Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor PMSM merupakan motor yang mampu memenuhi tuntutan untuk unjuk kerja yang optimal. Kehandalan, efisiensi tinggi, high power density, small, dan high speed adalah kemampuan yang mampu dicapai oleh motor jenis PMSM. Oleh karena menariknya issue ini, berbagai penelitian mencakup motor PMSM banyak dilakukan oleh berbagai kalangan. Pada penelitian ini, fokus peneliti adalah mampu menghasilkan rancangan motor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor 12 slot dan 8 pole. Motor yang dirancang adalah motor dengan tipe outer rotor. Dimensi luar motor ditentukan sesuai dengan aplikasi dari motor yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini fixed dimension. Bahan pertimbangan dalam penelitian ini adalah proses pembuatan yang sederhana dan murah serta kemudahan mencari material konstruksi motor.Pada penelitian ini telah berhasil dirancang motor PMSM dengan tipe outer rotor 750 rpm dengan keluaran daya 26,39 kW dengan effisiensi 98,2 serta motor tipe inner rotor 750 rpm dengan daya keluaran 26,15 kW dengan effisiensi 98.

Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor PMSM is a motor capable of meeting the demands for optimal performance. Reliability, high efficiency, high power density, small, and high speed is the ability that can be achieved by PMSM type motor. Because of this interesting issue, various studies include many PMSM motors conducted by various circles. In this study, the focus of the researcher is able to produce the design of Permanent Magnet Motor Synchronous Motor 12 slot and 8 pole. The motor designed is a motor with outer type rotor. The outer dimensions of the motor are determined according to the application of the motor designed in this study fixed dimension . Materials considerations in this study is a process of making a simple and cheap and easy to find motor construction materials.In this research has successfully designed PMSM motor with 750 rpm outer rotor type with power output of 26.39 kW with 98.2 efficiency and 750 rpm inner rotor type motor with output power of 26.15 kW with 98 efficiency.

Fenomena yang dijadikan obyek penelitian adalah implementasi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan Pulau Miangas. Tujuan penelitian adalah membahas isi kebijakan, membahas konteks implementasi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan Pulau Miangas dan untuk mendapatkan konsep alternative tentang kebijakan pengelolaan pulau-pulau kecil terluar di perbatasan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yang dikembangkan dengan metode triangulasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan studi kepustakaan, wawancara, FGD dan observasi. Informan penelitian sejumlah 32 orang ditentukan melalui snowball technique dengan criteria tertentu. Isi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan Pulau Miangas merupakan suatu konsep kebijakan pengelolaan pulau-pulau kecil terluar di perbatasan yang mencakup pengelolaan sumber daya manusia dan pembiayaan; sumber daya alam dan lingkungan; sumber daya teknologi dan sarana prasarana; serta sumber daya kebijakan.. Isi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan pulau kecil terluar menunjukkan adanya permasalahan tumpang tindih isi kebijakan yang menyebabkan pengelolaan Pulau Miangas belum terintegrasi dan belum optimal. Permasalahan tumpang tindih isi kebijakan ini terungkap dari adanya sejumlah regulasi yang terkait dengan pemanfaatan dan pengelolaan sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan serta pengelolaan perbatasan. Konteks implemetasi kebijakan pemerintah terhadap pengelolaan pulau Miangas terkait dengan upaya penegakkan kedaulatan negara di perbatasan. Dengan demikian pengelolaan Pulau Miangas tidak bisa dipandang hanya dari satu sektor; dilaksanakan hanya untuk kepentingan sektoral; dan hanya mengandalkan satu sektor saja. Karena itu, pengelolaan Pulau Miangas memerlukan keterpaduan lintas sektoral dengan mengedepankan pentingnya peran daerah sebagai ujung tombak penyelenggaraan pemerintahan negara.

The phenomenon that made the object of research is the implementation of government policies on the management of Miangas Island. The research objective was to discuss the content of policies, discussing the context of the government policies implementation on the management of Miangas Island and get an alternative concept of management policy at the border of the outer most islands. The study used a qualitative research approach developed by the triangulation method. Collecting data using literature studies, interviews, and observations FGD. 32 The informants were determined by snow ball technique with a criteria. The government content of policy on the management of Miangas Island is a concept of policy management of the outermost islands in the border which includes the management of human resources and financing; natural resources and environment; technological resources and infrastructure; and regulations. Fill government policy on the management of the outermost small islands showed overlapping contents of the policy issues that led to integrated management Miangas Island and have not yet optimal. Problems of overlap revealed the contents of a number of regulations relating to the use and management of marine resources and fisheries as well as border management. The context of the implementation of government policies on the management of the island Miangas associated with efforts to enforce the sovereignty of the country at the border. Thus management Miangas Island can not be viewed only from one sector; implemented only for sectored interests; and only rely on one sector alone. Therefore, Miangas Island requires an integrated management across sectors by promoting the importance of the role of regions as the spearhead of the state government administration.

Latar Belakang: Selain fungsi telinga berfungsi penting sebagai organ pendengaran, telinga bagian luar juga berperan penting secara estetika dalam penampilan diri seseorang.1 Salah satu dari dua kelainan tersering di telinga luar adalah mikrotia.2 Mikrotia merupakan keadaan dimana daun telinga atau bagian telinga luar tidak berkembang atau tidak sempurna. Berbagai penelitian melaporkan dampak psikososial pada pasien mikrotia sebelum dan sesudah rekonstruksi telinga. Operasi rekonstruksi mikrotia berdampak pada kualitas hidup, interaksi sosial, mood serta citra diri pasien anak maupun dewasa. Tujuan: meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien mikrotia, penelitian ini akan memaparkan profil pasien mikrotia dan juga mencari hubungan faktor operasi rekonstruksi telinga, fungsi pendengaran, dan kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas hidup pasien mikrotia pasca operasi rekonstruksi. Metode: Dilakukan penelitian analitik potong lintang menggunakan data retrospektif pasien mikrotia pasca rekonstruksi. Kepuasan operasi didapat dengan metode wawancara menggunakan kuesioner Cui dkk. Data kualitas hidup didapat dengan menggunakan kuesioner EQ-5D-Y. Hasil: Pasien yang memenuhi kriteria penelitian adalah 31 subjek. Aspek kualitas hidup yang mengalami rasa sakit atau tidak nyaman merupakan domain yang paling mengalami banyak gangguan (12 subjek) pasien mikrotia pasca rekonstruksi. Analisis chi square mendapatkan variabel frekuensi operasi pada pasien yang tanpa mengalami revisi berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kualitas hidup pada domain kemampuan berjalan (PR=1,429; interval kepercayaan 0,952-2,143; nilai p=0,027) Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara frekuensi operasi tanpa revisi dengan kualitas hidup pada domain kemampuan berjalan. Tidak didapatkan hubungan antara faktor proses operasi rekonstruksi telinga, fungsi pendengaran dan kepuasan pasien dengan kualitas hidup pada domain lainnya. ......Background: The ear functions as an auditory organ, but also plays an aesthetically important role in one s appearance.1 One of the two most common abnormalities in the outer ear is microtia.2 Microtia is a condition whereas outer ear or ear lobe did not develop perfectly. Various studies have reported psychosocial effects on microtia patients before and after ear reconstruction. Microtia reconstruction surgery has an impact on quality of life, social interaction, mood and self-image of children and adults. Objective: to improve the quality of life of microtia patients, this study will describe the profile of microtia patients and also look for the relationship of ear reconstruction surgery process factors, hearing function and patient surgery satisfaction to the quality of life of microtia patients after reconstructive surgery. Method: A cross-sectional analytic study was conducted using retrospective data of post-reconstruction microtia patients. Surgery satisfaction obtained by the interview method using a questionnaire by Cui et al. Quality of life data was obtained using the EQ-5D-Y questionnaire. Results: Patients who met the study criteria were 31 subjects. Aspects of quality of life that experience pain or discomfort are the domains that experience the most disruption (12 subjects) post-reconstruction microtia patients. Chi square analysis show that surgery frequency variables in patients without revision significantly related to quality of life in the domain of walking ability (PR = 1.429; confidence interval 0.952-2.143; p value = 0.027) Conclusion: There is a relationship between operating frequency without revision with quality live on the domain of walking ability. There was no relationship between the factors of ear reconstruction surgery, hearing function and patient satisfaction with quality of life in other domains.

Beberapa wilayah strategis dalam konteks Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia adalahkeberadaan 92 pulau kecil terluar. Pulau-pulau tersebut mempunyai nilai penting karena sebagai tempat titik dasar penentu posisi batas wilayah negara dengan negara tetangga. Tujuan dari penyusunan atlas ini adalah menyajikan informasi spasial tentang pulau-pulau kecil terluar yang dimiliki Indonesia sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 78 tahun 2005 tentang Pengelolaan Pulau-Pulau Kecil Terluar. Secara garis besar isi atlas ini terdiri dari narasi, foto terestris pulau, peta, dan citra satelit multiresolusi. Kombinasi dari keempat unsur tersebut setidaknya dapat memberikan gambaran umum keberadaan dan kondisi pulau-pulau terluar.Penyusunan atlas ini melibatkan tim dari Bakosurtanal dan tim editor dari berbagai instansi pemerintah serta pihak swasta.

This book is a comprehensive and authoritative study of the increasing need for commercial astronauts. Erik Seedhouse provides unique insights into the burgeoning new field of commercial space operation and the individuals who will run these missions. Section I begins by describing how Astronauts for Hire (A4H) was created in 2010 by Brian Shiro, a highly qualified NASA astronaut candidate, and a group of other astronaut candidates. Erik introduces A4H's vision for opening the space frontier to commercial astronauts and describes the tantalizing science opportunities offered when suborbital and orbital trips become routine. Section II describes the vehicles astronauts will use. Anticipation is on the rise for the new crop of commercial suborbital and orbital spaceships that will serve the scientific and educational market. These reusable rocket-propelled vehicles are expected to offer quick, routine, and affordable access to the edge of space, along with the capability to carry research and educational crew members. The quick turnaround of these vehicles is central to realizing the profit-making potential of repeated sojourns by astronauts to suborbital and orbital heights. Section III describes the various types of missions this new corps of astronauts will fly and who will hire them. For example, suborbital flights may be used to do high altitude astronomy, life science experiments, and microgravity physics. This section continues with an examination of the types of missions that will accelerate human expansion outward, to Exploration Class missions through lunar bases, the establishment of interplanetary spaceports, and outposts on the surface of Mars. Along the way it describes the tasks commercial astronauts will perform, ranging from mining asteroids to harvesting helium.
