Abstract
Bogor City is growing rapidly population growth, especially since the beginning of 1990 approximately 2.7%, was compensated by growth in housing development as a consequence of population growth that need a place to live. Housing developments, especially in the northern city of Bogor requiring social facilities and public utilities to serve the housing needs of residents. One of the vital social facilities are educational facilities. The selection of the location of housing and educational facilities providing accessibility refers to the path of an affordable mode of transportation. The pattern of distribution of educational facilities to the location of housing affects the cost of transportation from home to school. Transportation link between the residential educational facility or school that is used is urban transport and / or motorcycle taxis are available almost all over the city and economically affordable. Based on research, school distribution patterns random or random-shaped and almost in every Village there are at least close to a school. Distance and time from housing to school depends on the path used public transportation routes and pathways affect the cost of transportation routes.

Abstrak :
Baturraden merupakan kawasan wisata yang memiliki keindahan alam yang masih terjaga hingga sekarang. Perkembangan wisata Baturraden mendorong berdirinya berbagai fasilitas sekunder yang dapat menunjang kebutuhan wisatawan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola persebaran fasilitas sekunder. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi lapang dan wawancara mendalam kemudian dilakukan analisis spasial dan statistik. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pola persebaran fasilitas sekunder adalah seragam. Pola ini terlihat karena letak fasilitas wisata sekunder yang sejajar memanjang jalan. Pola persebaran fasilitas wisata sekunder mempengaruhi besaran pendapatan yang diperoleh. Jika dibandingkan antar jarak dari Lokawisata Baturraden maka semakin dekat dengan Lokawisata Baturraden semakin besar pendapatan yang diperoleh dan sebaliknya. ......Baturraden is Tourism region which has a beautiful landscape. The Development of tourism Baturraden has motivate tourism facilities that can provided tourist need. The purpose of this study was to determine the distribution patterns of secondary facilities. The method used in this study of field observation and private interviews than conducted spatial analysis and statistics. The results showed that the pattern is a uniform distribution of secondary facilities. This pattern has showed because the location of secondary tourism facilities is along Baturraden street . The pattern distribution of secondary tourism facilities affect income them. If the comparison by distances from the Lokawisata Baturraden that the distances is shortest so the income is biggest.
