Abstrak :
[PT PZ Cussons adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri kebutuhan balita, yang memproduksi perawatan kulit untuk balita. Masalah yang dihadapi oleh PT PZ cussons saat ini adalah ketidakteraturan dalam persiapan bahan baku, maka akan menghambat waktu proses pengiriman ke bagian produksi, beberapa lorong ukuran yang tidak sesuai dengan ukuran material handling sehingga sulit bagi karyawan dalam proses pembuatan produk jadi di gudang. Kondisi lain yang juga hadir dalam penempatan produk di daerah yang kurang tepat, di mana barang harus memiliki frekuensi tertinggi pengiriman dan yang sering datang dan pergi dalam terus ke pintu keluar. Hal-hal seperti ini yang sering menyebabkan penanganan yan lebih lanjut dalah material handing dan kurang efektif dalam kegiatan penyimpanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan tata letak penyimpanan rak bahan baku untuk gudang baru yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan ruang penyimpanan dan kebutuhan ruang sehingga material handling menjadi lebih efektif. Metode yang digunakan dalam shared storage penyimpanan adalah sebuah pendekatan di mana produk memiliki frekuensi tertinggi pengiriman dan sering keluar dari membawa lebih dekat ke pintu masuk untuk meminimalkan jarak perpindahan material handling. penelitian yang dilakukan pada tata letak yang diusulkan menghasilkan material handling jarak tempuh gudang baru adalah sebesar 8007 m. Other conditions are also present in a product placement in areas that are less precise, where the goods should have the highest frequency of delivery and who often come and go in continue to exit door. Things like this often lead to further handling is that material handing and less effective in storage activities. The aim of this study is to provide a storage rack layout of raw materials for the new warehouse in accordance with the needs of storage space and material handling needs so that the space becomes more effective. The method used in shared storage storage is an approach in which products have the highest frequency of delivery and often out of bringing it closer to the entrance to minimize the displacement distance of material handling. research done on the layout of the proposed generating material handling mileage new warehouse is at 8007 m. Pergudangan memiliki peranan tinggi dalam suatu perusahaan, terutama pada sektor migas. Salah satu peranan yang paling penting adalah melakukan aktivitas transaksi material menuju daerah user. Hal ini harus didukung dengan sistem alur material handling dari segi tata letak dan kebijakan penyimpanan material. Upaya untuk mendukung sistem alur material handling yang baik adalah kebijakan klasifikasi material dengan class based storage yang mengutamakan posisi peletakan material sesuai dengan tingkat aktivitasnya. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap jarak tempuh material handling dari proses order picking yang akan meningkatkan performa gudang. Selain itu, jarak tempuh material handling juga dipengaruhi oleh posisi letak departemen yang dapat diselesaikan dengan algoritma differential evolution yang bekerja sesuai dengan nilai kedekatan departemen sehingga dapat memperkecil jarak antar departemen yang berdampingan sesuai dengan proses bisnisnya. Saat ini, tata letak material pada gudang MRO masih bersifat randomized dan alur material yang belum terdefinisi secara jelas akibat penumpukan material pada floor sehingga terjadi variansi waktu pada order picking. Usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk memperbaiki hal ini adalah dengan melakukan klasifikasi material menggunakan analisa EIQ dengan mengganti kebijakan penyimpanan menjadi class based storage dan perubahan tata letak gudang yang sesuai dengan alur material handling menggunakan algoritma optimasi Differential Evolution dengan mempertimbangkan nilai kedekatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tata letak usulan mampu menambah kapasitas gudang dari hasil optimasi ruang oleh DE dari 518 Palet menjadi 1051 Palet dan pengurangan jarak tempuh forklift sebesar 28.14 meter dengan perubahan waktu order picking sebesar 51.62 detik dari hasil pengelompokkan material dengan class based storage.
Warehousing has a high role in a company, especially in the oil and gas sector. One of the most important role is to perform the activity of a material transaction to the user area. It should supported by the material handling workflow system in terms of layout and material storage policy. Efforts to support the workflow system is a good material handling classified material to the class policy based storage prioritizing the position of laying the material in accordance with the level of activity. This affects the distance material handling the travel of the order picking process that will increase warehouse performance. In addition, the distance mileage material handling is also influenced by the position where the department can be solved with an algorithm differential evolution which works in accordance with the value of the proximity of the department so as to minimize the distance between adjoining departments in accordance with its business processes. Currently, the layout of the material at the warehouse MRO still is randomized and the flow of materials that have not been clearly defined due to the buildup of material on floor resulting in a variance in order picking. Businesses that can be done to fix this is to classify material using EIQ analysis by replacing the storage policy becomes class based storage and change the layout of the warehouse in accordance with the flow of material handling using Differential Evolution optimization algorithm taking into account the value of proximity. The results of this study show that the proposed layout of the warehouse is able to add capacity optimization results space by DE of 518 Palette into 1051 Pallets forklift mileage and a reduction of 28.14 meters with the time change order picking of 51.62 seconds on the results of grouping material with class based storage.
