Abstrak :
Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari tahap adaptasi awal alat tes Luria-Nebraska Neuropsychological Battery (LNNB). Langkah adaptasi mengacu pada panduan adaptasi lintaskultur yang dipublikasikan oleh Intemational Test Comission (ITC). Penelitian ini melanjutkan tahap adaptasi yang sudah dilalui terhadap LNNB Form I berupa penetjemahan forward dan backward. LNNB Form I Versi Terjemahan ini belum pemah diujioobakan pada kclompok sampel yang menjadi target populasi. Penelitian ini mengujioobakan administrasi LNNB Fomt I Versi Terjemahan tersebut pada 10 individu yang termasuk dalam kelompok Dewasa Madya. Proses dan kendala yang ditemui dalam administrasi dicatat dan diinventarisasi sebagai dasar untuk melakukan tahapan adaptasi selanjutnya dari LNNB Form I Versi Terjemahan. .Ienis penelitian adalah penelitian exploratory dengan desain deskriptifl Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LNNB Form 1 Versi Texjemahan dapat digunakan pada kelompok dev/asa madya di Indonesia, namun masih perlu dilakukan penyesuaian terhadap beberapa konten item yang masih terikat kultur Barat., dan penyesuaian dalam penyampaian instruksi pada beberapa item. Administrasi LNNB dapat dilakukan dengan baik apabila menggunakan format lembar rekam respon yang efektif serta diadministrasikan dalam kondisi pengetcsan yang terkontrol.
