"Perencanaan, pengadaan dan pengendalian obat adalah hal penting dalam pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit khususnya di era Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Pengendalian persediaan obat yang efektif menjadi prioritas pihak manajemen rumah sakit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas fungsi pengendalian persediaan obat dengan metode ABC Indeks Kritis terhadap obat formularium di rumah sakit Dr. Mintoharjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data potong lintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel input pada penerapan formularium belum optimal, kepatuhan dokter dalam peresepan belum mencapai 100%, faktor anggaran yang terbatas mendorong upaya efisiensi, serta belum berjalannya sistem informasi rumah sakit (SIMRS) menambah kendala pada proses pengendalian obat. Variabel proses menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan obat dan perencanaan pengadaan belum berjalan dengan baik. Variabel output menunjukkan setelah dilakukan analisa ABC Indeks kritis pada sampel sejumlah 108 item obat yang merupakan gabungan kelompok A nilai pakai dan nilai investasi ditemukan bahwa pada persediaan obat menurut formularium rumah sakit adalah kelompok A 29 item (26,85%), kelompok B 78 item (72,22%) dan kelompok C 1 item (0,93%). Penghitungan EOQ, SS dan ROP sebagai metode pengendalian persediaan obat merupakan usaha dalam menjaga jumlah stok yang efisien. Dengan demikian dapat diketahui jumlah ekonomis yang akan dipesan, berapa stok aman selama masa tunggu dan kapan harus dipesan kembali dapat diketahui pada proses pengadaannya.

Planning, procurement and management of drugs are key aspects in the pharmacy service in Dr. Mintoharjo Naval Hospital, especially so in the era of Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Effective management of drug inventory is a priority for the hospital. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness function of drug inventory control for Dr Mintoharjo hospital using the ABC Critical Index method. This qualitative research is using a cross sectional data. The results of the research reveal that the input variables in the hospital formulary application is not optimal, the doctor's compliance in prescribing has not reached 100%, limited budget requires efficiency, and the inoperative of hospital management information system caused further obstacles for drug control. Process variables indicate the ineffective process of drug planning and procurement planning. With the analysis of ABC critical index on the sample of 108 items of drugs comprised of group A use value and investment value, the results indicate stock of Forsal MTH A group is 29 items (26.85%), group B is 78 items (72, 22%) and group C is 1 item (0.93%). EOQ, SS and ROP calculations are methods of controlling Forsal MTH drug inventory in an attempt to maintain an efficient amount of stock, giving suggestions of the optimal order amount, necessary safe stock for the waiting period, and reordering time in the process of procurement."

"Apotek online BPJS merupakan layanan terbaru dari BPJS untuk membantu masyarakat peserta BPJS dalam mendapatkan obat-obatan secara mudah. Unit Farmasi Rawat Jalan RSUI dalam melakukan klaim obat kronis pasien BPJS dengan pemberian selama 7 hari menjadi satu paket pembayaran INA CBG dan untuk 23 hari dibayarkan dengan tarif apotek online BPJS. Proses pengadaan obat Formularium Nasional yang dilakukan oleh RSUI tidak selalu mendapatkan harga beli yang lebih murah atau sama dengan tarif apotek online BPJS. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan perbandingan harga pembelian obat Formularium Nasional RSUI dengan harga obat Apotek online BPJS pasien rawat jalan periode Mei- Juni 2023 sehingga dengan data ini RSUI dapat meminimalisir kerugian dari harga beli obat yang terlalu mahal dibandingan dengan tarif apotek online BPJS. Tugas khusus ini menggunakan metode deskriptif observasional dengan metode pengumpulan data retrospektif menggunakan data sekunder yang di dapat dari sistem informasi rumah sakit dan juga dari aplikasi apotek online. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data perbandingan harga beli RSUI dengan harga apotek online yang dilakukan, didapatkan obat kategori lebih mahal mendapat persentase tertinggi yaitu sebesar 77%, kemudian obat kategori sama 15 % dan lebih murah 8%. Ini dapat menggambarkan bahwa mayoritas obat Formularium Nasional di RSUI memiliki harga beli yang mahal dibandingkan dengan tarif klaim dari apotek online BPJS. Hal ini dapat mengakibatkan kerugian kepada pihak rumah sakit. Sehingga perlu dilakukannya perbaikan harga beli obat Formularium Nasional oleh RSUI.

BPJS online pharmacy is the latest service from BPJS to assist BPJS participants in obtaining medicines easily. RSUI Outpatient Pharmacy Unit in claiming chronic drugs for BPJS patients with 7 days of administration into one INA CBG payment package and for 23 days paid at the BPJS online pharmacy rate. The National Formulary drug procurement process carried out by RSUI does not always get a purchase price that is cheaper or the same as the BPJS online pharmacy rate. For this reason, it is necessary to compare the purchase price of RSUI National Formulary drugs with the price of BPJS online pharmacy drugs for outpatients for the May-June 2023 period so that with this data RSUI can minimize losses from buying drugs that are too expensive compared to BPJS online pharmacy rates. This special assignment uses descriptive observational methods with retrospective data collection methods using secondary data obtained from hospital information systems and also from online pharmacy applications. Based on the results of data analysis of the comparison of RSUI purchase prices with online pharmacy prices carried out, it was found that the more expensive category of drugs got the highest percentage of 77%, then the same category of drugs 15% and cheaper 8%. This can illustrate that the majority of National Formulary drugs at RSUI have expensive purchase prices compared to the claim rates from BPJS online pharmacies. This can result in losses to the hospital. So it is necessary to improve the purchase price of National Formulary drugs by RSUI."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat menunjang pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu karena sifatnya yang langsung bertanggung jawab kepada pasien. Salah satu pelayanan kefarmasian yang penting di puskesmas yaitu pelayanan resep. Peresepan yang baik dapat meningkatkan penggunaan obat secara rasional sehingga pasien menerima obat sesuai dengan indikasi klinis, dalam dosis yang tepat, untuk jangka waktu yang cukup, serta dengan biaya yang rendah. Untuk itu, diperlukan suatu daftar (formularium) dari obat yang harus tersedia dalam fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Formularium Nasional berfungsi sebagai acuan atau pedoman bagi penyedia layanan kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk menyediakan obat-obatan yang aman, berkhasiat, bermutu, dan terjangkau dalam jenis dan jumlah tertentu. Namun, pengelolaan obat yang tidak efisien dapat memberikan dampak negatif, baik secara medis maupun ekonomi. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya seleksi obat yang tepat melalui sistem formularium puskesmas untuk meningkatkan mutu terapi obat dan menurunkan kejadian efek samping obat. Analisis formularium nasional dilakukan dengan cara mendata obat-obat untuk dimasukkan ke formularium puskesmas lalu membandingkannya dengan Rencana Kebutuhan Obat (RKO) tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023. Daftar obat yang disusun sebagai formularium puskesmas didasarkan pada formularium nasional tahun 2021. Obat-obatan yang telah diseleksi dari formularium nasional lalu dibandingkan dengan RKO tahun 2022 dan tahun 2023. Dari hasil perbandingan, terdapat obat-obatan yang termasuk ke dalam RKO 2022 namun tidak termasuk dalam RKO 2023. Selain pelayanan resep, apoteker sebagai tenaga kesehatan di puskesmas memiliki tugas untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, salah satunya dengan memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada pengunjung puskesmas. Pemberian edukasi menggunakan alat bantu berupa leaflet dapat memudahkan peserta edukasi untuk memahami materi yang disampaikan. Pembuatan leaflet dilakukan dengan metode studi literatur, serta pelaksanaan edukasi kesehatan dilakukan dengan penyuluhan singkat serta penyebaran leaflet pada peserta penyuluhan. Pelaksanaan penyuluhan singkat menggunakan leaflet sebagai alat bantu sangat memudahkan materi sampai kepada peserta penyuluhan dan dipahami dengan baik.

Pharmaceutical services at Community Health Centers are one of the things that can support quality health services because they are directly responsible to patients. One of the important pharmaceutical services at community health centers is prescription services. Good drug prescribing can increase the rational use of drugs so that patients receive drugs according to clinical indications, in the right dose, for a sufficient period of time, and at a low cost. For this reason, a list (formulary) of drugs that must be available in first-level health facilities is needed. The National Formulary functions as a reference or guideline for health service providers whose aim is to provide safe, efficacious, quality and affordable medicines in certain types and quantities. However, inefficient drug management can have negative impacts, both medically and economically. Therefore, there is a need for appropriate drug selection through the health center formulary system to improve the quality of drug therapy and reduce the incidence of drug side effects. National formulary analysis is carried out by listing the drugs to be included in the health center formulary and then comparing it with the 2022 and 2023 Drug Needs Plans (RKO). The list of drugs compiled as a health center formulary is based on the 2021 national formulary. from the national formulary and then compared with the 2022 and 2023 RKO. From the comparison results, there are medicines that are included in the 2022 RKO but are not included in the 2023 RKO. Apart from prescription services, pharmacists as health workers at community health centers have the task of improving community welfare, one of which is by providing health education to health center visitors. Providing education using tools in the form of leaflets can make it easier for education participants to understand the material presented. Making leaflets was carried out using the literature study method, and the implementation of health education was carried out by providing short counseling and distributing leaflets to counseling participants. Carrying out short counseling using leaflets as a tool really makes it easier for the material to reach the counseling participants and be understood well.

"Kesesuaian peresepan obat dengan formularium puskesmas adalah faktor penting dalam memastikan kualitas pengobatan pasien dan penggunaan sumber daya kesehatan secara efektif. Namun, dapat terjadi ketidaksesuaian dalam peresepan obat dengan formularium yang dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas pengobatan dan pengelolaan sumber daya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memastikan seluruh peresepan obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas dilakukan sesuai berdasar pada formularium puskesmas. Laporan kesesuaian peresepan obat dengan Formularium Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas dianalisi dan diolah, lalu dibuat rencana tindak lanjutnya. Pengambilan jumlah sampel berasal dari data jumlah kunjungan resep pada bulan sebelumnya menggunakan metode Sample Size Calculator Survey monkey. Selanjutnya, dihitung persentase kesesuaian peresepan terhadap formularium puskesmas. Seluruh peresepan obat di Puskesmas Kecamatan Ciracas periode bulan Januari – April 2023 sudah sesuai formularium puskesmas dengan nilai persentase kesesuaiannya adalah 100%. Pengkajian dan peninjauan kesesuaian peresepan di puskesmas terhadap formularium diharapkan dapat dipertahankan agar obat yang diberikan sesuai dengan formularium puskesmas.

Conformity of drug prescriptions with the district health center formulary is an important factor in ensuring the quality of patient treatment and the effective use of health resources. However, there may be discrepancies in drug prescribing with the formulary which can affect the effectiveness of treatment and resource management. Therefore, this study aims to ensure that all drug prescriptions at the Ciracas District Health Center are carried out according to its formulary. Reports on the conformity of drug prescriptions with the Ciracas District Health Center Formulary were analyzed and processed, then a follow-up plan was made. Data collection for the number of samples came from the number of prescription visits in the previous month using the Sample Size Calculator Survey monkey method. Next, the percentage of conformity of prescriptions to the formulary was calculated. All drug prescriptions at the Ciracas District Health Center for the period January - April 2023 are in accordance with the puskesmas formulary with a percentage value of conformity of 100%. It is expected that it will be possible to maintain the suitability of prescriptions at the district healt center to the formulary so that the drugs given are in accordance with its formulary."
