalam pergerakan aktivitas sehari-hari juga menjadi hambatan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu pencegahan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Tujuan dari case report ini yaitu memberikan gambaran pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan keluarga dengan paska stroke, memberikan gambaran analisis intervensi keperawatan sesuai dengan konsep dan penelitian terkait. Intervensi keperawatan lebih difokuskan pada rehabilitasi ekstremitas yang mengalami hemiparesis dengan tujuan membantu pasien dalam mempelajari kembali kemampuan motorik dan sensorik yang hilang akibat dari stroke dan kemampuan keluarga merawat anggota secara mandiri. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa keluarga mengalami perubahan pengetahuan mengenai stroke serta cara merawat anggota keluarga dengan hemiparesis. Selain itu hasil dari latihan mirror therapy didapat adanya peningkatan nilai dari pengukuran menggunakan Fugl Meyer Score sebesar 4 poin. Untuk lebih mengoptimalkankan hasil dari latihan dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara yakni, menambah porsi dan durasi latihan, memberikan latihan selingan seperti rentang gerak sendi, serta mengoptimalkan dukungan dari lingkungan sekitar

Characteristics of urban societies such as unhealthy lifestyles, unhealthy eating patterns, lack of activity cause health problems such as stroke. Long-term extremity hemiparesis that occurs in adults is generally caused by stroke with the most common consequences of upper limb paralysis, Hemiparesis experienced by patients with strokes restricts the movement of daily activities as well as an obstacle in community life. Therefore prevention is needed to overcome this problem. The purpose of this case report is to provide an overview of the implementation of family nursing care with post-stroke, giving an overview of the analysis of nursing interventions in accordance with the concepts and related research. Nursing interventions are more focused on limb rehabilitation that experiences hemiparesis with the aim of helping patients to re-learn the motor and sensory abilities lost due to stroke and the ability of families to care for members independently. The results obtained that the family experienced changes in knowledge about stroke and how to care for family members with hemiparesis. Besides the results of mirror therapy exercises, there was an increase in the value of the measurements using the Fugl Meyer Score of 4 points. To further optimize the results of the exercise can be done in several ways, namely, increasing the portion and duration of the exercise, providing interlude exercises such as joint motion range, and optimizing support from the surrounding environment

"Krisis kemanusiaan yang terjadi pada Rohingya adalah suatu bentuk pengabaian HAM dikarenakan penegakan kedaulatan. Kedaulatan dijadikan alasan untuk menunda HAM terutama terhadap kasus Rohingya, padahal HAM ialah suatu bentuk kesegeraan. Kegentingan isu Refugee selalu berbenturan dengan kedaulatan. HAM akan selalu terancam jika kedaulatan terus menjadi prioritas. Formalitas dasar negara dapat mengusik hak asasi manusia. Penghilangan hak atas Rohingya adalah hasil campur tangan kedaulatan. Metode fenomenologi Arendtian digunakan untuk dapat menganalisis krisis HAM yang menimpa Refugee. Rohingya tercabut hak asasi manusianya karena keluar dari komunitas atau negara. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pemikiran Kwame Appiah untuk menjelaskan konsep rekognisi Etnis. Rohingya sebagai solusi dan rekomendasi dari kelanjutan teori Arendt. Multikulturalisme Appiah yang merupakan penerimaan akan hak orang asing, berguna untuk menerima perbedaan. Artikel ini adalah kritik terhadap kendurnya jaminan hak asasi warga negara. Dipertentangkanya HAM dengan kedaulatan menyebabkan prevalensi pelanggaran terhadap HAM tersebut.

Sovereignty was used as an excuse to delay human rights, especially in the Rohingya case, even though human rights were a form of immediacy. The issue of Refugee always clashes with sovereignty. Human rights will always be threatened if sovereignty continues to be a priority. Basic state formalities can interfere with human rights. The removal of rights to the Rohingya is the result of interference from sovereignty. The Arendtian phenomenology method is used to be able to analyze the human rights crisis that befell Refugee. Rohingyas human rights are deprived of being out of the community or country. This study also uses Kwame Appiahs thoughts to explain the concept of Ethnic recognition. Rohingya as a solution and recommendation from the continuation of Arendts theory. Appiah multiculturalism, which is the acceptance of the rights of foreigners, is useful for accepting differences. This article is a criticism of the slackness in guaranteeing the rights of citizens. The opposition of human rights to sovereignty caused the prevalence of violations against human rights."

"Kondisi kerja dari cetakan plastik menuntut ketahanan terhadap berbagai faktor eksternal yang kompleks. Kegagalan yang sering dihadapi adalah keausan permukaan, deformasi struktural, bahkan fraktur pada bagian tertentu. Cacat material yang umum terjadi pada proses pembuatan cetakan plastik adalah orange peel, yang merupakan cacat yang menghasilkan pola permukaan yang terlihat seperti kulit jeruk dengan lembah-lembah dan bukit-bukit yang acak menutupi sebagian besar permukaan. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan meliputi machining, preparasi sampel, perlakuan panas, karakterisasi sampel, dan pemolesan. Karakterisasi sampel meliputi uji komposisi, uji kekerasan, metallografi, dan uji kekasaran sebelum dan setelah perlakuan panas. Proses perlakuan panas merupakan suatu proses yang digunakan untuk mengubah sifat fisik dan mekanik dari suatu material, biasanya logam dan paduannya, dengan cara memanaskannya secara terkontrol kemudian mendinginkannya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, diperoleh nilai akhir Ra sebesar 0.02µm untuk permukaan yang telah dipoles. A common material defect in the plastic mold manufacturing process is orange peel, which is a defect that produces a surface pattern that looks like an orange peel with random valleys and hills covering most of the surface. The research methods include machining, sample preparation, heat treatment, sample characterization, and polishing. Sample characterization includes composition test, hardness test, metallography, and roughness test before and after heat treatment. The heat treatment process is a process used to change the physical and mechanical properties of a material, usually metals and their alloys, by heating it in a controlled manner and then cooling it. Based on the test results, the final Ra value of 0.02µm was obtained for the polished surface. This value indicates that the surface roughness has been significantly improved, reaching a very high level of smoothness as it meets the criteria for achieving a mirror finish. The 420 ESR material meets the standard for making speedometer molds because the carbon content is 0.382wt%. The heat treatment process successfully produced a hardness of 56.6 HRC with a tensile strength that reached the range of 2070-2105 N/mm2."

"Hambatan mobilitas fisik menyebabkan lansia mengalami keterbatasan dalam melakukan aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari yang mengakibatkan pada penurunan kualitas hidup. Penulis memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada Nenek S yang berusia 63 tahun dengan diagnosis keperawatan utama hambatan mobilitas fisik. Intervensi keperawatan utama yang diberikan adalah latihan range of motion (ROM) yang dikombinasikan dengan mirror therapy. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran penerapan ROM dengan mirror therapy pada klien lansia post-stroke yang mengalami hemiparese. Metode yang digunakan adalah case report. Intervensi diberikan dua kali dalam sehari selama 14 hari dengan durasi 10—15 menit. Hasil dari ROM dengan mirror therapy menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kekuatan otot satu skala pada ekstremitas kanan atas dan bawah yang mengalami hemiparese. Adanya hasil tersebut diharapkan latihan range of motion dengan mirror therapy dapat diterapkan pada asuhan keperawatan sebagai terapi alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot dan rentang pergerakan sendi lansia terutama pada lansia post-stroke. ......Impaired physical mobility causes the elderly to experience limitations in carrying out activities of daily living which results in a decrease in quality of life. The author provides nursing care to 63-year-old Grandma S with the main nursing diagnosis of impaired physical mobility. The main nursing interventions provided were range of motion (ROM) exercises combined with mirror therapy. This scientific work aims to provide an overview of the application of ROM and mirror therapy in post-stroke elderly clients who experience hemiparese. The method used is a case report. The intervention was given twice a day for 14 days with a duration of 10-15 minutes. The results of ROM with mirror therapy showed an increase in one-scale muscle strength in the right upper and lower extremities experiencing hemiparesis. It is hoped that range of motion exercises with mirror therapy can be applied to nursing care as an alternative therapy that can be used to increase muscle strength and range of movement of elderly joints, especially in post-stroke elderly."
