"LEMIGAS telah menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu SMM dan sistem manajemen lingkungan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja SMLK3, tetapi masih ditemukan adanya ketidaksesuaian yang berulang. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah pemahaman pegawai yang kurang dan implementasi SMM serta SMLK3 yang tidak terintegrasi dapat menimbulkan ketidaksesuaian padahal ketidaksesuaian dapat dikurangi dengan integrasi sistem manajemen mutu, lingkungan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja SMMLK3. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pemahaman pegawai mengenai SMM dan SMLK3, menganalisis implementasi SMM dan SMLK3, menganalisis hubungan antara pemahaman pegawai dengan implementasi SMM dan SMLK3, dan menyusun integrasi SMMLK3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman pegawai untuk SMM dan SMLK3 pada tingkat cukup hingga baik. Implementasi SMM berada pada tingkat cukup hingga baik, dan implementasi SMLK3 berada pada tingkat baik. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman pegawai dengan implementasi SMM dan SMLK3. Formulation of the research problem is the lack of employee's understanding and the unintegrated implementation of QMS and EHSMS which is resulting a non conformity, whereas can be reduced by Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management System QEHSMS Integration. The objectives of the research are analyze the employee's understanding about QMS and EHSMS, analyze the implementation of QMS and EHSMS, analyze the connection between the employee's understanding and the implementation of QMS and EHSMS, then construct the integration of QEHSMS. The results shows that the employee's understanding of the QMS and EHSMS is in the enough to good level. The implementation of QMS in the enough to good level, and the implementation of EHSMS in the good level. There is a significant connection between employee's understanding with the implementation of QMS and EHSMS. The integration of the QEHSMS is unable to compile the implementation of the QMS and the EHSMS comprehensively."

"Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hak pekerja untuk memperoleh perlindungan atas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) adalah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola dan mengendalikan keselamatan, atau adalah sistem manajemen yang khusus ditujukan untuk keselamatan. ISO 45001: 2018 memiliki manfaat bagi pekerja maupun perusahaan. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan pengelolaan dan penanganan limbah B3 yang memiliki risiko bahaya K3 yang tinggi. Maka, SMK3 ISO 45001:2018 sangat diperlukan untuk pengembangan berkelanjutan K3. Oleh karena itu dilakukan analisis Implementasi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PT XYZ berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana pemenuhan SMK3 di PT XYZ yang selanjutnya akan menjadi masukan untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan dan pengetahuan sudah sejauh mana PT XYZ dalam kesesuaian SMK3 berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018. Penelitian merupakan penelitian cross sectional dengan desain penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode studi perbandingan semi kuantitatif deskriptif yang kemudian hasilnya dianalisis secara univariat dengan skor penilaian pada skala 1 -5.Hasil dari analisis implementasi pelaksanaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berdasarkan ISO 45001:2018 adalah PT XYZ telah memenuhi persyaratan ISO 45001:2018, dengan 71% telah memahami pentingnya aktivitas dan menerapkan secara konsisten, 20% sudah menerapkan tetapi belum konsisten, dan sebanyak 9% sudah memilki dokumen tetapi belum melaksanakan atau sudah melaksanakan tetapi belum memiliki dokumen. Maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian diharapkan PT XYZ selalu dapat lakukan perbaikan yang berkelanjutan dalam penerapan SMK3 seperti pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan pelaksanaan tinjauan terhadap dokumen secara berkala.......Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is the right of workers to obtain protection for occupational safety and health. The Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3) is a system used to manage and control safety, or is a management system specifically aimed at safety. ISO 45001: 2018 has benefits for both workers and companies. PT XYZ is a B3 waste management and handling company that has a high OHS hazard risk. So, ISO 45001:2018 SMK3 is very necessary for the continuous development of K3. Therefore an analysis of the Implementation of Occupational Safety and Health at PT XYZ was carried out based on ISO 45001: 2018.The purpose of this research is to see the extent to which PT XYZ fulfills SMK3 which will then become input for continuous improvement and knowledge of the extent to which PT XYZ is in compliance with SMK3 based on ISO 45001:2018. This research was a cross-sectional study with a descriptive research design using a semi-quantitative descriptive comparative study method. The results were then analyzed univariately with an assessment score on a scale of 1 -5.The results of the analysis of the implementation of occupational safety and health implementation based on ISO 45001: 2018 are that PT XYZ has fulfilled the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018, with 71% having understood the importance of activities and implementing them consistently, 20% have implemented them but not consistently, and as many as 9% have have documents but have not implemented or have implemented but do not have documents. So based on the research results, it is expected that PT XYZ can always make continuous improvements in the implementation of SMK3 such as conducting training, and carrying out periodic reviews of documents."

"Kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia meningkat setiap tahunnya, oleh karena itu keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja penting untuk diterapkan. Penerapan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dapat dilakukan melalui sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja guna memberikan perlindungan bagi tenaga kerja dan mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja di tempat kerja. Penerapan sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan perlu dipastikan melalui audit sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja oleh lembaga audit yang salah satunya yaitu PT Sucofindo Persero. Pelaksanaan audit meningkat setiap tahunnya, namun tidak berkorelasi positif dengan menurunnya angka kecelakaan kerja. Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelaksanaan audit sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja oleh PT Sucofindo Persero.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan post-positivist dengan metode deskriptif berdasarkan acuan teoritis dari sebuah badan publik non departemen di Inggris yang bertanggung jawab untuk mendorong, mengatur, dan melaksanakan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, serta melakukan penelitian terkait risiko kerja yaitu Health Safety Executive. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dan data sekunder berupa studi kepustakaan yang kemudian dianalisis.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan audit sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh PT Sucofindo Persero sudah dijalankan dengan baik, namun masih terdapat perusahaan yang belum memenuhi kriteria aspek audit dari Health Safety Executive. Oleh karena itu, sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja belum dapat berjalan efektif. Lemahnya penegakan hukum menjadi salah satu penghambat dari efektivitas pelaksanaan audit sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang menyebabkan angka kecelakaan kerja cenderung masih tinggi.......Work accidents in Indonesia increases every year, therefore occupational health and safety is important. The implementation of occupational health and safety can be applied through a system in order to provide labors protection and prevent the occurrence of accidents in the workplace. The implementation of occupational health and safety management system needs to be ensured through audits by audit institutions, such as PT Sucofindo Persero. The implementation of audits increases each year, yet it is not correlated positively with the decrease number of work accidents.This thesis discusses the implementation of occupational health and safety management system audits by PT Sucofindo Persero. The research uses post positivist approach with descriptive method based on theoretical reference of a non departmental public institution in United Kingdom which is liable to encourage, organize, carry out occupational health and safety, then conducting researches related to the risk of work, namely Health Safety Executive. This research is conducted by collecting primary and secondary data through in depth interviews and literature studies, and then analyzed.The result shows that implementation of occupational health and safety management system audits by PT Sucofindo Persero had run well, but there are still lots of companies that did not fulfill the criteria of Health Safety Executive aspects. Therefore, occupational health and safety management system is not effective yet. The weak action of law enforcement become one of the barriers in occupational health and safety management system audits effectiveness thus the reason why accidents are still high."

"Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja SMK3 perlu diterapkan oleh setiap masing-masing perusahaan guna mencegah dan melindungi para pekerja dari potensi bahaya yang dapat menyebabkan kecelakaan kerja. Salah satu perusahaan konstruksi ternama di Indonesia yang menerapkan SMK3 adalah PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk. Pada penelitian ini lebih memfokuskan untuk meneliti penerapan SMK3 di Proyek Jalan Tol Becakayu. Proyek ini dipilih karena proyek ini telah menimbulkan tujuh korban dibandingkan proyek konstruksi lainnya. Teori yang digunakan sebagai operasionalisasi konsep pada penelitian ini adalah dari teori Mathis dan Jackson. Dalam penelitian skripsi ini digunakan pendekatan post positivist sebagai pendekatan penelitian dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan data primer yaitu wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa narasumber dan data sekunder yaitu studi kepustakaan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PT Waskita Karya Persero belum menerapkan SMK3 dengan baik, dimana terdapat beberapa subindikator yang belum terpenuhi, seperti kurangnya pengawasan dari safety patrol dan pelaksana lapangan untuk mengawasi pekerja secara optimal dan menyeluruh, pelatihan yang masih belum konsisten, masih kurangnya kedisiplinan dari pekerja dalam pemakaian APD dan pelanggaran lainnya. Dari kelalaian yang dilakukan oleh pekerja yang menjadi penyebab kecelakaan dapat terjadi.

Every organization is required to assure the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSMS . One of Indonesia 39 s leading construction companies that has been applying OHSMS is PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk.

This research focuses on the implementation of OHSMS in Becakayu Toll Road Project applied by PT Waskita Karya Persero Tbk. The research selected this project because the project has seven casualties, that are more compared to other construction projects. The theory used as the concept operationalization of Mathis and Jackson rsquo s theory.

The research uses post positivist approach as an approach with descriptive research type. It undertook data collection using primary data, i.e. interview with several resources and secondary data from literature study.

From the results of research, it can be concluded that PT Waskita Karya Persero has not implemented OHSMS well. There are still some unfulfilled subindicator, such as lack of supervision from safety patrol and field officers to supervise the workers optimally, training which still not consistent, lack of discipline from workers in the use of PPE and other violations. From negligence made by the worker who caused the accident may occur."

"Sektor konstruksi merupakan salah satu sektor yang strategis dan krusial dalam perkembangan ekonomi dan infrastruktur di Indonesia. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penerapan SMKK dalam proyek sangatlah penting, dimana rendahnya penerapan SMKK dapat berdampak pada peningkatan angka kecelakaan kerja di sektor kosntruksi. Rendahnya penerapan SMKK dapat berdampak pada penundaan pelaksanaan proyek, penambahan biaya proyek, rusaknya reputasi Perusahaan, dan berkurangnya produktivitas kerja. Pada penerapan SMKK, alat pelindung diri merupakan salah satu komponen krusial. Pada Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 8 Tahun 2023, pemerintah memerintahkan perhitungan biaya SMKK untuk setiap jenis pekerjaan pada proyek konstruksi. Namun, tidak tersedia metode perhitungan APD yang merupakan salah satu komponen biaya SMKK. In its implementation, the application of Occupational Health and Safety Management (SMKK) in projects is extremely important, where the low implementation of SMKK can impact the increase in workplace accidents in the construction sector. The low application of SMKK can result in project delays, increased project costs, damage to the company's reputation, and reduced work productivity. In the application of SMKK, personal protective equipment (PPE) is one of the crucial components. In Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Number 8 of 2023, the government mandated the calculation of SMKK costs for each type of work in construction projects. However, there is no available method for calculating PPE, which is one of the components of SMKK costs. Therefore, this research aims to formulate a method for calculating the required quantity of PPE in construction projects. In this study, the author focuses on formulating a method for calculating the quantity of PPE needed for full-body protection, including diving equipment, rubber safety shoes, toe cap shoes, full-body harness, life jackets, floaters, safety vests, safety belts, aprons, and fall protection."
