"Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita dilakukan selama 7 minggu mulai dari tanggal 18 Januari 2016 sampai dengan tanggal 4 Maret 2016. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker sesuai dengan standar pelayanan farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit; dan memiliki gambaran tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktek kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang dilakukan selama Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker berjudul "Evaluasi Terhadap Resep Obat Kemoterapi yang Tidak Diracik oleh Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita Bulan Desember 2015 dan Januari 2016" bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi resep obat kemoterapi yang tidak diracik oleh Instalasi Farmasi Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita Bulan Desember 2015 dan Januari 2016.

Pharmacists Professional Practice at Harapan Kita Children and Mother Hospital conducted for 7 weeks starting from January 18th until March 4th, 2016. The goal of Pharmacists Professional Practice was the pharmacist able to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of a pharmacist in accordance with standard pharmacy services; had the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to carry out the practice of pharmacy in hospitals; and had an overview of the problems at the hospital pharmacy practice and learn the strategies and activities that can be done within the framework of the development of pharmacy practice in hospitals. While the specific tasks in the Pharmacists Professional Practice titled "Evaluation of Chemotherapy Drug Prescriptions Which Not Blended by Pharmacy Installation of Harapan Kita Children and Mother Hospital In December 2015 and January 2016" aims to evaluate the chemotherapy drug prescriptions which not blend by Pharmacy Installation of Harapan Kita Children and Mother Hospital In December 2015 and January 2016."

"6-Merkaptopurin 6-MP adalah obat kemoterapi golongan antimetabolit purin yang digunakan dalam terapi leukemia limfositik akut. 6-Merkaptopurin di dalam tubuh di metabolisme menjadi metabolit aktifnya. 6-Tioguanin nukeotida. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode optimum dan tervalidasi dalam menganalisis 6-Merkaptopurin dan 6-Tioguanin 6-TG secara simultan dalam sampel Dried Blood Spot menggunakan kromatografi cair kinerja ultra tinggi tandem spektrometri massa. Larutan kontrol kualitas dan kurva kalibrasi dibuat dengan menotolkan masing-masing sebanyak 40 L pada kertas CAMAG DBS dan dikeringkan selama 3 jam. Kertas DBS dipotong dengan diameter 8 mm dan diekstraksi menggunakan larutan metanol yang mengandung 5-fluorourasil 5-FU sebagai baku dalam. Analisa dilakukan dengan kolom Waters AcquityTM UPLC BEH Amide 1,7 m 2,1 x 100 mm dengan fase gerak berupa asam format 0,2 dalam air ndash; asam format 0,1 dalam asetonitril ndash; metanol dengan gradient elusi dan laju alir 0,2 mL/menit. Deteksi massa dilakukan dengan Waters Xevo TQD dengan Electrospray Ionization ESI positif untuk 6-MP dan 6-TG dan ESI negative untuk 5-FU pada mode Multiple Reaction Monitoring. Deteksi 6MP, 6-TG, 5-FU berturut-turut adalah 153,09 > 119,09; 168,09 > 107,06; 129,15 > 42,05. Metode ini linear dalam rentang 25 ndash; 1000 ng/mL untuk 6-MP dan 6-TG, nilai r berturut turut adalah ge; 0,996 dan ge; 0,995. Nilai diff dan koefisien variasi KV untuk akurasi dan presisi intra hari dan antar hari tidak lebih dari 15 dan tidak lebih dari 20 pada konsentrasi LLOQ. Metode ini memenuhi persyaratan validasi sesuai Guideline on bioanalytical Method Validation oleh European Medicines Agency tahun 2011.

6 Mercaptopurine 6 MP is a chemotherapeutic drug that belongs to a class of purine antagonist antimetabolite used for acute lymphocytic leukemia. 6 Mercaptopurine has to go through the metabolic pathway to become it rsquo s active metabolites 6 Thioguanin nucleotide. This study aimed to obtain an optimum and validated method for analyzing 6 Mercaptopurine and 6 Thioguanine 6 TG simultaneously in Dried Blood Spot samples using ultra high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The quality control and calibration curves solutions were made by respectively spot 40 L at DBS CAMAG paper and dried for 3 hours. DBS papers were cut with a diameter of 8 mm and extracted with methanol containing internal standard 5 fluorouracil 5 FU. Separation was performed with Waters AcquityTM UPLC BEH Amide column 1.7 m 2.1 x 100 mm with a mobile phase consists of 0.2 formic acid in water ndash 0.1 formic acid in acetonitrile ndash Methanol with gradient elution and flow rate 0.2 mL minute. Mass detection was done using Waters Xevo TQD with positive electrospray ionization ESI for 6 MP and 6 TG and negative ESI for 5 FU in Multiple Reaction Monitoring mode. Detection of 6 MP, 6 MMP, 5 FU respectively was 153,09 119,09 168,09 107,06 129,15 42,05. This method is linear with the range 25 1000 ng mL for 6 MP and 6 TG with consecutive r value is ge 0,996 and ge 0,995. Diff value and coefficient of variation CV for accuracy and precision of intra day and inter day are not more than 15 and not more than 20 at a concentration LLOQ. This method fulfilled the requirements of validation which refers to the European Medicines Agency guideline."

"ABSTRAKPemberian kemoterapi semakin meningkat sehingga perawat dituntut untuk memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pemberian kemoterapi karena hal tersebut sangat bersiko tinggi baik bagi perawat tersebut maupun lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain univariat deskriptif kuantitatif, sampel diambil di salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta dengan memberikan kuisioner kepada perawat di ruang perawatan dewasa dengan total perawat sebanyak 103 orang tetapi yang bersedia menjadi responden sebanyak 90 responden. Tingkat pengetahuan tentang kemoterapi rendah terdapat pada usia 20 ? 25 tahun sebanyak 23 responden (59%) juga pada responden dengan lama kerja lebih dari 10 tahun sebanyak 17 responden (50%) hal tersebut disebabkan karena sebagian besar perawat tidak pernah mendapatkan informasi maupun mengikuti pelatihan tentang kemoterapi. Pentingnya bagi perawat meningkatkan pengetahuannya terutama tentang kemoterapi karena selain dapat meminimalkan resiko akibat selama tindakan penanganan kemoterapi.

ABSTRAKAdministration chemotherapy treatments has a drastic increase, so that the need for nursing staff?s ability and knowledge in the field of chemotherapy administration because it is high risk not only for the nurse who the administer of chemotherapy but also for the environment. A study recently conducted in a Jakarta hospital which included a questionnaire for 103 nursing staff, to which 90 persons responded, showed that 23 nurses (59 %) with age 20 ? 25 years old and 17 nurses (50%) more than 10 years of practical work experience had very little knowledge about chemotherapy treatment and its dangers. One cause of this could be the lack of ongoing training measures within that hospital, giving rise to potential health hazards associated with chemotherapy to the practicing nurses."
