"Permasalahan terkait Organization Citizenship Behavior di Polda Metro Jaya memiliki pengaruh terhadap efektifitas dan produktifitas organisasi secara keseluruhan. OCB sebagaimana hasil kajian literatur banyak dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, dan motivasi dipengaruhi oleh pengembangan karier serta kualitas kehidupan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior melalui motivasi kerja sebagai intervening variabel. Penelitian ini melibatkan sekitar 361 responden yang berasal dari direktorat operasional yang berada pada Polda Metro Jaya yang diambil secara proporsional kluster random sampling dari masing-masing direktorat. Analisis yang digunakan dalam menjawab pertanyaan penelitian digunakan analisis jalur dengan Teknik SEM untuk mengkaji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh tidak langsung masing-masing variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi dari anggota Polda Metro Jaya terhadap variabel yang diteliti tergolong tinggi, namun terdapat perbedaan nilai masing-masing variabel pada masing-masing satuan kerja. Pengembangan karier terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, kualitas kehidupan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja, pengembangan karier terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karier secara signifikan terhadap OCB, kualitas kehidupan kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB, motivasi kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja secara signifikan terhadap OCB dan motivasi kerja terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB.

Problems related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Jakarta Metropolitan Police Region have influenced the effectiveness and productivity of the organization as a whole. OCB, as the results of literature review, is much influenced by work motivation, and motivation is influenced by career development and quality of work life. The study aims to examine and analyze the effect of career development and quality of work life on Organization Citizenship Behavior through work motivation as the intervening variable. The study involves 361 respondents from several operational directorates of Jakarta Metropolitan Police Region. They are proportionally chosen by cluster random sampling from each directorate. The author employs the path analysis with SEM technique in order to examine the direct and indirect effects of each variable. The results show that the perception of Jakarta Metropolitan Police Region personnel on the variables studied is high. However, there are differences in the value of each variable in each work unit: career development has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; career development has a positive and significant effect on OCB; work motivation can significantly mediate the effect of career development on OCB; quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on OCB; work motivation can significantly mediate the effect of quality of work life on OCB and work motivation has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The author recommends a further research in other locations as well as more respondents in order to obtain more comprehensive and complete information on factors influencing OCB of police personnel.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh dari Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan Role Stressor (Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity dan Role Overload) terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pegawai di lingkungan Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (KESDM). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei menggunakan instrumen kuesioner kepada seluruh pegawai (jabatan administrasi dan jabatan fungsional) di seluruh unit di lingkungan KESDM. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan General Linear Model - Multivariate (GLM-Multivariate) terhadap 177 orang responden.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Leader Member Exchange (LMX) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap 2 dimensi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yaitu Organizational Citizenship Behavior - Individual (OCBI) dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior - Organizational (OCBO), sedangkan 3 dimensi dari Role Stressor (Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, dan Role Overload) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap OCBI dan hanya 1 dimensi dari Role Stressor (Role Ambiguity) yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap OCBO pegawai di lingkungan KESDM. Oleh karena itu, untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkat OCB di lingkungan KESDM harus diikuti dengan peningkatan dari tingkat LMX dan mengurangi tingkat role stressor pegawai.

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of leader member exchange and role stressor (role conflict, role ambiguity dan role overload) on organizational citizenship behavior at Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (MEMR).This research is quantitative research design using questionnaire survey approach towards all employees (administration and functional official) at all units in MEMR. The technical analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis and General Linear Model ? Multivariate (GLM-Multivariate) towards 177 respondents.
The study found that Leader Member Exchange (LMX) may significant and positively affect 2 dimensions of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) that is Organizational Citizenship Behavior - Individual (OCBI) and Organizational Citienship Behavior - Organizational (OCBO). And 3 dimensions of Role Stressor (Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, and Role Overload) may significant and negatively affect servant OCBI and only 1 dimension of Role Stressor (Role Ambiguity) may significant and negatively affect servant OCBO at MEMR.In consequence, to increase the level of servant OCB at MEMR must be followed by an increase of the level of LMX and reduce the level of role stressors servant.

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh fun at work dan participation in decision making terhadap in-role performance  dan extra role performance atau yang dikenal pula sebagai organization citizenship behavior dengan mediasi work engagement terhadap pegawai di salah satu lembaga keuangan negara di Indonesia. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang dilakukan secara online terhadap 370 orang responden yang ditentukan  dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu terhadap pegawai pangkat Staf sampai dengan Asisten Direktur yang berasal dari lintas departemen di lembaga keuangan negara XYZ. Analisis uji pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan aplikasi Lisrel 8.7. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah fun at work di lembaga keuangan negara XYZ secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap work engagement pegawai namun tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap in-role performance dan organization citizenship behavior. Selain itu ditemukan pula bahwa work engagement berpengaruh positif terhadap in-role performance dan organization citizenship behavior serta work engagement memediasi pengaruh positif fun at work dan participation in decision making terhadap in-role performance dan organization citizenship behavior. Implikasi yang timbul dari penelitian adalah implementasi fun at work dan participation in decision making di lembaga keuangan negara XYZ harus diiringi oleh penciptaan work engagement yang tinggi sehingga mencapai target job performance yang diinginkan.

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the influence of fun at work and participation in decision making on extra role performance or organization citizenship behavior and in-role performance through work engagement as mediator in one of  financial state institution in Indonesia. This research employed a quantitative approach using online surveys to 370 respondents at financial state insitution XYZ, determined by purposive sampling method, limited to employees who have position as a Staf until Assistant Director. Analysis of the measurement test was carried out using Structural Equation Model with the application of Lisrel 8.7. The findings from this research were fun of work in financial state insitution of XYZ  had a positive effect on work engagement, nevertheless it had no positive effect on the in-role performance and organization citizenship behavior. The other findings were the work engagement had a positive effect on the in-role performance and organization citizenship behavior as well as work engagement mediated the positive effect of fun at work and participation in decision making on the in-role performance and organization citizenship behavior. The implication arising from this research is that the implementation of fun work and participation in decision making in the financial state institution XYZ must be accompanied by the creation of high work engagement so as to achieve the desired job performance as targeted."
