"Sistem peradilan elektronik dengan E-Court diterapkan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia (MA RI) untuk meningkatkan penyelesaian perkara perdata. Pada tahap awal di tahun 2019, E-Court diterapkan pada pengadilan percontohan, termasuk di 6 pengadilan negeri. Dalam tahap uji coba diamati hasil E-Court belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan untuk menangani perkara, peningkatan penyelesaian perkara dan penggunaan aplikasi oleh advokat. Pada tahun 2020, E-Court diterapkan secara wajib ke seluruh pengadilan di Indonesia, termasuk di 382 pengadilan negeri. Adanya ketidaksesuaian (gap) harapan dengan hasil sistem peradilan dengan E-Court pada tahap uji coba menyebabkan perlunya sebuah evaluasi terhadap E-Court setelah sistem ini diterapkan ke seluruh pengadilan. Pada penelitian ini, evaluasi dilakukan dengan survei ke para pengguna E-Court dari kalangan hakim, panitera, dan advokat, berdasarkan kerangka Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Delone-McLean, yang terdiri dari kualitas sistem (system quality), kualitas informasi (information quality), kualitas layanan (service quality), kepuasan pengguna (user satisfication), dan manfaat (net benefit) serta ditambahkan variabel tambahan nilai keadilan (E-Justice value). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan setelah penerapan ke seluruh pengadilan, para pengguna menilai bahwa penerapan E-Court berhasil mengurangi biaya perkara, serta memudahkan akses pada proses peradilan dan data perkara, namun, belum sepenuhnya meningkatkan produktivitas penanganan perkara dan produktivitas aparat pengadilan. Variabel persepsi kesuksesan E-Justice value dan net benefit memiliki pengaruh signifikan satu sama lain, serta variabel information quality memiliki perngaruh signifikan pada E-Justice value. Selain itu juga diamati bahwa advokat memiliki persepsi kesuksesan E-Court yang lebih rendah dari para aparat peradilan.

Electronic court system using E-Court application is implemented by the Supreme Court of Indonesia (MA RI) to improve civil cases processing. For the first stage, in 2019 several courts were selected as pilot project, including district courts in 6 regions. During this trial period, it was observed that E-Court usage was less than optimal in case handling, case completion and usage by advocates. In 2020, the system is mandated to be used in all courts in Indonesia, including 382 district courts. The presence of gap between target and result during trial period created a necessity for an evaluation of E-Court after the system is implemented nationally. In this research, evaluation is done by using survey to gather perception of success among judges, registrars and advocates as users of the E-Court system, according to DeLone-McLean Information System success model, that consists of the following categories: system quality, information quality, service quality, user satisfaction, net benefit, with the addition of value gained by using electronic court system (E-Justice value). According to the result of this research, it is found that users perceive E-Court as successful in lowering litigation cost, improving access to judicial process and case information, yet not entirely successful in improving case handling and increasing court productivity. Variables of success perception in E-Justice value and net benefit are found to highly correlate with each other, while information quality is found to highly influence E-Justice value success perception. Furthermore, advocates have lower perception of E-Court’s success compared to court officials."

"Pusat Teknologi dan data Penginderaan Jauh (Pustekdata) BRIN memiliki tantangan dalam pemenuhan seluruh kebutuhan Kementerian/Lembaga, TNI, POLRI, dan Pemerintah Daerah dan menuntut jaminan kontinuitas data penginderaan jauh. SPACeMAP merupakan sistem informasi geografis yang dikembangkan Pustekdata untuk menjawab tantangan dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna. Dalam praktiknya didapatkan kendala berupa keterlambatan publikasi data, kelengkapan data, dan pengguna aplikasi yang masih sedikit berdasarkan log activity sistem. kendala tersebut jika tidak diantisipasi, akan berakibat terhadap tidak adanya pengguna yang menggunakan SPACeMAP dan sangat berpengaruh bagi keberhasilan sistem informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan SPACeMAP dan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan kedepannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone & Mclean dan modifikasi penambahan variabel non teknis. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan antara lain information quality, system quality, service quality, top management support, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction dan net benefit to organization. Hasil dari pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui kuesioner online selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis dengan teknik PLS-SEM menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 2.9. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa dari 11 hipotesis yang diajukan, 8 hipotesis diterima dan 3 hipotesis ditolak. Faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kesuksesan sistem informasi SPACeMAP adalah information quality, system quality, top management support, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction dan net benefit to organization. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan rekomendasi bagi organisasi untuk perbaikan kedepannya yang divalidasi oleh top management di Pustekdata.

Remote Sensing Technology and Data Center BRIN has challenges in meeting all the needs of Ministries/Agencies, TNI, POLRI, and Local Governments and demands assurance of continuity of remote sensing data. SPACeMAP is a geographic information system developed by Pustekdata to answer the challenges of meeting user needs. In practice, there are obstacles in the form of delays in data publication, completeness of data, and few application users based on system activity logs. If these obstacles are not anticipated, it will result in the users does not use the SPACeMAP and will greatly affect the success of the information system. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the success of SPACeMAP and recommendations for future improvements. This study uses the Delone & Mclean information system success model and modification of the addition of non-technical variables. The variables include information quality, system quality, service quality, top management support, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and net benefits to organization. The results of data collection conducted through online questionnaires were then processed and analyzed using the PLS-SEM technique using the SmartPLS software version 2.9. The results of the analysis show that of the 11 hypotheses proposed, 8 hypotheses are accepted and 3 hypotheses are rejected. The factors that influence the success of the SPACeMAP information system are information quality, system quality, top management support, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction and net benefits to the organization. This research also produces recommendations for organizations for future improvements which are validated by top management at Pustekdata."

"[ABSTRAK
E-government merupakan penggunaan teknologi yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan akses dan penyampaian layanan yang bermanfaat kepada masyarakat, rekan bisnis dan pegawainya. E-Audit adalah salah satu bentuk e- government yang digunakan BPK RI untuk membantu dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan keuangan negara. Dalam pelaksanaannya, pemeriksa BPK RI belum seluruhnya menggunakan sistem e-Audit tersebut.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pemeriksa BPK dalam menggunakan Sistem Informasi e-Audit. Model dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) yang dikombinasikan dengan Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi DeLone & McLean, dimensi individu dari Technology Readiness Index (TRI) serta variabel dukungan manajemen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 231 pegawai pemeriksa Kementerian dan Lembaga BPK RI, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 185 responden. Data yang terkumpul tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan teknik Partial Least Squares pada Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM).
Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dua variabel pada teori TAM yaitu manfaat dan kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap minat pemeriksa dalam menggunakan e-Audit. Selain itu terdapat faktor lain yang berpengaruh adalah faktor kualitas sistem e-Audit, faktor kesesuaian e-Audit dalam proses pemeriksaan dan faktor individu ketidaknyamanan pemeriksa terhadap teknologi baru. Faktor-faktor tersebut yang perlu diperhatikan oleh pimpinan BPK RI dan tim pengembang agar e-Audit dapat dimanfaatkan oleh seluruh pemeriksa BPK RI.

ABSTRACT
E-government is the use of technology by the government to improve access and delivery of useful services to the people, business partners and employees. E- Audit is one example of e-government that is used in BPK to assist auditors in doing state financial examination. In practice, the BPK auditors have not fully use the e-Audit.
This study was conducted to determine the factors that affect the BPK auditors in using e-Audit Information System. The model used in the study were Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) combined with Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) model, the success model of information system by DeLone & McLean (DeLone&McLean), individual dimensions from Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and variabel management support. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 231 BPK ministries and agencies auditors, hence the valid sample obtained were 185 respondents. The collected data was processed using the Partial Least Squares technique in Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM)
The result of this study proved that the two variables in TAM theory which were the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, gave a positive effect on increasing the intention of BPK auditor to use e-Audit. In addition, there were other influencing factors which were the quality system of e-Audit, the compatibility of e-Audit in audit process, and the discomfort of auditors to new technology. These factors need to be notice by the BPK leaders and the development team in order that e-Audit could be used by all BPK Auditor.

Terdapat berbagai alasan pendorong customer berbelanja di e-commerce. Ulasan online konsumen mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap perilaku pembelian konsumen dan telah menjadi sumber informasi penting bagi konsumen, memengaruhi sekitar 20–50% keputusan pembelian online. Kondisi saat ini, E-commerce XYZ belum melakukan research atau investigasi lebih lanjut terkait faktor-faktor apa saja yang dapat membuat customer memberikan ulasan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi niat pelanggan memberikan ulasan online / electronic word of mouth (EWOM). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan product review rate, yang erat kaitannya dengan kepuasan pelanggan dan akan berpengaruh terhadap kenaikan add to cart rate. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode campuran, yaitu secara kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dan secara kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara. Dalam penelitian ini, beberapa kerangka model yang dipilih berdasarkan analisis faktor dan adopsi dari studi-studi sebelumnya yaitu model kesuksesan sistem informasi dari DeLone &McLean yang mengintegrasikan teori kualitas e-service, serta teori determinasi diri dan social influence yang diadopsi dari teori UTAUT. Kuesioner disebar secara online melalui google form. Pengolahan analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan tools SmartPLS v.4. Hasil dari penelitian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa e-service quality, attitude & customer satisfaction memengaruhi niat pelanggan memberikan ulasan online secara positif. Hipotesis bahwa delivery condition memengaruhi e-service quality secara positif, ditolak. Kemudian dilakukan wawancara dan analisis tematik untuk eksplorasi masalah dan pemberian rekomendasi yang difokuskan kepada hasil hipotesis yang diterima.

The digital economy in Indonesia is growing rapidly. The number of Electronic Commerce (e-commerce) users in Indonesia is also projected to continuously increase. There are various motivating reasons for customers to shop on e-commerce platforms. Online consumer reviews have a significant influence on consumer buying behavior and have become a crucial source of information for consumers, affecting about 20–50% of online purchase decisions. Currently, E-commerce XYZ has not conducted further research or investigation into the factors that can prompt customers to leave reviews. The purpose of this study is to analyze several factors that influence customers' intentions to provide online reviews, or electronic word of mouth (EWOM). This research is expected to provide insights to enhance the product review rate, which is closely related to customer satisfaction and is likely to impact the increase in the add-to-cart rate. The research was conducted using mixed methods, namely quantitatively by distributing online questionnaires and qualitatively by conducting interviews. In this study, selected frameworks are based on factor analysis and adoption from previous studies, including the DeLone & McLean information system success model that integrates the theory of e-service quality, as well as self-determination theory and social influence adopted from the UTAUT theory. Questionnaires were distributed online via Google Forms. The statistical analysis method used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS v.4 tools. The findings of the study conclude that e-service quality, attitude, and customer satisfaction positively influence the customers' intention to provide online reviews. The hypothesis that delivery condition positively affects e-service quality was rejected. Subsequently, interviews and thematic analysis were conducted to explore issues and provide recommendations focused on the accepted hypothesis results."
