"ABSTRAKMakalah ini yang dijuluki sebagai editorial opini (op-ed) dari Corry Elyda (2015), membahas proyek National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) dan beberapa alasan untuk mendukung investasi ini dan menantang pembangunannya proyek ini, terutama dalam segi lingkungan. Dengan maksud mencari tahu implikasi akhir dari proyek ini, beberapa sumber telah diambil untuk menemukan keputusan akhir. Dan hasilnya sangat sesuai dengan editorial Elyda tetapi dengan lebih banyak mengambilnya.

ABSTRACTThis paper dubbed an opinion editorial (op-ed), looks over the National Capital Integrated Coastal Development (NCICD) project through the eyes of those who had backed up this investment as well as those who are opposed to this solely based on the environmental perspective of Corry Elyda (2015). With the intention of finding out the final implications of this project, sources from various areas has been taken to find its final verdict. And its results comply deeply with Elyda s editorial but with more takes on it."
