"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai analisis yuridis terhadap kebijakan pembayaran rekening listrik dengan sistem Payment Point Online Bank yang dicanangkan oleh PT. PLN (Persero), ditinjau dari Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, pendekatan perbandingan, dan pendekatan kasus. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan pembayaran rekening listrik dengan sistem Payment Point Online Bank oleh PT. PLN telah sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam Hukum Perlindungan Konsumen dan telah memenuhi hak-hak pelanggan listrik selaku konsumen.

This thesis describes the legal analysis due to the payment of consumer’s electricity account policy using the Payment Point Online Bank System by PT. PLN (Persero), from the perspective of the Consumer’s Protection Law. This thesis is a normative legal study and employs statutes, a comparative approach, and a case study in its analysis. This thesis concludes that the Payment of Costumers Electricity Account Policy using the Payment Point Online Bank System by PT. PLN (Persero) has comply to the provisions set forth in the Consumers Protection Law and fulfilled the rights of PT. PLN (Persero) customers as consumers."
