Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran deskriptif mengenai penerapan salah satu etos kerja manusia Jepang yaitu monozukuri pada perusahaan Jepang di Indonesia, terutama dalam penelitian ini adalah pada PT. Kanefusa Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalam menerapkan monozukuri di dalam perusahaan yang memiliki dampak terhadap elemen sumber daya manusia dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai etos kerja perusahaan dan berdampak pada efisiensi produk berupa penggunaan material produk serta hasil potongan dari pisau pada material potong dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. untuk penerapan monozukuri pada PT. Kanefusa Indonesia dibutuhkan etos kerja lainnya yaitu hitozukuri yang merupakan bagian dari etos kerja monozukuri. Dengan hal tersebut, PT. Kanefusa dapat meningkatkan produksi pisau sekala industri dari sisi kuantitas dan kualitas yang unggul dibandingkan perusahaan-perusahaan pisau lainnya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to provide a descriptive overview of the application of one of Japan 39 s work ethic monozukuri at Japanese companies in Indonesia, especially in this research is PT. Kanefusa Indonesia. The results of this study are in applying monozukuri in companies that have an impact on the elements of human resources in the values of work ethic enterprise and impact on the efficiency of the product in the form of use of the product material and the results of the pieces of the blade on the material cut from the products produced by the company , for the application of monozukuri at PT. Kanefusa Indonesia needed more work ethic that is hitozukuri which is part of the work ethic monozukuri. With this, PT. Kanefusa can increase industrial scale blade production in terms of quantity and quality superior to other firms knife.

Abstrak :
Universitas Indonesia akan mengikuti kompetisi yang diadakan oleh Student Formula Japan yaitu rdquo;Monozukuri Design Competition rdquo; pada September 2018 di Shizuoka, Jepang. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mendesain rangka kendaraan Formula Student seringan, dan sekuat mungkin. Desain yang dibuat akan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan rules pada setiap acara perlombaan. Desain pada skripsi ini akan diimplementasikan pada kendaraan yang akan dibangun dan dilombakan oleh tim yang akan mengikuti kompetisi ini. Pembuatan dan simulasi desain dilakukan dengan menggunakan autodesk inventor 2017. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan fitur stress analysis dan frame analysis dari inventor. Hasil penelitian yang didapat massa rangka total beserta beberapa bagian mounting adalah 48,367 kg dengan kekakuan torsional pada kendaraan sebesar 5.219,07 Nm/derajat serta pergeseran maksimal dari semua simulasi berada dibawah 25 mm. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa desain rangka sesuai dengan peraturan perlombaan. ...... Universitas Indonesia will participate in a competition held by the Japanese Student Formula Monozukuri Design Competition in September 2018 in Shizuoka, Japan. The purpose of this thesis is to design the chassis of Student Formula vehicle as light, and as rigid as possible. The design will fit the needs and rules of each race event. The design of this thesis will be implemented on the vehicle that will be built and contested by the Team in the competition. Autodesk Inventor 2017 is used to design and simulate the design. This research uses stress analysis and frame analysis from inventor. The results showed that the total chassis masses with some parts of installation are 48.367 kg with torsional. stiffness in the vehicle of 5,219.07 Nm degree and maximum deflection of all simulations are below 25 mm. These results indicate that the design complies with the rules of the race.
