"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas bagaimana proses keberhasilan yang diraih di dalam implementasi proyek REDD yang dilaksanakan di kawasan Rinjani, Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Keberhasilan yang dimaksudkan adalah tercapainya target-target yang diinginkan oleh kedua belah pihak, baik Indonesia maupun Korea Selatan, serta adanya dampak positif yang dihasilkan dalam proyek ini. Implementasi REDD megacu kepada multi-level governance yang mengharuskan terjalinnya multiple linkage dari level nasional ke sub-nasional hingga lokal. Selain itu di dalamnya juga diharuskan adanya integritas yang terjalin antar aktor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan keberhasilan terletak dari kemampuan pihak pelaksana melibatkan tidak hanya pemerintah tetapi seluruh aktor yang ada di dalam pelaksanaan REDD tersebut.

ABSTRACTThis thesis explains how the process of success achieved in the implementation of REDD in Rinjani, Lombok West Nusa Tenggara from 2009 2014. The intend success is the achieved targets that desired by the both parties, Indonesia and South Korea, as well as the positive impacts that happened because of the project. The implementation of REDD refers to multi level governance that required multiple linkage from national levels to sub national to local levels. Other than that in that multi level governance also required the integrity that existed between actors. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive design. The results of this study found success lies in the ability of the implementing parties to involve not only the government but all actors in the implementation of REDD."

"AbstrakThis research aims to understand the reasons behind Indonesia trade with Argentina in the period 2008-2013. The formulation of the problem in this research is the Why Indonesia keep doing trade with Argentina in the years 2008 to 2013 but the balance of trade deficit?. Through the frame of economic nationalism, the research found that in line with the value of a strong political history between the two, Indonesia had the interests of market access (trade policy) and strengthening of the domestic industry (industrial policy). Market access in this case related interests of Indonesia who made Argentina as a hub in the region of South America. But in terms of strengthening the domestic industry, not apart from the strengthening of the ranching industry needs through imports of animal feed from Argentina."
