"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai implementasi ketentuan persaingan curang menurut Konvensi Paris dalam hukum Indonesia, yaitu Undang-Undang No. 15 Tahun 2001 Tentang Merek maupun dalam penerapan hukumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan dilakukan melalui analisis kualitatif untuk menghasilkan data komparatif analisis. Hasil penelitian memberi sebuah pemahaman bahwa Indonesia dalam mengimplementasikan ketentuan persaingan curang menurut Konvensi Paris dalam hukum nasionalnya, yaitu Undang-Undang No. 15 Tahun 2001 Tentang Merek maupun dalam penerapan hukumnya ternyata masih banyak terdapat banyak kekurangan.

"ABSTRAKArtikel ini menampilkan gambaran harc lement de rue di Paris melalui sekuen Quais de Seine dalam film Paris je t 39;aime. Film tersebut mengangkat cerita tentang perempuan-perempuan yang mengalami pelecehan seksual di jalanan, baik melalui tindakan maupun ucapan yang bersifat menggoda yang dilakukan laki-laki tidak dikenal. Pada dasarnya harc lement de rue di Paris melalui unsur sinematografi dan naratif film dilihat dari kategori , bagaimana pelecehan terjadi, dan siapa pelaku serta korban yang terlibat dalam film Paris Je T 39;aime pada sekuen Quais de Seine. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang didukung oleh teknik pengumpulan data yaitu studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum korban harc lement de rue adalah perempuan dari berbagai ras. Pelaku adalah laki-laki yang berasal dari berbagai ras. Dalam artikel ini juga ditemukan bahwa harc lement de rue tidak hanya menyinggung aspek seksual namun terdapat pelecehan agama yang dialami seorang tokoh perempuan muslim.

ABSTRACTThis article presents the depiction of harc lement de rue that is shown in Quais de Seine sequence in Paris je t 39;aime movie. The movie portrays the story of women who are harassed in the street by male strangers calling her a nasty words based on reality which frequently happen in Paris. Harc lement de rue is harassment in the street, especially sexual is portrayed through both verbal and physical harassment which often go hand-in-hand. The objective of this study is to find out harc lement de rue in Paris focusing on Quais de Seine sequence in Paris je t 39;aime film. The cinematography and narrative elements found in the film show types of harassment, how the harassment happens also the perpetrator and the victim of harassment. The method used in this research is qualitative research supported by library research for the data collection. This research shows that the victim of harc lement de rue are generally women from various races. Meanwhile, the perpetrators are males from various races. In addition, this research reveals that harc lement de rue does not only elevate sexual aspect but also religious harassment in a muslim woman character."

"ABSTRAKIndonesia telah menyatakan keikutsertaannya dalam perjanjian iklim, Persetujuan Paris atau Paris Agreement, dalam rangka penurunan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca. Dalam pelaksanaanya, Persetujuan Paris memberikan kewajiban bagi negara-negara pesertanya untuk membentuk kontribusi nasional yang disebut dengan Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), dimana didalamnya terdapat target yang hendak dicapai dalam upaya mengurangi emisi Gas Rumah Kaca sesuai dengan kondisi domestik negara-negara peserta. Tentunya, setiap negara memiliki prioritas yang berbeda dalam upaya mengurangi emisi GRK, termasuk Indonesia. Bencana alam seperti kebakaran hutan dan lahan gambut yang sering terjadi di Indonesia menjadi pertimbangan pemerintah untuk memprioritaskan kegiatan restorasi hutan dan lahan gambut di dalam NDC yang telah disampaikan Indonesia kepada UNFCCC pada tahun 2016. Dalam NDC tersebut, Indonesia ditargetkan dapat merestorasi gambut di Indonesia sebesar 2 (dua) juta hektar pada tahun 2030. Pada tahun 2016, Presiden Joko Widodo membentuk Badan Restorasi Gambut (BRG) sebagai pelaksana kegiatan restorasi gambut yang terfokus pada tujuh provinsi prioritas. Pelaksanaan restorasi gambut di Indonesia oleh BRG diharapkan mampu mencapai target NDC Indonesia sebagai komitmen Indonesia dalam menuju masa depan yang rendah emisi dan berketahanan iklim, dengan adanya kerjasama dengan masyarakat dan sektor privat, dan institusi pemerintah lainnya maupun lembaga non-pemerintah, serta adanya konsistensi dalam menerapkan prinsip iktikad baik dan prinsip-prinsip hukum lingkungan internasional lainnya.

ABSTRACTIndonesia has stated its participation in one of the Climate Agreement, namely Paris Agreement, in the context of reducing GHG emission. In its implementation, Paris Agreement provides obligations for the Parties to conduct a Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC), in which there are targets to be achieved in an effort to reduce GHG emissions, in accordance with the domestic conditions of the participating countries. Undoubtedly, each state has different priorities in efforts to reduce GHG emissions, including Indonesia. Natural disasters such as forest and peatland fires that often occur in Indonesia are considered by the government to prioritize forest and peatland restoration in Indonesias Nationally Determined Contribution, that has been submitted to the UNFCCC in 2016. Based on the NDC, Indonesia is targeted two million hectares of peatland to be restored by 2030. In 2016, President Joko Widodo established the Peatland Restoration Agency (BRG) as the main executor of peatland restoration that focused in seven priority provinces. The implementation of peatland restoration in Indonesia by BRG is expected to be able to achieve Indonesias NDC target, as Indonesias commitment towards a low emissions and climate resilient future, through the cooperation with the societies and private sectors, along with other governmental institutions and non-governmental organizations, and also the consistency of implementing good faith and other principles applied in the international environmental law. "
